本発明は、ローラーハース炉等の連続炉中に処理品を搬入,搬送するための容器となる熱処理品搬送用ユニットに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
金属粉体,金属部品等の処理品を連続熱処理する場合、従来からこの処理品を適宜大きさの容器に容れ、その容器をトレイ上に置いて、ローラーハース,メッシュベルト,その他の搬送方式の連続炉に装入するのが一般的であった。

また、レアーメタル等の酸化し易い処理品は、真空中や高純度の無酸化雰囲気ガス中で処理されるが、微量の酸化は避けられない状況である。そこで、従来から容器に蓋を被せ容器内との通気を遮断したり、さらにはその容器内に先行的に酸化し易い物質(Mg,Ca等)を入れたりして処理品の酸化を防いでいる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記容器は継続的に使用され加熱と冷却が繰り返されると変形が生じて蓋との気密性が損なわれ易いという問題がある。特に大量処理のために使用される大きな容器ではその変形量も大きくなるので、蓋との隙間も大きくなり易い状況であった。

本発明は、このような問題点を解消し、熱膨張,収縮に伴う弊害を防止するとともに、これによって使い勝手を損なわないようにするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そのために本発明に係る熱処理品搬送用ユニットは、1枚のトレイの上に夫々独立した複数の蓋付き容器を固着してなることを特徴とする。
また本発明は上記熱処理品搬送用ユニットにおいて、各容器の蓋を1つの枠体に吊下支持してなることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施の形態を図面に従い説明する。図1に蓋を開けた状態の熱処理品搬送用ユニットの外観斜視図、図2にその蓋を閉じたときの縦断面図を示す。図中、1,1,…は定間隔で設けられた炉内搬送用ローラ、2は該ローラ上に滑動可能に配置された鋳物製の枠状のトレイで、該トレイ上に独立した4つの容器3a〜3dがボルト4によって固着される。なお該各容器は隣どうし若干の隙間が存するようにトレイ上に固着される。

また、5は四隅にリング7を設け、該リングに前記各容器3a〜3dの上端開口に被さる蓋6a〜6dを吊下支持している枠体、8は該枠体の中央部に設けられたフックである。

このように構成した熱処理品搬送用ユニットは、各容器3a〜3d中に処理品9を容れて蓋6a〜6dを被せ、ローラーハース炉等の連続炉中に搬入,搬送され、雰囲気ガス中で所定温度の加熱,冷却することにより熱処理に供せられる。そこでこの搬送用ユニットでは、1枚のトレイ2上に4つに細分された容器3a〜3dが固着され、各容器の大きさを小さくしたことによって、各容器の熱膨張量,収縮量が小さくなり、繰り返し熱膨張,収縮があっても大きい容器に比べてその変形量を小さく抑えることができる。また、蓋6a〜6dについても小さくでき変形量を小さく抑えることができる。このため変形を原因とする容器と蓋との隙間が生じ難く、長期にわたり気密性を保つことができる。

また、この実施形態では、蓋6a〜6dを枠体5に吊下支持したことで、フック8にロボットアーム等を係合させ該枠体5を各容器3a〜3d上にオートマチックに移動させることにより、4つ同時に蓋開閉ができるようになるので、容器を細分化したことによっても、熱処理の作業性を損なうようなことがない。

なお、この実施形態では各容器3a〜3dをトレイ2上にボルト4によって固着したが、該各容器3a〜3dはトレイ2上に溶接によって固着しても、あるいは鋳造等によってトレイと一体に形成してもよい。また区画する容器の数はこの実施形態にとらわれることないことは勿論である。

このように本発明に係る熱処理品搬送用ユニットは、1枚のトレイの上に夫々独立した複数の蓋付き容器を固着してなるので、各容器の熱膨張,収縮にともなう変形量を小さく抑えることができ、繰り返し使用によっても気密性が保たれ耐久性が向上する有益な効果がある。
