Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein LED-Modul (100'), aufweisend wenigstens zwei auf einer Leiterplatte (101) aufgebrachte LED-Cluster (102a'-c') mit jeweils wenigstens zwei mit einer gemeinsamen Vergussmasseschicht (108a-c) überzogenen LED-Chips (104a-c) unterschiedlicher Farbe.
Diejenigen Stellen der Leiterplatte (101), auf denen die LED-Chips (104a-c) der einzelnen LED-Cluster (102a'-c') platziert sind, sind in einem Anordnungsmuster eines Platzierungslayouts angeordnet.
Dabei sind die vergossenen LED-Chips (104a-c) von gleichfarbigen Leuchtdioden verschiedener LED-Cluster (102a'-c') im Platzierungslayout dieser verschiedenen LED-Cluster (102a'-c') unterschiedliche Plätze unterhalb der jeweiligen Vergussmasseschichten (108a-c) belegt.
