Description
The invention relates to a pressure rod system for a taut facade construction, wherein the pressure rod system a pressure rod and arranged on the pressure rod connection elements for tension members u. Like. Has.
A stressed or rear-spanned facade construction consists of the components compression rod system, tension member (rope) and corresponding structural connections, such as connection brackets, dowels, etc. These components represent a static system, which all external forces acting on the facade, such. As wind, broken down into the individual components train and pressure and then initiates safely into the building. For the respective assignment or recording of the individual components train and pressure, the components tension member and compression rod system are used, which are connected together in a suitable manner to create a self-supporting facade cladding. The pressure bar system consists of a pressure rod and other connection elements for connecting tension members and other holding elements, eg. B. for connection to the building. For the conventional application of these compression bar systems, a monolithic component is produced individually for each project or construction, in which case the various connection elements for the tension members and the further holding elements are attached directly to the rod individually cut to length, e.g. B. are welded. However, this design is uneconomical and inflexible, since each time a unique for the respective individual application under high production costs and under strict compliance with predetermined dimensions must be made.

The object of the present invention is therefore to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and to provide a pressure rod system which can be produced with less effort.
The solution of this object is achieved by the features of claim 1.
According to the invention, the pressure bar system is used for a taut façade construction, wherein the pressure bar system a pressure rod and arranged on the pressure rod connection elements for tension members u. Like., And that each connection element is designed as a prefabricated item, which are connectable to the pressure rod.
As a result of the inventive design, the connection elements can be prefabricated in large series. This reduces the unit costs for the connection elements. On site, these connection elements then only need to be connected to the pressure rods. This simplifies the assembly effort. The printing rods can be delivered by the meter and be cut to the required lengths directly at the construction site. This also reduces the logistical effort.
Die Unteransprüche haben vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung zum Inhalt. The dependent claims have advantageous developments of the invention to the content.
The connection between the pressure rod and the connection element is particularly simple, since it takes place via a detachable connection. Such a connection can be made on site with simple means. Thus, the push rod can be securely attached to the building, the attachable at the front end connecting element has a fastening element for attachment to the building. The connection between the pressure rod and the connecting element is particularly simple, since the pressure rod and the connecting elements can be screwed together via a connecting rod that extends through the pressure rod and the connecting elements. Such a connection is not only easy and simple to manufacture, it also ensures a total maintenance-friendly design. In this case, each connection element has a hollow pot-shaped main body, in the bottom of which a passage opening for the passage of the connecting rod is provided. Such a connection element is particularly easy to manufacture and handle. The cup-shaped base body has a peripheral wall which is provided on its inside with a thread in which the base body can be used individually and adapted to different circumstances. In order to ensure a secure storage of the pressure rod on the connection element and also a good introduction of force into the connection element, the cup-shaped main body in the region of its bottom on a remote neck on which the push rod can be plugged. Thus, the pressure rod can be securely supported on the connection element, whereby at the same time a good power transmission is ensured.
According to a preferred embodiment, each one connecting element at the front and at the rear end of the push rod can be attached. This covers a large part of all applications, since the tension members usually have to be connected at the two ends of the push rod.
The attachable at the rear end connecting element is advantageously covered with a cap in order to achieve a closed even visually facade.
In order to be able to attach another level of tension members in a plane located between the ends of the push rod, a further connection element can be inserted into the push rod according to a preferred embodiment between the attachable at the two ends of the push rod connecting elements.
The attachment of the tension members to the connection element is particularly simple if, according to an advantageous embodiment, each connection element is provided with connection eyes for the tension members.
So that all connection variants for the tension members which occur in practice can be realized, four differently formed connection elements are provided. According to variant 1, two connection eyes are provided, which face each other uniaxially. According to
Depending on requirements, an adapter element for placing the further pressure rod, the fastening element for fastening the pressure rod system to the facade or the closure cap can be screwed into the thread. Thus, the same body can be used for very different purposes.
In the area of the approach, an annular groove for receiving an O-ring is provided, on the one hand to achieve a play-free mounting of the pressure rod to the connection element and on the other hand to prevent the ingress of moisture into the pressure rod.
