Description

The invention relates to a device for separating overlapping flat items according to the preamble of claim 1.

In DE 103 50 352 B3 a separation device is described with a plurality of separation stages in a row for separating flat broadcasts in a standing position, which has a local retention band over the entire length with strip-shaped retaining elements, which are spaced above each other, offset relative to the trigger belt and offset in height to the trigger belt on the retaining band , In order to generate the necessary contact pressure of the retaining elements of the retaining band on the programs, pressure elements distributed over the length are provided which press with spring force from behind directly against the retaining band. The pressure elements have at their ends Andruckrollen with flanged wheels for holding the retaining band in height. When passing a misshapen consignment, the restraining belt may shift inadvertently toward the pressure elements, so that the restraint belt may be damaged. Malfunctions and double deductions are the result. If such a fault occurs due to the jamming of several shipments, the pressure on the shipments must be removed and the operator then removes the jammed shipments. To do this, the transport path must be opened by moving the restraining strap backwards from its working position. There is a risk that the restraining strap releases from the pressure elements and thus is no longer guided in its position.

Also known was a separating device ( US 5,257,777 A ) with a locally fixed restraining strap, strip-shaped retaining elements having, in which the necessary contact pressure is generated by the belt tension. In DE 102 12 024 A1 a separating device is described, which has for separating a plurality of contiguous piece goods a circulating belt, wherein the transport direction is opposite to the conveying channel to the transport direction of the trigger belt. For guiding and supporting the band for separating a plurality of elastically mounted Andruckrollenvorrichtungen are provided.

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a device for separating overlapping flat broadcasts with a locally fixed retaining band and pressure elements that allows displacements of the retaining band in the longitudinal direction of the pressure elements in thick or bulky transmissions and even with the transport path open the leadership of Retaining strap on the pressure elements safely ensured.

According to the invention the object is achieved by the features of claim 1.
In this case, on the back of the restraining strap elastic belt loops, which are each guided over at the ends of a coupling lever extending in the longitudinal direction of the retaining belt rotatably mounted pressure rollers, each secured by a belt in the direction of approximately point-like connection. The coupling lever is movably mounted via a pivot axis of the respective pressure element running perpendicular to the retaining band longitudinal direction and parallel to the retaining band. This special positive connection of the retaining strap with the pressure elements allows load-free displacement of the retaining band in Transportpfadrichtung and ensures the leadership of the retaining band even with the transport path open.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention are set forth in the subclaims.
In order to ensure a defined guidance of the retaining band, the belt loops are advantageously performed under pretension on the pressure rollers.

It is advantageous in terms of effort minimization and reliability, if the pressure element comprises a pivotally mounted on a rotational axis pressure lever, at one end of the pivot axis and at the other end engages a spring element and presses the end with the pivot axis in the direction of restraining.
Thus, the pressure of a relatively wide retention band over the entire width can be ensured, it is advantageous if a further spring-loaded pressure lever with coupling lever and pressure rollers is movably arranged on the respective axis of rotation.

To improve the Rückstreifeffektes it is advantageous if there are two narrow strip-shaped and raised contact surfaces on the front and in the longitudinal direction of the retaining band, one with the width of the belt loops in height and the other at the level of the other pinch rollers this axis of rotation.

It is also advantageous if, for safe guidance of the restraining belt, the pressure rollers have outside the belt loops leading flanges, wherein the flanged wheels run in slots in the restraining belt.

Furthermore, it is advantageous to arrange the contact surfaces on the retaining band and the transport belts offset in height from each other. As a result, it is possible for the transport belts and the contact surfaces of the restraining belt to act on very thin items as well, but for a larger one Transmission gap, the contact surfaces and the conveyor belts do not rub against each other.

Subsequently, the invention will be explained in an embodiment with reference to the drawing.

At the transport path are located at each transport stage on one side a plurality of driven, circulating transport belt 6 one above the other for transporting and accelerating the programs 7.8 by means of friction. On the other side a stagnant retaining band 1 is arranged, which has two narrow strip-shaped, raised contact surfaces 11 over the tape length. The conveyor belt 6 and the contact surfaces 11 are offset in height to each other so that they can overlap in the rest position in the direction of the vector on the broadside broadside, without the friction surfaces in the absence of shipments 7.8 in the transport path touching each other and thereby wear out quickly. This can be generated even for very thin consignments 7.8 of the necessary contact pressure. The force exerted by the retaining band 1 on the programs 7,8 contact pressure is generated by each mounted in a pivot point D2 Andruckhebel 5, at the side facing away from the retaining band 1 ends each a tension spring 9 engages. On the back of the retaining band 1 elastic belt loops 2 are each secured with a narrow, vertical weld 10 in the longitudinal direction of the retaining band 1 (for each separation stage two). Each belt loop 2 is guided under tension by means of two pinch rollers 3, which are rotatably mounted on the ends of a coupling lever 4. In this case, the flanged wheels run in slots of the restraining belt 1. On the other side of the restraining belt 1 between the slots is the upper raised contact surface 11, which also does not affect the flanged wheels negative. The coupling lever 4 in turn is movably mounted approximately centrally on the free end of the pressure lever 5 via a rotary bearing D1. The pressure lever 5 is pressed over the tension spring 9 in the direction of restraint belt 1. When transporting the items 7, 8 through the transport path, the retaining band 1 is deflected away from the transport belts 5 in accordance with the mailing thicknesses. In this case, the pressure levers 5 are thus positively coupled to the retaining band 1 and each occurring during the passage of the programs 7,8 longitudinal displacements of the retaining band 1 against the pressure levers 5 are compensated by the belt loops 2. The maximum permitted longitudinal displacement is ± LS / 2 (L = length of the coupling lever, S = width of the weld). Since the retaining band 1 is relatively wide, there is to guarantee the necessary pressure over the entire retention band width on the axis of rotation of each pivot bearing D2 below the coupling lever 5 described in each case a second rotatably mounted coupling lever 12, which also acts on a tension spring. At the ends of this coupling lever 12 more pinch rollers 13 are rotatably mounted on the run but no belt loops.
