Abstract

La présente invention concerne une tête de brosse à dents comprenant une pluralité d'éléments de nettoyage élastiques en forme de tiges qui sont fixés à un support d'éléments de nettoyage, de préférence, par touffes et en saillie sur ce support. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production d'une telle tête de brosse à dents. Selon l'invention, on utilise comme éléments de nettoyage aucun poil ou filament classique ayant, comme forme initiale, des fibres de matière plastique régulières qui sont coupées à la longueur nécessaire des poils et sont réunies en touffes. A la place de ces poils ou filaments aux propriétés mécaniques identiques non orientées, c'est-à-dire dans toutes les directions transversales à l'axe longitudinal, l'invention propose d'utiliser comme éléments de nettoyage des bandes de films qui sont réalisées dans une feuille de film par séparation appropriée du procédé de transformation. On peut obtenir de telles bandes de films aux propriétés mécaniques, notamment orientées souhaitées par le choix approprié du film initial, notamment son épaisseur et sa composition de matériau ainsi que le choix approprié de la géométrie. L'invention permet notamment d'obtenir de manière simple des bandes de films ayant différentes propriétés mécaniques comme l'effort de flexion, l'élasticité, la force de rappel, la courbe de flexion etc dans différentes directions transversales à son axe longitudinal.
