Der Abstand x zwischen dem Anfang 20 des einen Gewindegangs und dem Ende 21 des anderen Gewindegangs beträgt 5 mm. Wie aus Figur 7 hervorgeht, ist das Gewinde bei der gezeigten Ausführung ferner als Trapezgewinde mit einem Flankenwinkel von 30° ausgebildet. Das Schnellverschlussgewinde kann aber auch als Rundgewinde, Spitzgewinde oder mit einen anderen geeigneten Profil ausgeführt sein. Der Außendurchmesser d des Außengewindes beträgt zwischen 100 und 110 mm, vorzugsweise 104,6 mm. Der Kerndurchmesser D des Außengewindes beträgt zwischen 90 und 105 mm, vorzugsweise 101,7 mm.
