Abstract

Technical area

The invention relates to a bulk material container according to the preamble of claim 1. The invention relates in particular to a bulk material container for candies or dragees.

State of the art

US 6'510'963 discloses a bulk material container with a metering device. In the belly of a Santa Claus is a pantry for sweets and a relatively complicated removal mechanism, which is activated by moving one arm of Santa Claus. A discharge opening is arranged laterally on the abdomen, through which a single candy in each case reaches the hand of the other arm thanks to the mechanism. If the first arm continues to swing, the second arm lifts up and presents the candy.

US 4,530,447 shows a dispenser, which has a removal space in the lid area. Tablets that enter this room can fall back into the container interior by shaking again.

SU 948 780 discloses a bulk material container in which individual tablets can pass between the closure and the storage space. Again, the tablets can fall back into the container interior.

US 4,394,943 shows a bulk material container for powdery bulk material with a removal area, which is separated via a partition wall from the rest of the reservoir.

In the prior art, other containers with metering devices are known, which separates a predetermined number of piece goods of an indefinite amount. These are usually built relatively complicated and the singularized cargo are usually unprotected ready. The disadvantage is often that the singularized piece goods are presented so exposed that the slightest vibration or clumsy movement is enough that they fall into the hand instead of the ground. If the bulk material is a foodstuff, for example a candy, then of course it is in most cases no longer edible.

Presentation of the invention

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a bulk material container, which allows a separation of individual cargo from a larger amount, without exposing these individual cargo.

This object is achieved by a bulk material container having the features of patent claim 1.

The bulk goods container according to the invention has a container body and a lid, wherein the container body has a storage space and a removal opening for removing the piece goods from the storage space. The container further has a removal chamber, which is connected through the removal opening with the storage space. When the lid is closed, the removal chamber is closed to the outside and the removal opening between the removal room and storage room open.

This container is particularly suitable for pourable piece goods such as candies or dragees. By one or more panning or falling of the container at closed lid reaches at least one piece goods in the sampling room and is there ready. As long as the lid is closed, the singularized cargo or remain the singularized cargo protected. If the lid is now opened, it is not necessary to reach into the storage room with your hand, but only into the removal room to remove the desired piece goods. As a result, the storage space is less contaminated and the piece goods remain hygienic fresh longer. Furthermore, if the container is overturned with the lid open, less piece goods may be spilled. This is particularly advantageous during a car, train or boat trip. Of course, here are the design of the lid and the container body hardly limits. Also, the purpose is varied.

According to the invention, the removal opening is surrounded by a discharge nozzle which projects into the removal space. As a result, the likelihood that once again in the removal room located piece goods return to the storage room, relatively low. On the one hand, even piece goods that have already been touched by hand can hardly contaminate the still fresh piece goods in the storage room. On the other hand, the user can assume that after repeated shaking and pivoting of the container, he will also find a larger number of piece goods in the removal room.

The container is preferably at least partially made of plastic, wherein it is preferably produced by injection molding. Preferably, the lid is a snap hinge closure. Preferably, at least the lid and the container body are made of plastic.

In a first embodiment, the container is designed in several parts, wherein the lid can be plugged onto a cup-shaped container body.

In a second embodiment, the container is formed substantially in one piece, wherein the lid is formed on the container body.

In a preferred embodiment, the filling opening of the container body is not identical to the removal opening, but is located at the opposite end of the container body. It can be tightly closed after filling of the container with a closure element, in particular a film or a disc, in particular welded.

This embodiment has the advantage that the container can close after its manufacture and can be filled with a closed removal opening. The tightness of the removal opening can thus be guaranteed by the manufacturer and does not depend on the care of the bottler. The filling opening can be made relatively large, since it does not later serve as a removal opening and thus no requirements are placed on their diameter, so that it is suitable for later pouring the product. Furthermore, the removal opening can be made arbitrarily small, since they in turn does not have to serve as a filling opening.

The closing of the filling opening by means of a film is simple, time-saving and cost-effective. In addition, the tightness can be easily ensured. It is also advantageous that cover and container body form an integral container in delivery to the bottler and thus always present in the same number and matching each other.

Preferably, the container is constructed in two or more floors, so that the storage space and the removal chamber are located one above the other. Preferably, the removal chamber is located above the storage space.

Ways to carry out the invention

FIGS. 1 to 5 show a first exemplary embodiment of the bulk goods container according to the invention. It essentially has a container body 1 and a lid 2, as can be seen in FIG.

The container body 1 encloses a storage space 10, as shown in FIG. The shape of the container body 1 can be arbitrarily selected. In this example it is cup-shaped, i. he has an inverted frusto-conical shape, wherein the bottom is formed closed. However, the bottom and also the different cross sections of the body 1 can also be round, oval, angular or otherwise shaped. Preferably, however, it is round. At the upper edge of the container body 1, an upper flange 11 is formed, which projects radially outward and is at least partially, preferably completely encircling.

The lid 2 is according to Figure 5 in this example, a separate part, the container is thus formed in several parts. As a lid 2, a snap hinge closure is used. It has a lower part 20, an upper part 21 and a snap hinge 22 pivotally interconnecting the two parts. In the prior art, the most diverse, suitable for this cover 2 snap hinges are known.

The upper part 21 may be arbitrarily shaped, as long as it closes the lower part 20 and forms a cavity together with the lower part 20 in the closed state. For easier opening of the lid, the upper part 21 preferably has a protruding pusher nose 21 'and the lower part 20 has ribs 20' in this area.

Upper part 21 and lower part 20 may, but need not, be provided with an integrity guarantee element, for example a guarantee strip connected to the parts via predetermined breaking points. Such elements are well known in the art and therefore will not be described in detail here.

Likewise, upper and lower part 20, 21 may be provided with sealing lips to guarantee an airtight seal. Depending on the nature of the bulk material, such an airtightness is desired or not desired, and accordingly the sealing lip is present or not.

On the lower part 20, a collar 23 is formed, which projects downwards. This collar 23 has an inner circumferential wall which tapers towards the lower part 20 and forms the discharge nozzle 25. This spout 25 encloses the removal opening 24 for the piece goods S. The remaining part of the lower side of the collar is closed by a wall 27. Preferably, this wall 27 is formed obliquely, wherein it inclines away from the Auschütttülle 25 down.

This Ausschütttülle 25 can be closed at its upper end with a foil, which is easily removable, however, to release the removal opening. In addition to or instead of this film, the upper opening of the container body itself can be closed with a removable film.

Above the wall 27 is a space which is enclosed by the lower part 20 and covered by the upper part 21 and can be closed up to the removal opening 24. This space is referred to below as removal space 26. The wall 27 forms an inclined collecting tray for piece goods, which pass through the removal opening into the removal chamber 26. The drip tray may also have a domed or flat and horizontal bottom.

On the lower part 20 a downwardly projecting skirt 28 is further arranged, which the collar 23 at least partially, preferably completely, rotates. Between collar 23 and skirt 28 thus a groove 29 is formed. In this groove 29, the upper flange 11 of the container body 1 can be inserted, or the skirt 28 can be put over the flange 11, so that the body 1 and cover 2 form a closable container, as shown in Figure 1.

A hose 4, which is likewise visible in FIG. 1, can also be pushed over the body 1, so that it completely or partially covers the body 1, and then shrink to the desired extent, as shown in FIG. If the body 1 and possibly also the lid 2 are made of a transparent material, then the tube 4, depending on its shape, partially obscures the view of the contents of the container and partially obscures the view. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, it can completely or partially prevent the view of the piece goods S located in the storage space 10 and release the view of the piece goods S located in the removal space 26. Other variants are of course possible. The hose may be made of plastic, cardboard, paper, metal or other suitable material. Instead of the tube, the body 1 can also be printed or provided with a label.

As can be seen in Figures 2 and 3, the Ausschütttülle 25 connects with its removal opening 24 the storage space 10 with the removal chamber 26 and this even with the lid closed 2. However, with the lid closed 2, the removal chamber 26 except for this removal opening 24 to the outside closed thanks to the lid 2.

By swiveling or shaking the container, piece goods can now pass from the storage space 10 into the removal space 26 and be there ready for further use in the collecting tray. This is achieved in that the Ausschütttülle 25 spaced from the upper inner wall of the lid 2 ends, wherein the distance is dimensioned so that when the lid 2 closed cargo S can pass through the Ausschütttülle 25 into the removal chamber 26. For further use of the available piece goods S only the top 21 of the lid 2 has to be raised and access to the removal space 26 is made possible. This can be seen in FIG.

The piece goods are not counted ready in the removal room 26, ie their number is not predefined. However, it would be possible to incorporate a metering or metering mechanism in the discharge spout or in the storage room.

FIGS. 6 to 9 show a second exemplary embodiment. Like parts are designated by the same reference numerals as in the first example.

This container also has a container body 1 and a lid 2. The lid is formed by an upper part 21, a lower part 20 and a snap hinge 22 pivotally connecting the two. Again, the container body 1 are optionally provided with a hose 4 and a window 40 can provide insight into the level of the storage space 10.

As can be seen in FIG. 7, the container body 1 has a taper at the end opposite the bottom, which ends in a neck or pouring spout 13. The Ausschütttülle 13 surrounds the removal opening 15 through which the cargo S are removed from the storage space 10. The Ausschütttülle 13 protrudes into the removal chamber 26, as can be seen in Figure 8. It thus protrudes into the lower part 20 or, depending on the shape of the lower part 20 and the upper part 21, it may even project beyond the lower part 20. However, the Ausschütttülle 13 is again not closed by the upper part 21. It is also conceivable in this example as well as in the above example that its upper end is covered by the upper part 21. In this Case, the Ausschütttülle 13, however, lateral openings through which the bulk material stored in the storage room can escape into the removal chamber 26.

In contrast to the first example here, the container bottom is not closed, but forms a filling opening, which after filling of the container with a closure element, here a film 3, is tightly closed, as shown in Figures 6 and 7 is visible. The film is preferably welded, but it may also be glued or otherwise secured. In order to fix the film 3 easier and also to allow the container body 1 a good state, the lower edge of the container body 1 is formed as a radially outwardly projecting flange or foot 12. This embodiment has the advantage that it can be filled quickly and easily and that the size of the filling opening does not depend on the size of the removal opening.

The film is preferably made of aluminum or plastic. Instead of the film, it is also possible to use a pane, in particular of the same materials. Furthermore, a snap closure, a screw cap or a snap hinge closure can be used as closure element. The Schnappscharnierverschluss can be placed on the body or sprayed on this.

The container according to the invention thus makes it possible with very simple means to meter or separate individual piece goods from a storage space. It is particularly suitable for travel by car, boat or train.
