Die bekannte TĆ¼rverriegelung fĆ¼r ein HaushaltsgerƤt weist einen in einem Korpus angeordneten und durch eine TĆ¼r verschlieƟbaren Behandlungsraum auf. Eine Schlossfalle und ein SchlieƟkloben sind an sich gegenĆ¼berliegenden Bauteilen des Korpus und der TĆ¼r des HaushaltsgerƤts gehalten, wobei der SchlieƟkloben zwischen einer SchlieƟlage, in der dieser mit der Schlossfalle verriegelt und die TĆ¼r im Wesentlichen dicht an dem Frontrahmen des Korpus anliegt, und einer Ɩffnungslage, in der die TĆ¼r nicht verriegelt ist, hin und her bewegbar ist.
Die DE 1 813 440 C zeigt darĆ¼ber hinaus eine TĆ¼rverriegelung fĆ¼r ein HaushaltsgerƤt mit einem in einem Korpus angeordneten und durch eine TĆ¼r verschlieƟbaren Behandlungsraum, mit einer Schlossfalle und mit einem SchlieƟkloben, die an sich gegenĆ¼berliegenden Bauteilen des Korpus und der TĆ¼r des HaushaltsgerƤts gehalten sind, wobei der SchlieƟkloben zwischen einer SchlieƟlage, in der dieser mit der Schlossfalle verriegelt und die TĆ¼r im Wesentlichen dicht an dem Frontrahmen des Korpus oder einer daran angeordneten TĆ¼rdichtung anliegt, und einer Ɩffnungslage, in der die TĆ¼r nicht verriegelt ist, hin und her bewegbar ist. Der SchlieƟkloben ist in einem auƟerhalb des Frontrahmens angeordneten und als GehƤuse ausgebildeten Korpusteil bewegbar gehalten, wobei der Korpusteil bei geschlossener TĆ¼r eine RandflƤche der TĆ¼r, an der die Schlossfalle angeordnet ist, zumindest teilweise Ć¼berragt und der SchlieƟkloben bei der ƜberfĆ¼hrung in die SchlieƟlage durch eine der RandflƤche zugewandte Ɩffnung in dem Korpusteil austritt und in die Schlossfalle eingreift.
Eine Ƥhnliche Anordnung ist ebenfalls aus der DE 694 29 738 T2 bekannt. Ein Unterschied zu der vorgenannten AusfĆ¼hrungsform besteht hier darin, dass der SchlieƟkloben bei der ƜberfĆ¼hrung in die SchlieƟlage nicht durch eine der RandflƤche zugewandte Ɩffnung in dem Korpusteil austritt. Der hier vorliegende SchlieƟkloben ist frei zugƤnglich an der Unterseite des Korpusteils angeordnet.
Ein HaushaltsgerƤt mit einer TĆ¼rverriegelung gemƤƟ dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ist aus der DE 10 2004 061 231 B3 bekannt. Dort wird zur Bewegung der TĆ¼r in Richtung des Korpus des HaushaltsgerƤts eine gespannte Druckfeder verwendet.

Fig. 1 zeigt ein als Einbaubackofen mit Pyrolysefunktion ausgebildetes HaushaltsgerƤt mit einer erfindungsgemƤƟen TĆ¼rverriegelung. Das HaushaltsgerƤt weist einen Korpus 2 und einen durch eine TĆ¼r 4 verschlieƟbaren Behandlungsraum 1 auf. Der Behandlungsraum 1 ist vorne durch einen umlaufenden Frontrahmen 5 umgeben. Zwischen dem Ć¼brigen Korpus 2 und dem Frontrahmen 5 ist eine umlaufende TĆ¼rdichtung 5.1 angeordnet, an der die TĆ¼r 4 in deren geschlossenen Zustand dicht anliegt. Die TĆ¼r 4 ist in Fig. 1 in der SchlieƟlage dargestellt, so dass die TĆ¼rdichtung 5.1 nicht sichtbar ist. In dem oberen Bereich des Korpus 2 ist ein an sich bekannter Abluftkanal 6 zur Ableitung von KĆ¼hlluft aus dem HaushaltsgerƤt angeordnet, wobei der besseren Ɯbersichtlichkeit wegen der bis auf Luftaustrittsschlitze vorne geschlossene Korpus in diesem Korpusteil 7 nach vorne offen dargestellt ist. In dem darin ausgebildeten Abluftkanal 6 ist ein in den nachfolgenden Fig. nƤher dargestellter SchlieƟkloben 8 mit dessen Verstellmimik angeordnet. Der Korpusteil 7 bildet somit ein GehƤuse fĆ¼r den SchlieƟkloben 8 und dessen Verstellmimik, wobei der SchlieƟkloben 8 in der nicht dargestellten Ɩffnungslage, in der die TĆ¼r 4 nicht verriegelt ist, vollstƤndig in dem als GehƤuse ausgebildeten Korpusteil 7 angeordnet ist. Die Verstellmimik des SchlieƟklobens 8 ist sowohl in der Ɩffnungs- wie auch in der SchlieƟlage des SchlieƟklobens 8 vollstƤndig in dem Korpusteil 7 aufgenommen. In der dargestellten SchlieƟlage der TĆ¼rverriegelung liegt die TĆ¼r 4, wie bereits erlƤutert, dicht an dem Frontrahmen 5 bzw. der TĆ¼rdichtung 5.1 an. Dies wird zum einen durch vorgespannte, nicht dargestellte Federn erreicht, die die ƜberfĆ¼hrung der TĆ¼r 4 in deren SchlieƟlage fƶrdern. Die Spindel 18 ist mittels eines als NotausrĆ¼ckungsvorrichtung ausgebildeten Lagers 22 auf der TrƤgerplatte 12 drehbar an der Spindel 18 gehalten. Ɯber GestƤnge 24 und 26 sowie Ć¼ber einen an der Spindel 18 angeordneten Nocken 28 sind zwei Mikroschalter 30 und 32 betƤtigbar. Sobald einer der beiden Mikroschalter 30, 32 betƤtigt wird, wird der als Synchronmotor ausgebildete Elektromotor 14 mittels einer nicht nƤher dargestellten Steuerung 34 und einer darin integrierten Auswerteschaltung 35 ausgeschaltet. Befindet sich der SchlieƟkloben 8 in der in Fig. 1 dargestellten SchlieƟlage betƤtigt die Spindel 18 Ć¼ber den Nocken 28 und das GestƤnge 26 den Mikroschalter 32 und schaltet dadurch den Elektromotor 14 aus. Befindet sich der SchlieƟkloben 8 in der nicht dargestellten Ɩffnungslage betƤtigt die Spindel 18 Ć¼ber den Nocken 28 und das GestƤnge 24 den Mikroschalter 30 und schaltet dadurch den Elektromotor 14 aus. Ferner ist es denkbar, anstelle der hier verwendeten Antriebsschnecke andere dem Fachmann bekannte und geeignete Antriebselemente zu verwenden. Beispielsweise wƤren Winkelgetriebe im Allgemeinen und KegelrƤder oder TellerrƤder im Speziellen mƶglich. DarĆ¼ber hinaus sind auch konstruktiv weniger aufwendige AusfĆ¼hrungsformen der TĆ¼rverriegelung denkbar. Beispielsweise kƶnnte der SchlieƟkloben durch einen konstruktiv einfachen Mechanismus von oben nach unten in die Schlossfalle eingefahren und wieder herausgefahren werden. Die weitere Anpressung der TĆ¼r an den Frontrahmen bzw. eine TĆ¼rdichtung kƶnnte dabei durch eine keilfƶrmige Ausbildung des SchlieƟklobens erreicht werden. Auch ist die Anordnung der erfindungsgemƤƟen TĆ¼rverriegelung in weiten geeigneten Grenzen wƤhlbar und nicht auf die des AusfĆ¼hrungsbeispiels beschrƤnkt. Beispielsweise wƤre auch eine seitliche Anordnung der TĆ¼rverriegelung denkbar. Sofern der TĆ¼ranschlag nicht an der unteren Seite der Zugangsƶffnung des Behandlungsraums angeordnet, wƤre darĆ¼ber hinaus auch eine Anordnung der TĆ¼rverriegelung in diesem Bereich mƶglich.   1. Domestic appliance comprising a processing chamber (1) which is arranged in a carcass (2) and can be closed by a door (4), and comprising a door-locking mechanism having a lock catch (10) and a latch (8) which are held on opposing components of the carcass (2) and the door (4) of the domestic appliance, it being possible for the latch (8) to be moved back and forth between a closed position, in which said latch locks with the lock catch (10) and the door (4) rests substantially sealingly against the front frame (5) of the carcass (2) or a door seal (5.1) arranged thereon, and an open position, in which the door (4) is not locked, and the latch (8) being movably held in a carcass portion (7) which is arranged outside the front frame (5) and is in the form of a housing, it being possible for the latch (8) to be moved back and forth, by means of an electrical drive (14, 16, 18, 20), between the open position and the closed position on the basis of the presence of a previously established switching state in an evaluation circuit (35) of an electrical controller (34) of the domestic appliance, and, when being transferred into the closed position, it being possible for the latch (8) to firstly be transferred into an intermediate position
    in which the latch (8) can lock with the lock catch (10), and, when being transferred further into the closed position, it being possible for the door (4) to be moved further towards the carcass (2) by the latch (8) locked with the lock catch (10),
    characterised in that,
    when the door (4) is closed, the carcass portion (7) projects over an edge surface (9) of the door (4) at least in part, on which edge surface the lock catch is arranged, and, during the transfer into the closed position, the latch (8) is able to emerge through an opening in the carcass portion (7) that faces the edge surface (9) and can engage in the lock catch (10),
    and in that the electrical drive (14, 16, 18, 20) comprises an electric motor (14) and a spindle (18) which can be driven by the electric motor (14) and carries an external thread (36) on the end thereof facing the door (4), and the latch (8) in the form of a hook is movably held on the external thread (36) in the longitudinal direction of the spindle (18) by means of an internal thread arranged on the hook arm formed as a fastening arm (8.1) and can engage with the hook arm formed as a locking arm (8.2) in the closed position in the lock catch (10).

    in the open position and closed position thereof, the latch (8) can actuate a circuit breaker (30, 32) in each case in order to deactivate the electrical drive (14, 16, 18, 20).

    characterised in that,
    when the hook (8) is moved between the open position and the intermediate position, the locking arm (8.2) can move substantially in parallel with a plane spanned by the closed door (4).
  5. Domestic appliance according to claim 4,
    characterised in that
    the lock catch (10) comprises a stop (10.1) for the hook (8), on which the hook (8) rests in the intermediate position, it being possible only in this position for the hook (8) to be inserted into a longitudinal guide (42) of the carcass portion (7), which longitudinal guide extends in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the spindle (18).
