The mechanical apparatus described in the invention advantageously produces irregular reflections of light with moving, rotating and reflective wobble bodies which, under the influence of gravity and centrifugal force, move on a threaded bar and are returned to their original position they are not continuous processes.

This apparatus can be used where, for economic and / or optical reasons, it seeks to attract and increase the attention of a viewer due to the irregularity of the light reflections, e.g. at the time of becoming as a light installation, Leuschtkörper, Blickfand, design articles, Welbeartikel, art object, sculpture, toys, billboard, etc.

The Appatatur allows the observer to observe the tumbling bodies which are exposed and which reflect on their surface natural or artificial light. Further, in the apparatus, the wobble bodies are returned to their initial position on the threaded rod. It also possesses the possibility of interaction of the observer during transport operations of the wobble bodies, e.g. by the delivery mechanism can be switched on, off or interrupted, which can further increase the attention of the viewer, because in addition a game stimulus arises. The viewing of the apparatus is attractive and relaxing, because the movements of the tumbling bodies and thus the generated light reflections are irregular and unpredictable.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, at least one luminaire is provided, which is mounted in such a way that its light, in particular during the downward movement, is reflected by the surface of the tumbling body. In this embodiment of the invention, the light reflections are amplified.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention it is provided that the wobble body has a disc shape or another symmetrical shape.

Furthermore, it is provided that in the apparatus of the tumbling body at least during a portion of the downward movement tumbling and rotating moves The apparatus may be such that the tumbling body is first held by a holding device in the starting position and after leaving the starting position initially free falling and then staggering and rotating around the pole.

The rod which in turn can perform movements, may have a straight, gebobed, circular and / or wavy shape over its entire length or on parts and / or rigid or elastic.

The use of rods and swash bodies of different dimensions and colors promotes the appeal of the Appatatur for the viewer.

Durch diese Schwingung der Stange werden die Taumelkörper relativ schnell in ihre Taumelbewegung gebrachtIn a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the device interacts with the rod such that the sword is excited to vibrate at least at the beginning of the downward movement. By this vibration of the rod, the tumbling bodies are relatively quickly brought into their tumbling motion

The rod and / or the tumbling body can be made of metal, plastic and / or wood and, for example, also be part of everyday objects or promotional items.

In a variant of the invention, the device is designed such that the wobble body is brought along the rod in a downward movement substantially oppositely directed upward movement of the starting position.

In another variant of the invention, the device is designed such that the rod is rotated about an axis of rotation perpendicular to the rod. In this case, the rotation can be effected substantially by 180 °.

In other variants of the invention, the threaded rod with wobble bodies is pendulum-mounted, so that the rod performs a pendulum motion when stimulated thereto, or it is e.g. mounted on a rotationally symmetrical body, with a mandrel arranged in the center of the body. In this case, too, the rod causes a tumbling motion when it is stimulated to do so. The tumbling bodies are thereby brought by hand to their original position. It is also possible in each case to use a plurality of different rods with tumbling bodies.

At the in Fig. 1 shown apparatus are serving as reflectors swash plates 11 - shown are three swash plates of the same dimensions - first in the rest position on a base 12. On a base plate 13, a conveyor mechanism for the swash plates 11 is arranged by a motor 14 or by hand, which not shown, is driven. In this conveying mechanism, an elastic conveyor belt 15 runs continuously over two deflection rollers 16a and 16b. On the conveyor belt 15, a lifting fork 17 is mounted, which receives the discs 11 and transported on a threaded rod 18 upwards. At the upper end of the rod 18 is a stop 19 which limits the conveying path for the swash plates 11 upwards. Here, the swash plates 11 leave the lifting fork 17, which allow the elastic properties of the conveyor belt 15 and the rods 18. By the reference numeral 11a, a further disc is shown in its initial position. The swash plates 11 move, first a short distance freely falling and then due to the gravitational and centrifugal force in a rotating tumbling motion along the cut into the rod 18 thread down until they resume their resting position on the base 12, where they subsequently from the Lifting fork is taken up again, so that the sequence is repeated. The speed of the conveyor belt 15 corresponds approximately to the axial speed at which the swash plates 11 move downwards. The elastic rod 18 wild deflected by the lifting fork 17 in the deflection of the deflection disc 16a and excited to vibrate, so that the movement of the swash plates 11 along the rod 18, an additional irregular swinging motion is over-stored. At the reflecting surfaces of the swash plates 11 are thus by natural or artificial light, such as a halogen lamp 20 or more halogen lamps, generated light rays 21 according to the invention reflects irregular. This can attract and increase the attention of a viewer of the light reflections.

The in the Fig. 1 shown apparatus can be varied and duplicated in their individual components, for example, on a common base plate several differently sized rods 18, along which different sized swash plates 11 move, and conveyor mechanisms side by side, one behind the other or one above the other. This increases the number of irregular light reflections.

The generated tumbling motion of the swash plates 11 is created by the fact that this with the circumference of the bore d (see Fig. 2 ) due to the gravitational and centrifugal force after a short drop distance of the swash plates 11 roll along the rod 18 on the thread when they have left the lifting fork 17, wherein they also produce a typical for the equipment rolling noise. It is the use of different materials, such as metal, plastic or wood and their combination, for the rod 18 and the swash plates 11 possible, as well as different shapes and colors The conveyor belt 15 may be made of different elastic, flexible or rigid materials and eg be designed as a timing belt, V-belt, conveyor chain and also accept a variety of shapes and colors. The outer periphery of the swash plates 11 may take other symmetrical forms except a circular shape. When using the apparatus eg as a sculpture, light installation, design article or art object a variety of colors and shapes of the elements used are conceivable. With appropriate technical design of the apparatus, there is the possibility of interaction by the viewer by, for example, the delivery mechanism for the swash plates 11, switched off or interrupted, which can further increase the viewer's attention, because in addition a playfulness arises.

The driver finger 34 on the shaft of the Abtriebsmoters 35 takes the finger 36 of the crank 32 with. The two fingers 34 and 36 are not connected to each other, and the motor 35 can rotate in both directions. The crank 32 and the rod 18 - it may, for example, several different rods are arranged with swash plates on the crank 32 - is dimensioned in such a way that it is perpendicular to the starting position, as in Fig. 3 The 11 are then in the lower rest position Upon rotation of the driving finger 34 from about 0 to about 180 degrees, the swash plates 11 slide without tumbling movement to the stop 31 along the rod 18 and thereby also generate a sliding noise. When exceeding the approximately 180 degrees, the finger 36 releases due to the balancing of the crank 32 from the driver finger 34, which continues to run at a constant speed. The finger 36 rushes ahead of the entrainment finger 34 due to gravity for a short time at a higher speed, subsequently the crank 32 initially oscillates around its initial state, in which it subsequently comes to standstill again. During the pendulum movement of the crank 32, the swash plates 11 formed as reflectors move in a tumbling motion along the cut into the rod 18 downwards until they reach the stop 31 due to the gravitational and centrifugal force. During the movement of the swash plates 11, the natural light or the artificial light, for example, from a halogen lamp 20 or more halogen lamps, from the swash plates 11 is reflected irregularly, resulting in the already associated with Fig. 1 and 2 effects described

Also apply here in connection with Fig. 1 described questions of material selection and duplication of the components used. The parts the apparatus according to the drawing 3. are mounted on a base plate 37. Instead of the motor 35, the drive can also be done by hand with a crank, not shown. The rod 18 may for example also assume a slightly curved or slightly wavy shape.

Fig. 4 zeigt eine weitere Ausführung der Erfindung. Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment of the invention. The rod 18, on which the three swash plates 11 move along the thread, is arranged on a crank 42, which is fixedly connected to the shaft 43 of the drive motor 44. The crank rotates from the initial position shown in Figure 4 by about 180 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise so fast that the swash plates remain in the illustrated starting position due to the centrifugal force When about 180 degrees are reached, the engine, for example by a Photocell 45 controlled, stopped or by a limitation of the rotation sector. Now move the swash plates 11 after a short fall distance in circular movements down to the stop 41 and thereby generate a rolling noise. When using elastic rod material, the rod 18 vibrates, so that the axial movement of the superimposed on an irregular vibration, resulting in irregular light reflections. When all the swash plates 11 have arrived at the stop 41, the motor 44, for example controlled by an adjustable time relay, again runs at such a high speed that the swash plates 11 remain on the stop 41 due to the centrifugal force. After a rotation of about 180 degrees, the motor 44, for example, controlled by a light barrier 45 or a limitation of the rotation sector is stopped again, and the swash plates 11 move back to their original position. Then the procedure described above is repeated as often as desired. The motor 44 and the photocell 45 are fixedly connected to the base plate 46, and a natural or artificial light source in the form of a lamp 20 or more lights emits the light which is reflected irregularly on the swash plates 11. Of course, as many of the bars or units described here can be used alongside, can be arranged above or behind each other and the rods can for example also assume a slightly curved or slightly wavy shape and different dimensions. The motor 44 may turn in another, not described embodiment, also by about +/- 180 degrees, so that the desired effect of irregular light reflection on the swash plates 11 occurs, Instead of the motor 44, the drive can also by hand with a not shown crank done.

Fig. 5 for example, shows a toy or a sculpture where the swash plates 11 can be moved through a lifting tube 51 along the threaded rod 18 to the stop 52. Upon reaching the stop 52, the lift tube 51 is released and falls back onto the bottom plate 53 connected to the rod 18. The swash plates 11 then move along the rod 18 and produce the desired light reflections and rolling noise when natural light is incident. On the bottom plate 53, which may be, for example, also mobile or as a swash plate, any number of such threaded rods of different dimensions may be arranged side by side, behind or one above the other, for example, may also have a slightly circular or slightly wavy shape.

At another in Fig. 6 shown example of a toy or sculpture, for example, three rods 18 are arranged with swash plates 11 and lifting tube 61 in a frame consisting of the stop 62, the spacers 63, the bottom plate 64 with the feet 65. With the help of the siphon tube 61, the swash plates 11 are successively lifted up to the stop 62, then move after releasing the siphon tube 61 different downwards and produce the desired irregular light reflections upon the incidence of light.

In Fig. 7 is shown another example of a children's toy or a sculpture. The threaded rod 18 is in a frame arranged, which consists of a stop 71, a bottom plate 72 with feet 73 and spacers 74. The swash plates 11 are raised by a lift tube 75, which is connected via a thread 76 with a pull ring 77 and a receptacle 78 with the lifting tube 75 by hand to the stop 71, and the lift tube 75 is returned to the starting position. The thread 76 can - for example when used as an eye-catching motor, for example by means of a winding and Abwickelvorrichung be actuated or by a train and Entlatungsvorrichtung with a right and left rotating motor, which is not shown in the drawing. The swash plates 11 then move along the rod 18 and produce the desired irregular light effects and noises when light is incident. Again, the rod 18 may assume, for example, a slightly curved or slightly wavy shape, and there may be a plurality of rods 18 of different dimensions are juxtaposed and several frames side by side, behind and one above the other.

An additional example of a toy is in Fig. 8 shown. The threaded rods 18 and the swash plates 11 are releasably or firmly connected to holding plates 81 and 82, for example screwed. By rotating the apparatus by about 180 degrees by hand, the swash plates 11 are set in motion, producing irregular light reflections upon incidence of light.
