Claims (14)

  1. Verschlußkappe für einen Standard-Flaschenhalsring, die eine dekorative Umhüllung (1) mit Zonen geschwächter Festigkeit, vorzugsweise durch Perforationsöffnungen (2), und eine mit Innengewinde versehene zylindrische Buchse (3) aus Polymerstoff, die zu Eingriff mit dem Außengewinde auf dem Flaschenhalsring bestimmt ist, aufweißt, wobei die erwähnte Buchse ein Auslaßelement (5) aufweißt, das innerhalb steif fixiert ist und einen Pfropfen (14) und ein Absperrventil (15) aufweißt, wobei die erwähnte Buchse an der dekorativen Umhüllung mit Klebstoff befestigt ist und die Außenendoberfläche der erwähnten Buchse mit konzentrischen ringförmigen Vorsprüngen (6) gefertigt ist, die durch radiale Träger (7) getrennt sind und von oben geöffnete Hohlräume (8) formieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenseitenoberfläche der erwähnten Buchse mit Blindschlitzen (9) gefertigt ist, die am Ende abgeschrägt sind und auf diese Weise Streifen (11) im Unterteil der Buchse formieren, wobei diese Streifen eine Breite von mindesten 0,5 mm aufweisen, und dass der erwähnte Pfropfen des Auslaßelements auf der Innenoberfläche der zylindrischen Buchse fixiert wird, wobei der jenes Ende (12) des Gewinden eingreift, das auf demselben Niveau als mindestens zwei radiale Vorsprünge (13) angeordnet ist.
  2. Die Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenendoberfläche des Pfropfens (14) vom Auslaßelement (5) mit mindestens drei ringförmigen Abdichtungskragen (18, 19, 20) gefertigt wird.
  3. Die Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenendoberfläche des Pfropfens (14) vom Auslaßelement (5) mit ringförmigen Vorsprüngen (21, 22, 23, 24) gefertigt wird, die respektiv den ringförmigen Abdichtungskragen (18, 19, 20) des Pfropfens vom Auslaßelement entgegengesetzt angeordnet sind, um die Spannung in den Kragen zu konzentrieren und die Reibung während des Verschließens und der Einschraubung zu erleichtern.
  4. Die Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1, in der das Auslaßelement einen Belag (17) aufweißt und Abdichtungsringe (29) auf der Außenoberfläche vom Belag (17) des Auslaßelements (5) der axialen Richtung entlang angeordnet sind, wobei diese im Querschnitt geschwächt worden sind, um die Spannung im Gewindering der Innenbuchse (3) zu reduzieren und das Erscheinen des Gewindenreliefs auf der dekorativen Umhüllung zu verhindern.
  5. Die Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zusätzliche ringförmige Vorsprung für Führung und Zentrierung (30) im Unterteil der Außenoberfläche vom Belag (17) des Auslaßelements (5) gefertigt wird.
  6. Die Verschlußkappe nach Ansprüchen 2 und 4, in der der Pfropfen (14) mit einem biegsamen Abdichtungsgreifer (25) gefertigt ist, wobei dieser auf einem ringförmigen Außenvorsprung (26) des Belags (17) vom Auslaßelement fixiert wird, um eine doppelte Verschlußabdichtung zusammen mit dem Innenabdichtungskragen (20) des Auslaßelementspfropfens zu verwirklichen.
  7. Die Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 6, in der der Abdichtungskragen (20) des Auslaßelementspfropfen zusammen mit einem Nestkegel (28) des Auslaßelements funktioniert und in seiner Endposition nicht über den Nestkegel (28) des Auslaßelements herausragt, wodurch die scharfen Kanten und Vorsprünge auf der Kontaktoberfläche zwischen dem Abdichtungskragen (20) und dem Nestkegel eliminiert werden und die respektive Ansammlung von Staub und Bruchstücken während der axialen Bewegung und der gleichzeitigen Einschraubung von der Verschlußkappe verhindert wird.
  8. Die Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pfropfen (14) des Auslaßelements (5) mit einer ringförmigen zentrierenden Vorsprung (27) versehen ist, wobei die Innen- und Außenoberflächen der erwähnten Vorsprung abgeschrägt sind, um die radiale Versetzung des Auslaßelements (5) zu verhindern und es in der Flasche unbewegbar zu fixieren.
  9. Die Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein eingängiges Gewinde (4) auf der Innenoberfläche der Buchse (3) gefertigt ist.
  10. Die Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1, in der der Gewindeteil der zylindrischen Buchse kürzer als der Gewindeteil des Flaschenhalsrings ist.
  11. Die Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 9, in der das Querschnittsprofil vom Gewindering (4) der zylindrischen Buchse (3) in einem Gefällewinkel von 55° abgeschrägt ist.
  12. Die Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrische Buchse (3) auf solche Weise gefertigt wird, dass es möglich ist, die erwähnte Buchse durch eine gleichmäßige Drehung von einer Position vollkommener Trennung bis eine Position vollkommenen Eingriffs auf dem Flaschenhalsring zu manipulieren.
  13. Die Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Belag der dekorativen Umhüllung (1) aus einem Material gefertigt ist, das aus einer ein Polymer, ein Metall und eine Kombination von diesen enthaltenden Gruppe auserwählt wird.
  14. Die Verschlußkappe nach Anspruch 1, in der es, innerhalb des Bodens der zylindrischen Buchse, eine Abdichtung aus Polyäthylen-Schaumstoff gibt, die von einem Gewindering und radialen Vorsprüngen, die sich in der Buchse befinden, befestigt ist, wobei der Durchmesser der erwähnten Abdichtung genug groß ist, um diese den Flaschenhalsring zu überdecken.
