A height-adjustable dewatering channel for terraces, balconies and the like, comprising a U-shaped channel which is adjustable in the height relative to the ground surface by means of a support device, wherein the support device comprises threaded shanks provided with feet, which interact with threaded mountings arranged on the channel in such a manner that the level adjustment of the channel is effected by rotating the shank in the threaded mounting,
    characterized in that the U-shaped bent channel (1) in its base region (7), and here in each case in the outer edge region of the base, comprises rows of holes (8, 9) for receiving the threaded mountings (6) of the support devices (3), wherein the rows of holes (8, 9) extend over the length of the channel (2) in such a manner that the individual punched holes (10) of the rows of holes (8, 9) are arranged symmetrically with the same spacing to one another and thus a predetermined grid is obtained over the length of the channel (2), characterized in that a grid permits a shortening of the channel (2) to any dimension, wherein it only requires a resetting of the thread mountings in order to achieve adequate stability to the ground surface.
  2. The height-adjustable dewatering channel according to Claim 1, characterized in that the individual punched hole (10) is embodied as a punched elongated hole which is arranged running longitudinally and transversely.
  3. The height-adjustable dewatering channel according to Claim 1, characterized in that the threaded mounting (6) for fixing in the punched hole (10) is designed as a sleeve (11) with a continuous threaded bore (12) for the threaded shank (4), which in the upper region comprises an external thread (13), the diameter of which is slightly smaller than the diameter of the punched hole (10), and wherein the lower region (14) of the sleeve (11) has a region (14) engaging over the punched hole (10).
  4. The height-adjustable dewatering channel according to Claim 3, characterized in that the sleeve (11) can be fixed in the punched hole (10) by means of a lock nut (15).
  5. The height-adjustable dewatering channel according to Claim 1 to 4, characterized in that the threaded shank (4) is rotatably mounted in the foot (5) and on its free end is provided with a slit (16).
