Definitions
- the invention relates to a holder, which can be pushed onto one end of a ski for fastening one end of a ski and has a substantially U-shaped cross-section, with an upper part for fixing a band connected to the ski and a ski-shaped hook-shaped part.
- Holders for attaching the one end of a skell to one end of a ski have become known in numerous designs.
- the opening of the hook element substantially corresponds at least approximately to the thickness of the rear end of the skis.
- a holder which is approximately U-shaped in cross section and to which a band is attached, which is connected at one end to the skimmer.
- the band here is an elastic band that is stretched.
- the holder should therefore be designed so that the band can be fixed without tensioning at the corresponding end of the ski. This complicates the fact that the thickness varies in the offered skis in a relatively wide range, for example, from 4.2 mm to 7.0 mm. In the previously known holders, it was therefore necessary to keep them with different openings in stock.
- the invention has for its object to provide a holder of the type mentioned, which avoids the disadvantages mentioned.
- the holder should thus be suitable for skis with different thicknesses and still be reliable and inexpensive to produce.
- the hook-shaped part is a clip made separately from a resilient material, which is firmly connected to the upper part.
- the hook-shaped part made of a resilient material has an opening which is resiliently substantially expandable, so that said area can be easily bridged with a single holder.
- the upper part can be designed to be arbitrary and can be made for example of plastic.
- this part can be produced very inexpensively as an injection molded part made of a thermoplastic material.
- the hook-shaped part can also be very cost-effective, for example, produce a spring steel strip.
- the hook-shaped part is formed in cross-section approximately U-shaped.
- a lower arm of the hook-shaped part has according to a development of the invention, an upwardly projecting end which is resiliently tensioned against the underside of the ski.
- the opening of the hook-shaped part can thereby vary very much and yet a good clamping effect is ensured.
- the hook-shaped part has an upper arm, which is used for its anchoring to said upper part in a recess of this upper part and anchored therein. This allows a simple yet secure attachment of the hook-shaped part on the upper part.
- the two parts can thus be assembled in a simple manner, for example by hand.
- the upper arm of the hook-shaped part has at least one latching element which is latched into an opening of said upper part.
- the locking element can be very inexpensive, be prepared for example by punching.
- the locking element is according to a development of the invention, a latching tongue which engages in the insertion of the upper arm in said recess in a breakthrough. This allows in particular a non-detachable attachment.
- a plurality of such locking elements for example, three locking elements are provided which are each engaged in a breakthrough.
- the ski end 5 is here the rear end of the ski 2, but may in principle also be the front end.
- the thickness D may be different and is for example 4.8 mm to 6.5 mm.
- a ski skin 17 is attached, which is glued in particular on the bottom 3 with a suitable pressure-sensitive adhesive. Basically, however, another attachment is conceivable.
- the skimmer 17 is in particular a so-called climbing skin.
- a band 6 is fixed, for example, riveted to the skimmer 17, which is folded around the ski 5 and fixed in a holder 1.
- this holder 1 according to Figure 2 has a passage 15 through which the band 6 is pulled.
- a retaining edge 16 prevents slipping back of the belt 6.
- the belt 6 can thus be shortened or lengthened accordingly.
- the holder 1 consists of an upper part 8 and a lower part 7.
- the upper part 8 is in the assembled state according to Figure 1 on the top 4 of the ski 2. It is preferably made of plastic in one piece.
- the lower part 7 is approximately U-shaped in cross-section and is made separately from a resilient material, in particular made of spring steel. It forms a clamp with a first arm 10, a middle part 11 and a second arm 12.
- the second arm 12 can be stretched resiliently, so that this lower part 7 can be pushed onto a ski 2 with different thickness D.
- the second arm 12 is resiliently deflected for this purpose and is in each case with a predetermined force resiliently on the underside 3 of the ski 2.
- the middle part 11 has a length which is greater than the thickness D of the thickest ski.
- the length of the middle part 11 is for example about 10 mm.
- the second arm 12 is bent upwards and has an upwardly projecting arch 12a and a downward arch 12b. Between these there is an edge 12c, which rests according to Figure 1 at tensioned part 7 on the underside 3 of the ski 2.
- the Abbug 12b preferably has centrally a not visible here recess 9 through which the band passes 6, as Figure 1 shows.
- the end 5 is in fact bent upwards, so that the second arm 12 does not come into contact with the snow.
- the first arm 10 is inserted into a slot 14 of the upper part 8 and anchored in this, in particular locked.
- This slot 14 is open according to FIG 2, front and side, however, closed.
- the width and the length of the slot 14 correspond substantially to the width and the length of the first arm 10.
- the slot 14 is connected to three recesses 9, which are open at the bottom of the upper part 8. These recesses 9 are, for example, circular openings. In these recesses 9 each have a latching tongue 13 or another suitable locking element is engaged.
- the locking tongues 13 can be produced in a simple manner by punching. They are resilient and when inserting the arm 10 into the slot 14 they automatically engage in the corresponding recess 9 a. After latching, the lower part 7 is connected substantially permanently to the upper part 8. The lower part 7 can thus in be easily connected to the upper part 9 by the lower part 7 is inserted with the arm 10 in the slot 14.
- the lower part 7 is preferably band-shaped, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
- the part 7 can for example be cut out of a metal sheet with a laser and then bent and punched.

The invention has for its object to provide a holder of the type mentioned, which avoids the disadvantages mentioned. The holder should thus be suitable for skis with different thicknesses and still be reliable and inexpensive to produce.
The object is achieved in a generic holder in that the hook-shaped part is a clip made separately from a resilient material, which is firmly connected to the upper part. The hook-shaped part made of a resilient material has an opening which is resiliently substantially expandable, so that said area can be easily bridged with a single holder. The upper part can be designed to be arbitrary and can be made for example of plastic. For example, this part can be produced very inexpensively as an injection molded part made of a thermoplastic material. The hook-shaped part can also be very cost-effective, for example, produce a spring steel strip.
According to a development of the invention it is provided that the hook-shaped part is formed in cross-section approximately U-shaped. A lower arm of the hook-shaped part has according to a development of the invention, an upwardly projecting end which is resiliently tensioned against the underside of the ski. The opening of the hook-shaped part can thereby vary very much and yet a good clamping effect is ensured.
According to a development of the invention it is provided that the hook-shaped part has an upper arm, which is used for its anchoring to said upper part in a recess of this upper part and anchored therein. This allows a simple yet secure attachment of the hook-shaped part on the upper part. The two parts can thus be assembled in a simple manner, for example by hand.
A particularly simple connection of the two parts is ensured when the hook-shaped part with the said upper part is detachably or permanently locked. For this purpose, according to a development of the invention, it is provided that the upper arm of the hook-shaped part has at least one latching element which is latched into an opening of said upper part. The locking element can be very inexpensive, be prepared for example by punching. The locking element is according to a development of the invention, a latching tongue which engages in the insertion of the upper arm in said recess in a breakthrough. This allows in particular a non-detachable attachment. Preferably, a plurality of such locking elements, for example, three locking elements are provided which are each engaged in a breakthrough.

- FIG. 4
- a further spatial view of the holder according to Figure 3.
The
The
The
