Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Honen mindestens eines Zylinders (2) eines Kraftfahrzeug-Motorblocks (1), das eine Honmaschine (1) verwendet, die einen Auflagetisch (13) und mindestens eine Honwerkzeugführung (6) aufweist, wobei das Verfahren in drei unterschiedlichen und aufeinanderfolgenden Phasen abläuft, die zunächst aus einem Schritt des Schruppens (8) gefolgt von einem Schritt des Schruppschlichtens (9) besteht und in einem Schritt des Feinschlichtens (10) endet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren kontinuierlich ist und am Anfang jeder der Phasen eine Vorphase des Unterspannungsetzens des Motorblocks (3) enthält, die am Ende jeder der Phasen unterbrochen wird.
- Honverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vom Block (1) erfahrene Spannung gemäß einer Achse parallel zur Drehachse des Zylinders (2) ausgeübt wird.
- Honverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren einen Anfangsschritt (11) des Einsetzens von vorübergehenden Befestigungselementen (12) in den Motorblock (3) umfasst.
- Honverfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Vorphase des Unterspannungsetzens aus einer Phase der Wechselwirkung zwischen den vorübergehenden Befestigungselementen (12) und beweglichen Organen (15) zum Unterspannungsetzen besteht, die fest mit dem Auflagetisch (13) verbunden sind.
- Honverfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorübergehenden Befestigungselemente aus Schrauben (12) bestehen, die in die Oberfläche des Motorblocks (3) eingesetzt werden, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Zylinderkopf in Kontakt zu kommen, und die beweglichen Organe (15), die mit einer Energiequelle (23) verbunden sind, mit den Schrauben (12) so zusammenwirken, dass eine Zugkraft auf diese ausgeübt wird.
- Honverfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrauben (12) einen verbreiterten Kopf (22) besitzen, und dass die Organe (15) so gegen den Kopf (22) in Anschlag kommen, dass nach dem Einschalten der Energiequelle (23) ein Schub auf sie ausgeübt werden kann.
- Honverfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Organ (15) ein längliches Bauteil (19) besitzt, dass in einem gegabelten Ende (21) endet, das sich um die Schraube (12) unter ihrem verbreiterten Kopf (22) einfügt.
- Honverfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Energiequelle aus einer hydraulischen Vorrichtung (23) besteht, die mit einem unter Druck stehenden Arbeitszylinder (24) versehen ist, der einen Schub auf das längliche Bauteil (19) ausüben kann, um das gegabelte Ende (21) gegen den Kopf (22) zurückzudrücken.
- Honverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder zu honende Zylinder (2) von vier Schrauben (12) umgeben ist, die gleichmäßig um ihn herum verteilt sind.
- Honverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrauben (12) aus hochfestem Stahl sind.
- Honverfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugkraft für die Kraft der echten Zylinderkopfschrauben repräsentativ ist.
- Honverfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Endphase (26) der Entnahme der vorübergehenden Befestigungselemente (12) aufweist.
