Claims (19)

  1. Ein Verfahren zum Umwickeln von Produkten auf Paletten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es folgende Phasen aufweist:
    - Anordnen einer ersten und einer zweiten Schwenkplattform (2, 3) dergestalt, dass sie ein Produkt auf einer Palette (c) aufnehmen, und einer Maschine (5) für die Bewegung der Deckfolienrolle in der Form, dass sie mit der ersten und mit der zweiten Schwenkplattform zusammenarbeitet;
    - Absetzen eines Produkts auf einer Palette jeweils auf der ersten Schwenkplattform (2);
    - Absetzen eines Produkts auf einer Palette jeweils auf der zweiten Schwenkplattform (3);
    - abwechselndes Umwickeln eines Produkts auf einer Palette, die auf der ersten Schwenkplattform abgesetzt ist, und eines Produkts auf einer Palette, die auf der zweiten Schwenkplattform abgesetzt ist, durch die koordinierte Bewegung der Rolle (6), die von der Bewegungsmaschine getragen wird, und die Drehung des Produkts auf der Palette, die auf der Schwenkplattform platziert ist;
    - Bewegen des Produkts auf der Palette fort von der ersten und von der zweiten. Plattform.
  2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Zeit, während der ein auf der ersten Schwenkplattform abgesetztes Produkt auf einer Palette umwickelt wird, ein zuvor umwickeltes Produkt auf einer Palette von der zweiten Schwenkplattform fortbewegt wird und/oder ein neues Produkt auf einer Palette fertig zum Umwickeln an seine Stelle gesetzt wird und umgekehrt.
  3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Phasen des Absetzens eines Produkts auf einer Palette auf der ersten und auf der zweiten Schwenkplattform eine Phase aufweist, in der das Produkt auf der Palette in Richtung der jeweiligen Schwenkplattform bewegt und auf der Plattform platziert wird.
  4. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Phasen des Absetzens eines Produkts auf einer Palette auf der ersten und auf der zweiten Schwenkplattform eine Phase aufweist, in der ein deckendes Element auf das Produkt auf der Palette aufgebracht wird.
  5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufbringen eines deckenden Elements auf dem Produkt auf der Palette vor dem Platzieren desselben auf der jeweiligen ersten oder zweiten Schwenkplattform stattfindet.
  6. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Phasen des Absetzens eines Produkts auf einer Palette auf der ersten und auf der zweiten Schwenkplattform eine Phase aufweist, in der das Produkt auf der Palette gegen die entsprechende Plattform gedrückt wird.
  7. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Phase des Drückens des Produkts auf der Palette durch Absenken einer Drückvorrichtung erreicht wird.
  8. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drücken des Produkts auf der Palette nach dem Aufbringen eines deckenden Elements auf dem Produkt selbst stattfindet.
  9. Eine Vorrichtung zum Umwickeln von Produkten auf Paletten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aufweist mindestens eine erste Schwenkplattform (2) zum Aufnehmen eines Produkts auf einer Palette (c) und zum Drehen des Produkts um eine vertikale Drehachse, eine zweite Schwenkplattform (3) zum Aufnehmen eines Produkts auf einer Palette und zum Drehen des Produkts um eine vertikale Drehachse und eine Maschine (5) für die Bewegung der Deckfolienrolle zum Wickeln der Deckfolie um ein Produkt auf einer Palette, die sich entweder auf der ersten Schwenkplattform oder auf der zweiten Schwenkplattform dreht, wobei die Bewegungsmaschine so gestaltet ist, dass sie abwechselnd ein auf der ersten Schwenkplattform auf einer Palette abgesetztes Produkt und ein auf der zweiten Schwenkplattform auf einer Palette abgesetztes Produkt bearbeitet.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen ersten automatischen Förderer zum Absetzen eines Produkts auf einer Palette jeweils auf der ersten Sehwenkplattform und zum späteren Entfernen des Produkts auf der Palette von der Plattform aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen zweiten automatischen Förderer zum Absetzen eines Produkts auf einer Palette jeweils auf der zweiten Schwenkplattform und zum anschließende Entfernen des Produkts auf der Palette aufweist.
  12. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Steuerung- und Betriebssystem aufweist, das den Betrieb der Bewegungsmaschine und des ersten und des zweiten Förderers in der Weise koordiniert, dass in der Zeit, während der die Bewegungsmaschine ein auf der ersten Schwenkplattform auf einer Palette abgesetztes Produkt bearbeitet, der zweite Förderer ein zuvor umwickeltes Produkt auf einer Palette von der zweiten Schwenkplattform entfernt und/oder ein neues zu umwickelndes Produkt auf einer Palette auf ihr platziert und umgekehrt.
  13. Vorrichtung gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens der erste oder der zweite Förderer eine Übergabevorrichtung aufweist, die ein Produkt auf einer Palette in Richtung der jeweiligen Schwenkplattform bewegt, es auf der Plattform platziert und es später von der Plattform entfernt.
  14. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergabevorrichtung mindestens einen Rollenförderer aufweist, auf den die Produkte auf den Paletten abgesetzt werden.
  15. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Abschnitt des Rollenförderers mindestens auf der ersten oder auf der zweiten Schwenkplattform positionert ist.
  16. Vorrichtung gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens der erste oder der zweite Förderer eine Aufbringvorrichtung aufweist, die ein deckendes Element auf jedem zu umwickelnden Produkt auf einer Palette aufbringt.
  17. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens der erste oder der zweite Förderer mindestens eine Drückvorrichtung aufweist, die sich absenkt, um das deckende Element auf ein Produkt auf einer Palette, die auf der jeweiligen Schwenkplattform positioniert ist, zu drücken.
  18. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Förderer entsprechende Drückvorrichtungen aufweisen, die sich absenken, um das deckende Element auf ein Produkt auf einer Palette, die auf der ersten bzw. auf der zweiten Schwenkplattform positioniert ist, zu drücken.
  19. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Steuerungs- und Betriebssystem aufweist, das den Betrieb der Bewegungsmaschine, des ersten und des zweiten Förderers und der Drückvorrichtungen in der Weise koordiniert, dass in der zeit, während der die Bewegungsmaschine ein auf der ersten Schwenkplattform abgesetztes Produkt auf einer Palette bearbeitet, eine Drückvorrichtung sich auf ein Produkt auf einer Palette, das auf der zweiten. Schwenkplattform abgesetzt ist, absenkt und umgekehrt.
