Claims (6)
- Procédé pour le sectionnement d'un tuyau creux en textile, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :a) introduction d'un papier de séparation (T) à l'intérieur du tuyau creux (H),b) mise à disposition du tuyau creux (H) de telle manière qu'il se présente de façon plane en deux couches superposées (O, U),c) fusion superficielle d'une première surface limitée (OF) de la couche supérieure (O),d) fusion superficielle d'une deuxième surface limitée (UF) de la couche inférieure (U) située à l'opposé de la première surface limitée (OF),e) sectionnement du tuyau creux (H) dans la zone des surfaces limitées (OF, UF).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par la mise à disposition d'un tuyau creux (H) tissé, tricoté ou tressé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le papier de séparation (T) est introduit pendant le tissage, le tricotage ou le tressage.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la fusion est réalisée moyennant la technique des ultrasons, de la haute fréquence ou de la soudure par laser.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le sectionnement se fait moyennant un outil de coupe à froid notamment par un outil de lame circulaire.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise du papier acrylique en tant que papier de séparation (T).
