Floor attachment device for pipes or posts, with a supporting foot (2) as a ground anchor (1) of a tubular, conical cross-section and with screw thread turns, with an upper limitation of the ground anchor (1), in which a pipe (5) can be deployed that is to be set upright and that has a circular cross-section, and with a compensating device (8) with an eccentric pipe holder, which is provided for the permanent vertical alignment and fixing of the pipe (5), characterised in that the compensating device (8) comprises a pair of upper and lower annular disks (9, 10) which are spaced apart from one another and which have an internal diameter (2r1) that is larger than the external diameter of the pipe (5), and a pair of interposed adjustment disks (11, 12) which are assigned to one another and which form the eccentric pipe holder and which have an opening with an internal diameter (2r2), wherein the annular disks (9, 10) are connected to one another by means of screw bolts (13, 13') that are tightened by means of screw nuts (14), that the screw nuts (14) of the lower annular disk (10) are fastened to the upper limitation of the ground anchor (1), and that the alignment of the pipe (5) is achieved through the lateral displacement and rotation of the adjustment disks (11, 12).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the annular disks (9, 10) are adjustably connected to one another.
  3. Device according to one of the claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the adjustment disks (11, 12) are arranged eccentrically between the annular disks (9, 10) and such that they can be moved cross-wise to the longitudinal axis of the pipe.
  4. Device according to claim 3, characterised in that the upper and lower annular disks (9, 10) are joined with the aid of the screw bolts (13, 13') which position the adjustment disks (11, 12).
  5. Device according to claim 4, characterised in that the screw bolts are affixed, e.g. welded, at the lower end to the ground anchor (1), preferably to a flange (4a) of the ground anchor (1).
  6. Device according to one of the claims 1-5, characterised in that arranged between the adjustment disks (11, 12) is an elastic annular seal (19), e.g. an O-ring.
  7. Device according to one of the claims 1-6, characterised in that the compensating device (8) is designed such that when the supporting foot (2) is set obliquely into the ground, and the screw connection (13, 14, 15) is relaxed or loosened, the pipe (5) that is set into the supporting foot is vertically aligned, with lateral displacement of the adjustment disks, the screw connection is tightened, with pressure on the seal (19), the adjustment disks (11, 12) and the annular disks (9, 10).
  8. Device according to one of the claims 1-7, characterised in that the opening diameter of the annular disks (9, 10) corresponds to at least the external diameter of the pipe (5) and twice the excursion distance on the compensating device (8), and the opening diameter of the adjustment disks (11, 12) corresponds to the external diameter of the pipe (5).
  9. Device according to claim 8, characterised in that the external diameter of the adjustment disks (11, 12) is greater than the opening diameter of the annular disks (9, 10), and that the internal diameter corresponds to the diameter of the pipe (5).
