In Figur 1 wird eine Warenbahn 3 in Richtung des lediglich als Umriss eingezeichneten Pfeils transportiert. Die textile Warenbahn 3 kann beispielsweise unmittelbar aus einem Herstellungsverfahren zugeführt werden. Mittels der Walzenanordnung 1 erfolgt der Auftrag von Flotte mittels einer rotierenden, in einem Flottenbehälter teilweise eingetauchten und damit von der Flotte 10 fortlaufend benetzten Antragswalze 2. Zur Vergrößerung der Berührfläche zwischen der Oberfläche der Antragswalze 2 und der daran berührend vorbeitransportierten, textilen Warenbahn 3 wird die Warenbahn 3 mittels zweier Leitwalzen 6 um die Antragswalze 2 teilweise herum umgelenkt. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Antragswalze 2 eine wesentliche Größe für den Flottenauftrag ist, so dass die sich nach dem Trocknen der Warenbahn einstellende Fadenauflage besonders gut mittels einer Variation der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Antragswalze 2 zu regulieren ist. Nach dem Auftrag wird die textile Warenbahn 3 durch einen Trockner 5 befördert. Nach dem Trocknen wird mittels eines Sensors 4 berührungslos die Fadenauflage auf der mittels zweier Umlenkrollen 6 vertikal an dem Sensor 4 vorbei geführten Warenbahn 4 gemessen. Die vertikale Ausrichtung der Warenbahn 3 und des Sensors im vertikalen Transportabschnitt der Warenbahn stellt sicher, dass keine Verstaubung auf die Sensorfläche geraten und die Messung beeinträchtigen könnte. Das Messergebnis wird als Istwert T an die Steuer-, und Regeleinheit 9 übermittelt. Diese vergleicht den Istwert T mit einem empirisch ermittelten Sollwert S. In Abhängigkeit der Abweichung des Istwerts T vom Sollwert S wird mittels eines Stellwerts E die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Antragswalze 2 geregelt. Die Messung der Fadenauflage durch den Sensor 4 erfolgt fortlaufend, nahezu kontinuierlich. Nach der Messung wird die textile Warenbahn 3 zur weiteren Verarbeitung, Lagerung oder zum Transport auf eine Aufwickelrolle 8 befördert.In FIG. 1 a web 3 is transported in the direction of the arrow only as an outline. Claims (7)

  1. Method for finishing a material web (3), in which the material web (3) is transported past a rotating applicator roll (2) wetted with a liquor (10), in order to apply the liquor (10) to the textile web (3),

    in that the thread application on the dry material web is measured and evaluated continuously on the further-transported material web (3),
    and in that the rotational speed of the applicator roll (2) is adjusted depending on the evaluation result.
  2. Method according to Claim 1,
