Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif capteur pour la détection optique de surfaces imprimées (1) en forme de bandes sur des supports d'impression (2) se déplaçant le long d'une voie de transport, constitué par une caméra de surface (3) associée à la voie de transport et comprenant un capteur matriciel (4), les surfaces imprimées (1) en forme de bande comportant une direction d'extension dominante située transversalement ou longitudinalement par rapport à la direction de transport,

    des moyens optiques positionnés en amont de la caméra de surface (3) permettent de projeter des tronçons (6.1,...6.5) de la surface imprimée (1) préalablement situés côte à côte sur le capteur matriciel (4), de sorte qu'ils soient situés les uns au dessous des autres et au voisinage les uns des autres.
  2. Dispositif de capteur conforme à la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens optiques:
    - sont répartis à des distances régulières sur la largueur du support d'impression le long de l'axe optique (8) de la caméra de surface (3), et sont respectivement associés à un tronçon (6.1...6.5) de la surface imprimée (1),
    - sont décalés les uns par rapport aux autres par rapport à l'axe optique (8) de la caméra de surface (3), et
    - projettent des images des tronçons respectivement associés (6.1...6.5) de la surface imprimée (1) sur des groupes de lignes voisins (7.1...7.5) du capteur matriciel (4), l'ordre des tronçons (6.1...6.5) correspondant à l'ordre des groupes de lignes (7.1...7.5).
  3. Dispositif capteur conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la surface imprimée (1) en forme de bande est une bande de contrôle d'impression (1K) s'étendant transversalement à la direction de transport.
  4. Dispositif capteur conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les moyens optiques comportent des miroirs (5S) ou des prismes.
  5. Dispositif capteur conforme à la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les miroirs (5S) sont formés de façon à compenser un grossissement des tronçons (6.1...6.5) dépendant de l'éloignement de l'objet.
  6. Dispositif capteur conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    un dispositif d'éclairage (9) éclaire la surface imprimée (1) en forme par impulsions linéaires.
  7. Dispositif capteur conforme à la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'éclairage (9) est conçu pour l'émission de différents spectres d'éclairage.
  8. Dispositif capteur conforme à la revendication 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
