  • the present invention refers to a delivering tap and an elastic vessel according to the preamble of claim 1 and known from GB-A-2 136 781, for liquids, particularly for soft, semi-rigid or rigid vessels, for example of the type used for transporting water or various types of liquids, or for aseptic applications in which their contents must not be contaminated, or for delivering enzymes and fertilisers.
  • Water vessels shaped as a plastic bag are widely used, for example in emergency cases, when an urgent need occurs of providing water to those who need it: so far, for this type of applications, the plastic bag-shape vessel was cut or pierced to allow delivering liquid contained therein. However, once opened, such vessel could not be closed again, often implying a waste of the remaining liquid, which could have been used also at a later time.
  • Object of the present invention is solving the above prior-art problems, by providing a delivering tap for elastic vessels which exploits the vessel elasticity to guarantee a perfect seal to the liquid contained therein, through a perfect coupling between itself and the vessel, once having inserted the tap in the vessel itself, and to guarantee that the same tap, due to its arrangement, guarantees a high oxygen protection, especially for aseptic applications.

  • a mouth is preferably welded onto the vessel surface and the tap 1 is inserted therein, upon manufacturing the vessel or during its use.
  • the tap-mouth coupling is exploited, as occurs in normal "bag-in-box" systems.
  • the tap 1 In order to operate the above-described tap 1 according to the present invention it will be enough to forcedly insert it in the vessel full of liquid, piercing its surface through a suitable movement of a perpendicular or circular (screwing-like) type. Once penetrated into the vessel surface, the tap 1 will remain perfectly adhering thereto, without generating liquid leakages. Moreover, due to its particular arrangement (overturning-preventing means 20), once having inserted the tap 1, its longitudinal axis will remain perfectly perpendicular to the vessel surface on which it is applied, thereby guaranteeing a perfect vertical delivery, made easier by the sectional shape and the jet-breaking lip 22 with which its delivering opening 11 is equipped.

Claims (20)

  1. Abgabehahn (1) und ein elastischer Behälter für Flüssigkeiten oder aseptische Anwendungen, einschließlich:
    - einem Stützkörper (3);
    - wenigstens einer Öffnung (11) für die Flüssigkeitsabgabe aus dem besagten Hahn (1), diese Öffnung (11) ist im Stützkörper (3) vorgesehen;
    - wenigstens einer Öffnung (13) für den Flüssigkeitseingang in den Hahn (1), diese Öffnung (13) ist im besagten Stützkörper (3) vorgesehen;
    - Perforierungsmittel (15) für den besagten Behälter, diese Perforierungsmittel (15) sind an einem Ende des besagten Stützkörpers (3) vorgesehen,
    - Blockierungsmittel (20), diese Blockierungsmittel (20) sind in der Lage, die Einfügung des besagten Hahns (1) in den betreffenden Behälter zu stoppen, wenn die korrekte Einfügungsposition erreicht wurde,
    - Der besagte Stützkörper (3) kann in den elastischen Behälter dank der Perforation eingefügt werden, welche die besagten Perforierungsmittel (15) an dem Behälter ausführen, wenn der besagte Hahn (1) in den Behälter gedrückt wird, wobei nach Einfügung des betreffenden Hahns (1) der Behälter dank seiner Elastizität die vollkommene Dichtigkeit gegen einen Flüssigkeitsaustritt bewirkt,
    gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass der Hahn noch folgendes umfasst
    - elastische Öfmung/Verschluss-Mittel (5) im besagten Stützkörper (3), diese elastischen Mittel (5) sind in der Lage, eine Öffnungsposition einzunehmen, in der die Flüssigkeitsabgabe aus dem Hahn (1) erfolgt und eine Verschlussposition des Hahns (1), während der keine Flüssigkeitsabgabe daraus erfolgt;
    - Betätigungsmittel (6) für die Abgabe, diese Betätigungsmittel (6) bestehen aus Verbindungsmitteln (7), welche die besagten elastischen Mittel (5) verbinden, und aus Zugvorrichtungen (8) für die betreffenden elastischen Mittel (5), diese Zugvorrichtungen (8) bringen die betreffenden elastischen Mittel (5) in ihre Öffnungsposition, wenn eine Zugkraft auf die Zugvorrichtungen (8) ausgeübt wird, wobei die besagten Verbindungsmittel (7) sich im Inneren des Stützkörpers (3) befinden, die besagten Zugvorrichtungen (8) jedoch aus dem Stützkörper (3) herausragen,
    und durch die Tatsache, dass die besagten Blockierungsmittel (20) aus einer Platte (20) bestehen, welche mit der Außenfläche des betreffenden Behälters in Berührung kommt, wobei diese Blockierungsmittel (20) auch in der Lage sind, ein Kippen des besagten Hahns (1) aus dem besagten Behälter zu vermeiden und die Längsachse des besagten Hahns (1) im rechten Winkel zum besagten Behälter zu halten, nachdem der Hahn (1) in den Behälter einsetzt wurde
  2. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass er mit einer Versiegelung (16) gegen Fälschung gesichert ist, wobei diese Versiegelung (16) um die Zugvorrichtungen (8) der betreffenden Betätigungsmittel (6) herum liegt, um eine Betätigung zu vermeiden, solange die besagte Versiegelung (16) vorhanden ist.
  3. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagten Versiegelungsmittel (16) mit wenigstens einer Reißlasche (17) für Öffnung versehen ist, die mit einer abdichtenden Banderole (18) zusammenarbeitet, die einen mit Zähnen versehenen Verschlussring (19) bildet, wobei dieser gezahnte Verschlussring (19) der Abrissbanderole (18) aufbricht, wenn auf die Lasche (17) eine Abrisskraft für die Öffnung der Versiegelung (16) ausgeübt wird.
  4. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass er mit Auszug verhindernden Mitteln (21) versehen ist, die besagten Auszugverhinderungsmittel (21) verhindern der Auszug des Hahns (1) nachdem dieser in den besagten Behälter einsetzt wurde.
  5. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagten Auszug verhindernden Mittel (21) aus wenigstens einem kreisförmigen Einschnitt auf dem besagten Stützkörper (3) bestehen.
  6. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass es sich bei den besagten kreisförmigen Einschnitten (21) um zwei Stück handelt, die konzentrisch parallel zueinander liegen.
  7. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass es sich bei den betreffenden Eingangsöffnungen (13) um zwei Stück handelt.
  8. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1 oder 7, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagten Eingangsöffnungen (13) substantiell eine rechteckige Form haben.
  9. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagte Abgabeöffnung (11) mit wenigstens einer Strahlbrechlippe (22) versehen ist, welche die Flüssigkeitsabgabe dämmt und ausrichtet.
  10. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass der Querschnitt dieser Abgabeöffnung (11) elliptisch ist.
  11. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagten Perforierungsmittel (15) aus einer Spitze (15) an einem Ende des betreffenden Stützkörpers (3) bestehen, dieses spitze Ende (15) wird durch eine progressive Verringerung des Querschnittes des besagten Stützkörpers (3) gegen das Endstück (15) erhalten.
  12. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass der besagte Stützkörper (3) einen Dichtungsbereich (24) enthält, der auf die Oberfläche des besagten elastischen Behälters für eine perfekte Dichtheit damit einwirkt.
  13. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagten Zugvorrichtungen (8) der betreffenden Betätigungsmittel (6) zumindest aus einem Flügel bestehen, der aus dem besagten Stützkörper (3) herausragt.
  14. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass es sich bei den besagten Zugvorrichtungen (8) der betreffenden Betätigungsmittel (6) um wenigstens ein Flügelpaar handelt, das aus dem Stützkörper (3) hervorragt.
  15. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass die besagten elastischen Mittel (5) eine Kuppelform haben und mit einem Verbindungsmittel (30) versehen sind, das auf eine betreffende Nase (32) der betreffenden Verbindungsmittel (7) der besagten Betätigungsmittel (6) einwirkt.
  16. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass er für weiche Plastikbehälter verwandt wird, die insbesondere Wasser enthalten.
  17. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass es sich um "bag-in-box" Behälter handelt.
  18. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass es sich um halbsteife Behälter handelt.
  19. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass es sich um steife Behälter handelt.
  20. Abgabehahn (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 17, 18 oder 19, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass der betreffende Behälter mit einem Mundstück versehen ist, in welches der betreffende Hahn (1) mit einer perfekte Ausflussgarantie eingefügt wird.
