- a hydraulically setting composition Sika®MonoTop® 613 (commercially available from Sika Nurse AG) containing 10% SAP TE (commercially available from Melamin, Slovenia) and 51% by weight water based on the total weight of the composition was used. Sheets were cast in the size of 16x31 cm and a thickness of 2 cm. Some panels were coated with a Hilti CP 671 C-6 (commercially available from Hilti AG, Switzerland) fire-retardant coating, which was rolled up to a thickness of about 200 ⁇ m using a painter roller to improve water retention 24 hours after the first coat had been applied.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne le domaine des revêtements ingifuges, c'est-à-dire des revêtements à haute résistance au feu destinés aux constructions en béton, notamment aux tunnels. L'invention concerne également un revêtement ignifuge sur un substrat U minéral solide comprenant au moins une première couche (1) d'une composition à prise hydraulique durcie contenant de l'eau, au moins un polymère hydrogéfiliant et au moins un liant à prise hydraulique ; et au moins une deuxième couche (2) contenant au moins un polymère organique. Eventuellement, le revêtement ignifuge contient une autre couche (1) entre le substrat U et la première couche (1'). L'invention concerne également l'utilisation d'une composition contenant une matrice solide, de préférence, un liant hydraulique, et des polymères hydrogélifiants comme agent ignifuge.
