Claims (12)

  1. Drehbearbeitungsverfahren einer Fläche (3) einer ophthalmischen Linse (1), umfassend einen Hauptbearbeitungsschritt, während welchem die Position eines Bearbeitungswerkzeuges (8) synchronisiert ist mit der winkelmäßige Position der ophthalmischen Line (1), die rotativ um eine Rotationsachse (4) angetrieben ist, transversal verlaufend zur genannten Fläche (3), so dass an der Fläche eine asymmetrische Fläche mit Bezug auf die Rotationsachse (4) der ophthalmischen Linse (1) durch Bearbeitung bereitgestellt wird, wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, das es einen zusätzlichen Bearbeitungsschritt zur Bildung einer Aussparung (22) herum um die Rotationsachse (4) der ophthalmischen Linse (1) umfasst und dadurch, dass das zur Ausarbeitung der Aussparung (22) bestimmte Werkzeug lediglich in Berührung mit der ophthalmischen Linse (1) während eines winkelmäßigen Teiles der Rotation der ophthalmischen Linse (1) steht.
  2. Bearbeitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zusätzliche Bearbeitungsschritt vorangehend ausgeführt wird zu dem Hauptbearbeitungsschritt.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (22) einen Teil oder Abschnitt der asymmetrischen Fläche definiert.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zusätzliche Bearbeitungsschritt mittels eines Bearbeitungswerkzeuges (8) ausgeführt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zusätzliche Bearbeitungsschritt ausgeführt wird mittels eines Werkzeuges, welches distinkt ist von dem Bearbeitungswerkzeug (8).
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zusätzliche Bearbeitungsschritt ausgeführt wird ohne Synchronisation der Position eines zur Ausarbeitung der Aussparung (22) bestimmten Werkzeuges mit der winkelmäßigen Position der Rotationsmäßigen angetriebenen ophthalmischen Linse (1).
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bearbeitung der Aussparung (22) ausgeführt wird unter Versetzung eines Werkzeuges in Richtung der Rotationsachse der ophthalmischen Linse (1).
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fortschreiten des Werkzeuges angehalten wird wenn die Mitte des Werkzeuges an der Rotationsachse der ophthalmischen Linse (1) positioniert ist.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (22) einen Rand umfasst, der über die Rotationsachse der ophthalmischen Linse (1) verläuft.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Restvolumen an Material ausgelegt ist, um in Umkehrrichtung bearbeitet zu werden durch das Bearbeitungswerkzeug (8) während dem Hauptbearbeitungsschritt, wobei das Restvolumen im Wesentlichen zentriert vorliegt mit Bezug auf die Rotationsachse der ophthalmischen Linse (1).
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Restvolumen bearbeitet wird während dem Hauptbearbeitungsschritt.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptbearbeitungsschritt angehalten wird vor der Bearbeitung des Restvolumens.
