Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Trocknereinrichtung einer Druckmaschine, wobei die Trocknereinrichtung mindestens eine Wärmestrahlereinrichtung umfasst, um Wärmestrahlung auf Druckbogen zu richten, wobei die Trocknereinrichtung mindestens eine Thermolufteinrichtung umfasst, um einen temperierten Luftstrahl auf die Druckbogen zu richten, wobei im Druckbetrieb der Druckmaschine und damit im Trocknungsbetrieb der Trocknereinrichtung die Wärmestrahlereinrichtung mit einer definierten Wärmestrahlerleistung und die Thermolufteinrichtung mit einem definierten Zuluftvolumenstrom, einem definierten Abluftvolumenstrom und einer eine definierte Lufttemperatur bereitstellenden Thermoluftleistung betrieben wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird dann, wenn während des Druckbetriebs eine Störung oder eine Unterbrechung auftritt, während einer ersten Zeitspanne nach Auftreten der Störung oder der Unterbrechung die Wärmestrahlereinrichtung mit verringerter Wärmestrahlerleistung betrieben oder abgeschaltet und die Thermolufteinrichtung mit unveränderten Betriebsparametern betrieben, wobei dann, wenn innerhalb der ersten Zeitspanne die Störung oder Unterbrechung nicht beseitigt wird, die Thermolufteinrichtung für eine sich an die erste Zeitspanne anschließende zweite Zeitspanne mit einem verringerten Zuluftvolumenstrom, einem verringerten Abluftvolumenstrom und einer eine verringerte Lufttemperatur bereitstellenden Thermoluftleistung betrieben wird.
