Claims (20)
- Absorbierender Cellulosebogen, der eine Cellulosebahn (74) beinhaltet, die Papierherstellungsfasern enthält, mit einer Laufrichtungs-(MD)-Dehnung von wenigstens 5 %, einem Wasserabsorptionsraten-(WAR)-Wert von weniger als 35 Sekunden und einer MD-Biegelänge von wenigstens 3,5 cm, ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahn bei ihrer Herstellung von einem Trocknungszylinder (110) abgezogen wird und daher im Wesentlichen keine Kreppbanden hat.
- Absorbierender Cellulosebogen nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Bogen eine MD-Dehnung von wenigstens etwa 8 % hat.
- Absorbierender Cellulosebogen nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Bogen einen WAR-Wert von etwa 25 Sekunden oder weniger hat.
- Absorbierender Cellulosebogen nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Bogen eine 8-Bogen-Stärke von etwa 40 bis etwa 90 Milli-Inch hat.
- Absorbierender Cellulosebogen nach Anspruch 1, der eine MD-Dehnung von wenigstens etwa 10 % hat.
- Absorbierender Cellulosebogen nach Anspruch 1, der einen einfachen Absorptionstestwert (SAT) von wenigstens etwa 4 g/g hat, wobei die Papierherstellungsfaser im Wesentlichen eine 100%ige Recyclingfaser ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines stoffgekreppten absorbierenden Cellulosebogens mit verbesserten Ausgabeeigenschaften, wobei das Verfahren Folgendes beinhaltet:(a) kompaktes Entwässern eines Papierherstellungsrohstoffs, um eine entwässerte Bahn (74) mit einer scheinbar zufälligen Verteilung von Papierherstellungsfasern zu bilden;(b) Aufbringen der entwässerten Bahn (74) mit der scheinbar zufälligen Faserverteilung auf eine sich translational bewegende Transferfläche (94), die sich mit einer Transferflächengeschwindigkeit bewegt;(c) Stoffkreppen der Bahn (74) von der Transferfläche (94) mit einer Konsistenz von etwa 30 bis etwa 60 Prozent unter Verwendung eines gemusterten Kreppstoffs (48), wobei der Stoffkreppschritt unter Druck in einem Stoffkreppwalzenspalt (106) erfolgt, der zwischen der Transferfläche (94) und einem Kreppstoff (48) definiert ist, wobei sich der Stoff (48) mit einer Geschwindigkeit bewegt, die geringer als die Geschwindigkeit der Transferfläche (94) ist, wobei das Stoffmuster, die Walzenspaltparameter, das Geschwindigkeitsdelta und die Bahnkonsistenz so gewählt werden, dass die Bahn (74) von der Transferfläche (94) gekreppt und auf dem Kreppstoff (48) neu verteilt wird;(d) Kleben der Bahn (74) an einen Trocknungszylinder (110) mit einer harzigen Klebstoffbeschichtungszusammensetzung;(e) Trocknen der Bahn (74) auf dem Trocknungszylinder (110), um eine getrocknete Bahn (74) zu bilden;
gekennzeichnet durch(f) Abziehen der getrockneten Bahn (74) vom Trocknungszylinder (110) ohne Trockenkreppen der Bahn (74) vom Trocknungszylinder (110),
wobei der Papierrohstoff, der Kreppstoff (48) und die harzige Klebstoffbeschichtungszusammensetzung so ausgewählt und Geschwindigkeitsdelta, Walzenspaltparameter und Bahnkonsistenz, Stärke und Basisgewicht so reguliert werden, dass die Laufrichtungs-(MD)-Biegelänge der getrockneten Bahn (74) wenigstens etwa 3,5 cm beträgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei die MD-Biegelänge der getrockneten Bahn (74) etwa 3,5 cm bis etwa 5 cm beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Bahn (74) nach der Neuverteilung auf dem Kreppstoff (48) ein Netz aus Papierherstellungsfasern mit mehreren quer zur Laufrichtung verlaufenden, faserangereicherten, gefalteten Regionen mit einem relativ hohen lokalen Basisgewicht beinhaltet, die durch mehrere längliche und verdichtete Regionen komprimierter Papierherstellungsfasern miteinander verbunden sind, die im Allgemeinen entlang der Laufrichtung der Bahn orientiert sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, das mit einem Stoffkrepp von etwa 2 % bis etwa 15 % durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei die getrocknete Bahn (74) einen Wasserabsorptionsraten-(WAR)-Wert von weniger als etwa 35 Sekunden hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Papierherstellungsrohstoff ein nassfestes Harz und ein trockenfestes Harz beinhaltet, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Carboxymethylcellulose, Polyacrylamiden und Gemischen davon, unter der Voraussetzung, dass die Zugaberate des nassfesten Harzes weniger als 20 lbs (9 kg) pro Tonne Papierherstellungsfaser beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei die harzige Klebstoffzusammensetzung im Wesentlichen aus einem Polyvinylalkoholharz und einem Polyamid-Epichlorhydrinharz besteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, das ferner das Online-Kalandrieren der Bahn mit einem Kalanderstapel (172) vor dem Wickeln der Bahn (74) auf eine Spule (120) beinhaltet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei die Bahn (74) zwischen dem Trocknungszylinder (110) und dem Kalanderstapel (172) gespannt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei die Bahn (74) zwischen dem Kalanderstapel (172) und der Spule (120) gespannt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei der Papierrohstoff, der Kreppstoff (48) und die harzige Klebstoffbeschichtungszusammensetzung so ausgewählt und Geschwindigkeitsdelta, Walzenspaltparameter und Bahnkonsistenz so reguliert werden, dass die Absorptionsfähigkeit der getrockneten Bahn (74) wenigstens etwa 3 g/g beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, das ferner den Schritt des Stabilisierens der abgezogenen Bahn (74) unter Verwendung einer Luftpolsterfolie (160) mit einer abgerundeten Kante (162) in der Nähe des Trocknungszylinders (110) beinhaltet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, das ferner das Online-Kalandrieren der Bahn (74) mit einem Kalanderstapel (172) beinhaltet, der sich zwischen dem Trocknungszylinder (110) und einer Aufwickelspule (120) befindet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, das ferner das Stabilisieren der Bahn (74) über einem offenen Zug unter Verwendung von wenigstens einer zusätzlichen Luftpolsterfolie (164) beinhaltet.
