Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for operating data acquisition on machines used in the printing industry, in particular on printing presses.
For operating data acquisition on printing presses and other machines used in the printing industry with a printing press similar environmental conditions is in practice so that when you execute a print job incurred on a printing press printing machine activity time intervals and Druckmaschinenstillstandszeitintervals are recorded manually on an analog daily paper. The problem here is that the operating data recorded on the analogue day ticket are generally only incompletely recorded and moreover their accuracy can not be checked or verified. Therefore, in practice, it is also almost impossible to accurately determine standstill reasons for press down time intervals, to infer conclusions about subsequent print jobs for these downtime reasons, and ultimately to maximize press machine activity time intervals and to minimize press downtime intervals.
This also applies to specifications in the form of setpoints if these are not adhered to in comparison to the actual values, which can also be deposited with reasons in order to be able to carry out the process optimization described above.
So far, no method is known from the prior art, with the help of which operating data for business management and technical evaluations of printing presses and other machines used in the printing industry can be detected safely and verifiably.
On this basis, the present invention is based on the problem of a novel method for operating data acquisition on printing presses and others to create machines used in the printing industry. This problem is solved by a method for operating data acquisition according to claim 1.
According to the method of the invention, machine data is automatically transmitted to a control device or to an operating data acquisition device during operation of a machine used in the printing industry, wherein a time frame for the operating data acquisition is automatically generated from the machine data, such that from the machine data via the operating time of the printing press on the one hand Druckmaschinenaktivitätszeitintervalle and on the other hand Druckmaschinenstillstandszeitintervalle are derived, and that the determined Druckmaschinenstillstandszeitintervallen standstill reasons are automatically assigned and / or semi-automatically assigned.
This also applies to a specific production time for the comparison between target and actual data, which can be stored with a reason if it is not achieved in a positive or negative sense.
For the purposes of the present invention, a machine-data-based production data acquisition is proposed for machines used in the printing industry, in particular printing presses, with the aid of which operating data can be detected reliably and verifiably. From the machine data transmitted from a printing press to the control device or operating data acquisition device, a time frame for the operating data acquisition is automatically generated, the standstill reasons being automatically and / or partially automated assigned to the printing machine downtime time intervals of the time frame. The partially automated assignment of the standstill reasons is menu-driven, so that a plausibility check is carried out automatically. The possibility of incorrect entries and manipulations in the production data collection is significantly reduced compared to the known from practice, analog daily notes. Furthermore, due to the verifiable operating data acquisition, standstill reasons can be analyzed in such a way that printing press downtime intervals occur during subsequent print jobs be minimized, so as ultimately to increase the utilization and effectiveness of a printing press.
Preparatory work of any kind, including work on components that are not involved, can be entered in parallel with the recording of operating data for a current production.

The present invention relates to a method for operating data acquisition on printing presses, which will be described in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. For the purpose of simplifying the presentation of the invention, it is assumed below that only a single printing press automatically transmits machine data including production data to a control device coupled to the printing press and serving as an operating data acquisition device. It goes without saying, however, that the method according to the invention can also be used when a plurality of printing presses are coupled to an operating data acquisition device and transmit corresponding machine data to the same.
Eine auf der vertikal verlaufenden Achse gezeigte Marke 10 entspricht der im Fortdruck je Zeiteinheit gedruckten Exemplaranzahl E/Δt.In the diagram of FIG. 1, the operating time t of a printing machine is plotted on the horizontal axis and the number of printed copies E printed per unit time Δt is plotted on the vertical axis. A
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the printing machine automatically transmits a plurality of
The machine data 14 is a waste printing start and the machine data 15 is a waste printing end. The
From the
First
For all other time intervals of the operating time t, which are neither printing machine
After the generation of the printing machine
From the press machine
Subsequently, the second printing
For the set-up
For the printing
For the
For the purposes of the present invention, counter readings of print copy counters are automatically transmitted from the printing press to the operating data acquisition device as further machine data during the production printing phase in order to automatically generate or determine a wastepaper sample count. For the purposes of the present invention, wastepaper levels can then be assigned in an automated and / or semi-automated manner to the wastepaper meter reading analogously to the printing press downtime intervals. This makes it possible for the first time to accurately and tamper-proof determine the number of copies actually printed and assign the same waste reason. This increases the traceability and transparency of press sequences.
Furthermore, it is possible to automatically transmit a reset signal of a good-sheet counter from the printing press to the operating data acquisition device during the further printing phase as a further machine signal. Then, when such a reset signal is transmitted, the accumulated before the reset signal time duration of the continuous printing phase of the setup phase is automatically assigned and only the subsequent to the reset signal duration defined as a continuous printing phase. The assignment of standstill reasons with respect to their standstill reason undefined, second printing
