Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von leichten offenporigen Bauteilen aus Metall, Metalllegierungen, Kunststoff oder Keramik beliebiger Geometrie. Dabei wird das Bauteil durch Eingießen flüssigen Materials in eine Gießvorrichtung (01) hergestellt, wobei ein Kernstapel (04) in einer Gießform (03) gelagert, abgegossen und entkernt wird. Der Kernstapel (04) ist hierbei als regelmäßiges mehrdimensionales Kerngitter (09) mit definierten Kerngitterebenen (12) ausgebildet, bei dem jede Kerngitterebene (12) aus einzelnen regelmäßigen Kernkörpern (10) aufgebaut wird.
Durch dieses Verfahren können offenporige Bauteile geringer Dichte und gleichzeitig hoher Festigkeit und Steifigkeit hergestellt werden. Die aus dem Verfahren hervorgehenden Bauteile weisen eine geordnete Schaumgitterstruktur mit definierter Porengröße auf und können bei Bedarf mit einer geschlossenen Außenhaut definierter Dicke umhüllt werden.
