Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung nach den Merkmalen der Patentansprüche 1 und 10 wird eine kostengünstig gestaltete Einrichtung geschaffen, die zum einen ohne nennenswerten Montageaufwand aus einer Bogenbremseinrichtung in eine Bogenführungseinrichtung umgerüstet werden kann und bei der zum anderen im Zuge eines Auftragwechsels Rüstzeiten, betreffend die Montage oder die Demontage von mechanischen Stützelementen in Art von Sporenrädchen, vollständig entfallen.
Des Weiteren werden mit der erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtung die Positioniergenauigkeit und der spielfreie Lauf der Sporenrädchen in Bezug auf druckfreie Korridore oder im Falz entscheidend verbessert. Ferner sind Kollisionen mit feststehenden Stützelementen bei einer motorischen Positionierung der erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtung axial zur Antriebswelle ausgeschlossen.

Beide Begrenzungselemente 8,9 besitzen eine in Richtung des Auslegerstapels geneigte Führungsfläche 8.1,9.1 und bilden dabei zwischen den Begrenzungselementen 8,9 einen um die Antriebswelle 6 umlaufenden Aufnahmeschacht 10 aus, s. a. In dem Aufnahmeschacht 10 können, in Abhängigkeit von dem zu bedruckenden Bogenmaterial 1, ein oder mehrere mit einer pneumatischen Unterdruckquelle in Verbindung stehende Bremselemente und/oder wenigstens ein Bogen-Stützmittel in Gestalt des wenigstens einen an dem Tragarm 7 angeordneten Sporenrädchens 7.1 aufgenommen sein. Das Begrenzungselement 9 ist mit einem Saugkanal 13 ausgestattet, der über eine Schlauchleitung 14 mit einer nicht dargestellten Unterdruckquelle verbunden ist. Wenn wenigstens ein Bremselement in dem Aufnahmeschacht integriert ist, steht die Mündung des Saugkanals 13 mit dem Eingang eines im Bremselement enthaltenen Saugkanals in Wirkverbindung.
Wird für einen Druckauftrag das wenigstens eine Bremselement nicht benötigt, so kann es ohne nennenswerten Montageaufwand, und zwar durch einfaches Ziehen der Antriebswelle 6, aus dem Aufnahmeschacht 10 entnommen werden. Die Mündung des Saugkanals 13 wird dann von einem die Antriebswelle 6 innerhalb des Aufnahmeschachtes10 umgreifenden Verschlusselementes 12 mit angeformten Bund 12.1 abgedeckt, am besten zu sehen in Fig.2.
Nachdem also das erwähnte Bremselement aus dem Aufnahmeschacht 10 entfernt ist, wird das Verschlusselement 12 in den Aufnahmeschacht eingesetzt und nachfolgend die Antriebswelle-6 wie ursprünglich positioniert. In einer Weiterbildung kann das Verschlusselement 13 in wenigstens einem der Begrenzungselemente 8,9 gelagert angeordnet sein und derart ausgebildet sein, dass der Aufnahmeschacht verschlossen ist oder frei liegend ist. Hierzu eignet sich beispielsweise ein bewegbarer Schieber oder eine Jalousie. Dabei kann der Unterdruck am Saugkanal 13, beispielsweise mittels manuell betätigbarer oder ansteuerbarer Ventileinrichtung, abgestellt sein.

Die Lagerung des wenigstens einen Sporenrädchens 7.1,7.2 an dem Tragarm 7 bedarf an dieser Stelle keiner näheren Ausführungen, weil diese dem Fachmann überlassen ist. Entscheidend ist lediglich, dass das Sporenrädchen 7.1,7.2 frei drehend an dem Tragarm 7 aufgenommen ist und bei Kontakt mit dem in Richtung 15 und in Richtung des Auslegerstapels bewegten Bogenmaterial 1 von dem Bogenmaterial in Drehung versetzt werden kann.

Claims (16)

  1.
