Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a fire protection device, in particular fire protection door, with a plurality of plate-shaped fire protection elements, each having two cover plates, between which at least one filling layer is received from a refractory material, wherein the edge regions of the cover plates are bent inwardly toward each other such that the edge regions without each other touch border at least one frontal surface of the filling layer.
In such consisting of several fire protection elements fire protection devices, in particular fire doors, it should be ensured that in the event of fire, the elements remain in their predetermined aligned position to each other, i. The aim of the present invention was therefore to provide a fire protection device consisting of several plate-shaped fire protection elements, which is simple and inexpensive to manufacture, and in which nevertheless a gap formation between the fire protection elements in case of fire can be reliably prevented.
According to the invention this is achieved in that the adjoining end faces of the filling layers and the end faces of the fire protection elements are substantially planar and on the planar surfaces bordering the areas in which there is a risk of gap formation, local fasteners are attached, each interact with a connecting element of an adjacent fire protection element, so that the fire protection elements are secured to each other at least against a lateral offset. By the substantially planar configuration of the frontal surfaces of the filling layer conventional cuboid fire protection elements can be used without a special design of interlocking edge profiles would be required. At these essentially planar end faces, a connecting element is then fastened as required, which cooperates with the connecting element of an adjacent fire protection wall, so that at least one lateral offset of the adjacent fire protection elements is reliably prevented from each other to avoid gap formation. The arrangement of such fasteners may in this case, if necessary, depending on the dependence of the height of the fire protection elements or recesses for windows or doors in the fire protection device, ie in those areas in which a gap is likely to be selected. This results in a cost-effective and also simple connection system, in which reliably a gap formation between the fire protection elements can be prevented by the cooperating connecting elements.
In addition, the fact that the cover plates of the fire protection elements are not in contact with each other, reliably prevents heat from an inner facing the fire cover plate to the outer facing away from the fire cover plate.
If the connecting element edge-side mounting holes for connection to the edge regions of the cover plates and at least one preferably central opening for receiving a connecting part, results in a simple reliable attachment of the connecting elements to the curved edge regions of the cover plates. In addition, through the preferably central opening for receiving a connecting part in a simple manner, a positive connection between adjacent connecting elements are produced, so that a lateral offset between the fire protection elements is prevented.
In order to produce a positive connection between the connecting elements in a simple manner, it is favorable if a rod, in particular with an at least end-side thread, is provided as the connecting part. Unless the rod is a threaded rod is formed, the over the rod positively connected with each other fire protection elements can also be connected to each other in a simple manner non-positively.
As an alternative to a rod inserted through receiving openings in the connecting parts, it is likewise conceivable, with regard to a positive connection between adjacent connecting elements, that a bolt fixedly connected to a connecting element is provided as the connecting part. With such a bolt carrying a connecting element can be made in a simple manner a positive connection with an adjacent a receiving opening for the bolt having connecting element.
In order to prevent heat transfer between the two cover plates of a fire protection element via the connecting element as far as possible, it is advantageous if the connecting element is fastened with the interposition of a fire-resistant laminate to the edge regions of the metallic cover plates.
Furthermore, it is favorable to avoid heat transfer via the connecting elements as far as possible when the connecting element is arranged between the filling layer and the edge regions of the cover plates.
In order to further avoid a gap formation between the fire protection elements, in particular in the upper and in the lower edge region of the fire protection device, it is advantageous if in each case a substantially horizontally arranged C, U or hollow profile in an upper or lower end section of the substantially vertically arranged fire protection elements is provided, in which at least one is introduced over at least two fire protection elements extending linear connection element.
In this connection, it is advantageous with regard to a frictional connection between the fire protection elements if a threaded rod extending over a plurality of fire protection elements is received in the hollow profiles arranged in the upper and / or lower end section with end-side receiving parts.
If, in particular adjacent to a recess in a fire protection element, at least one connecting element is provided for fastening a linear connecting element receiving C, U or hollow profile, the gap formation can be reliably avoided especially in a region adjacent to a recess.
With regard to a simple, reliable attachment of the connecting element on the fire protection element, it is advantageous if the connecting element is connected via a riveted joint with the fire protection element.

As can be seen in particular from Fig. 2, the
The
In particular, a lateral offset, i. to avoid a displacement of the fire protection elements transversely to their longitudinal direction, in addition to the non-positive and positive connections in the upper and lower end of the fire protection elements depending on the height of the fire protection elements or any installations (see, eg,
In FIG. 3 it can be seen that connecting
From Fig. 4 it is seen that the threaded
In Fig. 5 and 5a it can be seen that as the connecting part 14th instead of a threaded
However, it is only essential that
