Die Figuren 1 bis 4 zeigen einen Transport- und Lagerkasten 1, der als Teil eines KLT-Systems beispielsweise dazu geeignet ist, Metallteile aufzunehmen und einschließlich dieser Metallteile durch eine Waschanlage gefördert zu werden. Der Transport- und Lagerkasten 1 ist aus Edelstahl gefertigt und beständig gegenüber Säuren und Laugen sowie temperaturbeständig bis 400°C. Ein Boden 2, Seitenwände 3 sowie Querwände 4 werden zusammenfassend als Wandungsflächen bezeichnet, die den Innenraum des Transport- und Lagerkastens 1 begrenzen. An der Unterseite des Bodens 2 ist eine Stapelkante 5 gebildet, welche zusammen mit einem an der Oberseite der Seitenwände 3 und Querwände 4 umlaufenden Rahmen 6 die Stapelbarkeit mehrerer gleichartiger Transport- und Lagerkästen 1 sicherstellt. Die Stapelkante 5, welche durch eine umlaufende Schiene 7 gebildet ist, hat zudem den Vorteil, dass im Transport- und Lagerkasten 1 befindliche Teile stets von der Fläche, auf welcher der Transport- und Lagerkasten 1 abgestellt ist, abgehoben sind. Dies ist im vorliegenden Fall insbesondere relevant, da der Boden 2 ebenso wie die Seitenwände 3 und die Querwände 4 in Form eines Lochmusters 8 durchbrochen ist. Die Summe sämtlicher Löcher in einer Wandungsfläche 2, 3, 4, allgemein auch als Öffnungsfläche bezeichnet, nimmt mindestens ein Zehntel der gesamten Wandungsfläche ein. Fig. 1), welche orthogonal zum Boden 2 und parallel zum unteren Bereich 10 der Querwand 4 angeordnet ist. Claims (26)

  1.
