Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour assurer les liaisons de communication et les facturations associées dans un réseau de communication redondant (1), procédé selon lequel des terminaux (7.1-7.x 11, 12) communiquent par le biais d'intermédiaires (2), de préférence d'un support IP, et d'unités matérielles (14, 15) au moyen de messages (13), le bon fonctionnement des terminaux (7.1-7.x, 11, 12) et/ou de l'intermédiaire (2) et/ou des unités matérielles (14, 15) étant surveillé au moyen d'une fonction de surveillance et, en cas de panne (14.1) d'une ou de plusieurs unités matérielles (14, 15), les unités matérielles encore opérationnelles (15) reprenant les fonctions physiques des unités matérielles en panne (14). Ce procédé se caractérise en ce que les unités matérielles opérationnelles (15) transmettent un message (17) aux terminaux impliqués (7.1-7.x, 11, 12) immédiatement après la reprise des fonctions physiques et spécifient également que la fonction de surveillance est exécutée par les unités matérielles encore opérationnelles (15). De plus, lorsqu'une transaction est encore en cours, un indicateur est transmis d'une des unités matérielles en panne (14) à une des unités matérielles opérationnelles (15), de sorte que des surfacturations ne sont pas appliquées à cette transaction.
