Abstract

A main object of the present invention is to provide a degreasing jig circulating apparatus which can degrease a ceramic molded body efficiently, while reducing the need for manual labor, and the degreasing jig circulating apparatus of the present invention is a degreasing jig circulating apparatus comprising:
a degreasing jig assembling apparatus; a degreasing furnace; a degreasing jig disassembling apparatus; a cover member transporting conveyor; and a bottomplate transporting conveyor,
wherein the degreasing jig assembling apparatus comprising: a molding body mounting mechanism that mounts the ceramic molded body at a predetermined position on the bottom plate placed on the table or the conveyor by using the robot arm; a cover member attaching mechanism that attaches the cover member to the bottom plate; and a jig delivering mechanism that delivers the degreasing jig to the degreasing furnace, the degreasing jig disassembling apparatus comprising: a jig receiving mechanism that receives the degreasing jig from the degreasing furnace; a cover member detaching mechanism that detaches the cover member attached on the bottom plate placed on the table or the conveyor, by using the robot arm; and a bottom plate delivering mechanism that delivers the bottom plate with the cover member being detached, to the bottom plate transporting conveyor.
