Description

  • La présente invention a pour objet un manchon étirable destiné à être placé autour d'au moins un contenant tel qu'un emballage creux ou un récipient comme un bidon, une bouteille, un pot par exemple en vue de constituer un support d'informations au sens général.
  • L'objet de l'invention concerne plus précisément un manchon d'étiquetage associé à au moins un objet tel qu'un document ou à un objet intercalé entre le contenant et le manchon d'étiquetage.
  • De manière classique, un manchon d'étiquetage comporte un corps en matière plastique étirable conformé pour s'adapter sur le pourtour du récipient. De manière avantageuse, la surface de ces manchons est utilisée pour constituer un support d'informations c'est-à-dire une surface servant au décor et/ou à l'impression d'indications relatives au produit incluant éventuellement son mode d'emploi.
  • Ainsi par exemple, le brevet EP 0 675 474 décrit un manchon support d'informations destiné à être placé autour d'un récipient. Ce manchon support est formé d'un corps réalisé en une feuille en matière plastique conformée pour s'adapter sur le pourtour du récipient. Au moins deux parties formant rabat sont fixées au corps de manchon pour le recouvrir en tout ou partie. Au moins l'une des faces des parties formant rabat présente une impression.
  • Dans le même sens, le brevet FR 2 696 263 décrit un manchon d'étiquetage comportant un manchon en matière plastique étirable adapté pour s'adapter au pourtour d'un contenant. Le manchon comporte un volet mobile autour d'une articulation et des moyens adhésifs pour ouvrir le volet mobile selon l'articulation de sorte que le volet mobile occupe une position d'ouverture. Selon une variante de réalisation, le volet comporte deux parties de film dont les faces extérieures correspondent à une face imprimée. Ce brevet précise également que l'impression peut aussi être constituée d'une notice insérée à l'intérieur du rabat.
  • Dans certaines applications, il apparaît utile d'équiper certains manchons d'un document par exemple en papier se présentant sous la forme d'un feuillet, d'une liasse, d'un livret ou d'une notice dépliable ou non de manière à augmenter la capacité d'information. Toutefois, lors de l'opération de mise en place du manchon autour du contenant, le manchon passe entre les cylindres d'une machine de conformation, ce qui est à même d'entraîner d'une part une détérioration voire un arrêt de la machine, et d'autre part une détérioration du manchon et/ou du document papier. De plus, le conditionnement de ces contenants à l'intérieur de boites d'emballage conduit fréquemment à une détérioration du document papier, voire du manchon également.
  • Dans l'état de la technique, il est connu par le brevet FR 2 698 851 de réaliser un manchon en matière plastique thermorétractable apte à entourer un contenant. Le manchon est pourvu d'un rabat sur lequel est positionnée une notice explicative détachable. Il s'avère en pratique difficile voire impossible de ne pas affecter la qualité de la notice explicative lors de l'opération de rétraction du manchon sur le contenant. De plus, le caractère détachable de la notice explicative peut être un inconvénient lorsque celle-ci contient des informations techniques et/ou de sécurité sur l'utilisation du produit.
  • L'objet de l'invention vise donc à remédier aux inconvénients énoncés ci-dessus en proposant un manchon d'étiquetage pour un contenant, adapté pour maintenir en position un objet tout en conservant ses qualités de présentation d'informations en relation avec un contenant.
  • L'invention concerne un manchon d'étiquetage conforme à la revendication 1.
  • Selon une première variante de réalisation, la zone de positionnement correspond à une partie de la face du manchon tournée vers le volet mobile et pourvue de moyens adhésifs pour la fixation de l'objet sur cette face du manchon et l'assemblage amovible de cette face avec le volet mobile.
  • Selon un exemple de réalisation, le volet mobile est replacé dans la position de recouvrement à l'aide de moyens de liaison amovible réalisés par un adhésif double face repositionnable ou par une étiquette adhésive repositionnable.
  • Selon un autre exemple de réalisation, le volet mobile est réalisé soit par une feuille en matière plastique fixée au manchon ou soit par au moins une prédécoupe réalisée dans une feuille en matière plastique fixée au manchon.

Afin d'assurer son montage autour du contenant, le manchon 3 présente un périmètre de l'ordre du périmètre du contenant c'est-à-dire sensiblement égal ou de préférence légèrement inférieur au périmètre du contenant pour s'adapter par élasticité autour du contenant.
  • Selon une caractéristique de l'objet de l'invention, le manchon d'étiquetage 1 comporte au moins une zone 31 servant pour le positionnement d'au moins un objet 4. Il doit être compris qu'une zone du manchon d'étiquetage est choisie pour servir de positionnement à l'objet 4.
  • Dans l'exemple illustré aux Figures 1 à 3 , l'objet 4 est un document de préférence en papier se présentant sous la forme d'une feuille, d'un feuillet, d'une liasse, d'un livret ou d'une notice dépliable ou non. Pour cette application, il doit être compris que le manchon 3 présente une zone 31 adaptée pour retenir, fixer ou maintenir l'objet, sur la face du manchon opposée de celle en contact avec le contenant. A cet effet, l'objet 4 est fixé sur le manchon 3 par tous moyens assurant un assemblage ou une fixation de préférence permanente. Par exemple, ces moyens de fixation permanents sont réalisés par des moyens adhésifs assurant la fixation permanente de l'objet 4 sur la face externe du manchon. En effet, il est préférable que l'objet 4 reste solidaire du contenant 2 pour une bonne utilisation du contenu du contenant 2. Dans cet exemple la zone de positionnement 31 correspond à la zone du manchon située en regard de l'objet 4, c'est-à-dire sur la face du manchon opposée de celle en regard avec le contenant 2.
  • Le manchon d'étiquetage 1 comporte également au moins un volet 6 rattaché au manchon 3 et mobile autour d'une articulation 7. Ce volet mobile 6 présente des dimensions supérieures ou égales à la zone de positionnement 31 de sorte que le volet mobile 6 puisse occuper une position de recouvrement complet de la zone de positionnement 31 afin d'interdire l'accès direct à l'objet 4 comme illustré à la Figure 1 .
  • Dans l'exemple de réalisation illustré aux Figures 1 à 3 , le volet mobile 6 est formé par une feuille en matière plastique souple rattaché au manchon 3 par tous moyens appropriés tels qu'une ligne de soudure, formant l'articulation 7. Dans l'exemple illustré, le volet mobile 6 s'étend sur toute la hauteur du manchon et selon une largeur suffisante pour recouvrir l'objet 4. Bien entendu, le volet mobile 6 peut s'étendre sur une partie de la hauteur du manchon 3. Il est à noter que le volet mobile 6 peut être réalisé par une feuille en matière plastique souple rapportée sur le manchon ou par une partie de la feuille en matière plastique formant le manchon 3.
  • Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le manchon 1 comporte des moyens d'ouverture 9 permettant d'ouvrir le volet mobile 6 selon l'articulation 7 de manière que la volet mobile puisse occuper une position d'ouverture ( Figure 2 ), autorisant l'accès à l'objet 4. Il doit être compris que ces moyens d'ouverture 9 permettent de déplacer le volet mobile 6 sans entraîner la détérioration du manchon 3 et éventuellement du volet 6. Par exemple, ces moyens d'ouverture 9 peuvent être réalisés à l'aide d'au moins une prédécoupe aménagée sur le volet 6 et/ou par l'intermédiaire de moyens adhésifs interposés entre le volet mobile 6 et le manchon 3 ( Figure 3 ).
  • Dans sa position de recouvrement, le volet 6 recouvre complètement l'objet 4 permettant de protéger ce dernier notamment lors de l'opération de mise en place du manchon d'étiquetage 1 autour du contenant 2 mais également, lors de l'opération de conditionnement du contenant 2. Le volet 6 est destiné à occuper une position d'ouverture telle qu'illustrée à la Figure 2 pour permettre d'accéder à l'objet 4. L'ouverture du volet 6 est réalisée sans détérioration du manchon 3 voire du volet mobile 6 par la mise en oeuvre combinée des moyens d'ouverture 9 et de l'articulation 7. Bien entendu, le volet 6 peut être détaché complètement du manchon 1 à partir de l'articulation 7 ou par une ligne de prédécoupe aménagée par exemple à proximité de l'articulation 7.
  • In est à noter que les moyens d'ouverture 9 sont réalisés de manière que le volet mobile 6 puisse passer au moins de sa position de recouvrement à sa position d'ouverture. Dans sa position d'ouverture, il est à noter que le volet mobile 6 peut recouvrir encore partiellement l'objet 4 si l'accès à l'objet 4 est possible.
  • Dans l'exemple de réalisation illustré aux Figures 1 à 3 , le volet mobile 6 est réalisé sous la forme d'une feuille en matière plastique souple fixée au manchon 3 par ses deux extrémités par l'intermédiaire de lignes de soudure dont l'une forme l'articulation 7. A proximité de l'autre ligne de soudure, une prédécoupe 9 est aménagée sur le volet de manière à constituer les moyens d'ouverture. Tel que cela ressort des figures, l'articulation 7 s'étend selon une direction par exemple longitudinale au manchon 3 mais, il est clair que le volet 6 peut être mobile selon une articulation présentant plusieurs directions. Dans le même sens, la prédécoupe 9 illustrée s'étend selon une seule direction mais il est clair qu'il peut être prévu une ou plusieurs prédécoupes 9 s'étendant selon plusieurs directions.
  • Dans l'exemple illustré à la Figure 4 , le volet mobile 6 est délimité par une prédécoupe 9 formant les moyens d'ouverture et aménagée sur une feuille 11 fixée au manchon 3. Le volet mobile 6 est délimité par une prédécoupe 9 qui avant son détachement recouvre complètement l'objet 4. La prédécoupe 9 est donc aménagée en coïncidence avec au moins une partie de la zone de positionnement 31 de l'objet. L'ouverture du volet mobile 6 le long de la prédécoupe 9 permet d'ouvrir le volet mobile selon une articulation 7 déterminée par l'une et/ou l'autre des lignes de la prédécoupe 9 afin de permettre l'accès à l'objet 4. Un tel volet mobile peut être détaché partiellement ou complètement de la feuille 11. Il doit être considéré que le volet 6 est mobile le long de l'articulation 7 qui évolue en fonction de la position d'ouverture du volet mobile le long de la prédécoupe 9.
  • Selon une caractéristique préférée de réalisation, le volet mobile 6 est assemblé au manchon 1 à l'aide de moyens de liaison amovible 13. Ces moyens de liaison amovible 13 tels qu'un adhésif repositionnable permettent de repositionner le volet mobile 6 dans sa position de recouvrement complet de l'objet 4. Ainsi, dans l'exemple illustré aux Figures 1 à 3 , le volet mobile 6 est équipé, le long de son bord voisin de la prédécoupe 9, d'au moins un adhésif double face repositionnable 13 venant coopérer avec le manchon 3. Bien entendu, l'adhésif est porté par l'un et/ou l'autre des deux parties en contact l'une de l'autre. Dans l'exemple illustré à la Figure 4 , le volet 6 peut être replacé dans sa position de recouvrement à l'aide de moyens de liaison amovible formés par une étiquette adhésive repositionnable placée en chevauchement sur une partie du volet et une partie de la feuille 11 ou du manchon 3.
  • Selon une caractéristique préférée de réalisation, les moyens d'assemblage de l'objet avec le manchon 9 assurent également l'assemblage amovible du volet mobile 6 avec le manchon 3. Selon une caractéristique avantageuse de réalisation illustrée à la Figure 5 , les moyens d'assemblage de l'objet sont des moyens adhésifs comportant un ou plusieurs cordons d'adhésifs continus ou discontinus 14 s'étendant d'un bord transversal 3a à l'autre du manchon, en dépassant de part et d'autre de l'objet 4. Il doit être compris que la partie de l'adhésif interposé entre l'objet 4 et le manchon 3 sert à la fixation permanente de l'objet 4 tandis que la partie de l'adhésif situé en dehors de l'objet 4 permet d'assurer un assemblage amovible du volet mobile 6 avec le manchon. Bien entendu, les moyens adhésifs peuvent s'étendre parallèlement aux bords transversaux 3a.
  • Dans l'exemple décrit ci-dessus, l'objet 4 est fixé sur le manchon, c'est-à-dire sur la face du manchon 3 tournée vers le volet mobile, ce qui présente l'avantage d'un maintien de l'objet 4 en contact avec le contenant par l'intermédiaire du manchon 3.
  • Il est à noter qu'il peut être prévu d'équiper le manchon de plusieurs volets.
  • Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le manchon d'étiquetage 1 comporte au moins un témoin d'inviolabilité pour l'objet permettant de visualiser que le volet mobile 6 a été ouvert. Ce témoin d'inviolabilité peut être réalisé par tous moyens tels qu'un adhésif de sécurité ou une prédécoupe. Dans le cas où les moyens d'ouverture 9 sont réalisés par une prédécoupe, cette prédécoupe permet de constituer un témoin d'inviolabilité. Bien entendu, l'adhésif est porté par l'un et/ou l'autre des deux parties en contact l'une de l'autre. Dans l'exemple illustré à la Figure 4 , le volet 6 peut être replacé dans sa position de recouvrement à l'aide de moyens de liaison amovible formés par une étiquette adhésive repositionnable placée en chevauchement sur une partie du volet et une partie de la feuille 11 ou du manchon 3.
  • Selon une caractéristique préférée de réalisation, les moyens d'assemblage de l'objet avec le manchon 9 assurent également l'assemblage amovible du volet mobile 6 avec le manchon 3. Selon une caractéristique avantageuse de réalisation illustrée à la Figure 5 , les moyens d'assemblage de l'objet sont des moyens adhésifs comportant un ou plusieurs cordons d'adhésifs continus ou discontinus 14 s'étendant d'un bord transversal 3a à l'autre du manchon, en dépassant de part et d'autre de l'objet 4. Il doit être compris que la partie de l'adhésif interposé entre l'objet 4 et le manchon 3 sert à la fixation permanente de l'objet 4 tandis que la partie de l'adhésif situé en dehors de l'objet 4 permet d'assurer un assemblage amovible du volet mobile 6 avec le manchon. Bien entendu, les moyens adhésifs peuvent s'étendre parallèlement aux bords transversaux 3a.
  • Dans l'exemple décrit ci-dessus, l'objet 4 est fixé sur le manchon, c'est-à-dire sur la face du manchon 3 tournée vers le volet mobile, ce qui présente l'avantage d'un maintien de l'objet 4 en contact avec le contenant par l'intermédiaire du manchon 3. Il est à noter qu'il peut être prévu que l'objet 4 se trouve fixé sur le volet mobile 6. Selon cet exemple de réalisation, la zone de positionnement 31 correspond à une partie de la face du volet mobile 6 tournée vers le manchon 3 et pourvue de moyens adhésifs pour la fixation de l'objet sur cette face du volet mobile et l'assemblage temporaire de cette face avec le manchon. Comme décrit ci-dessus, les moyens d'assemblage de l'objet sont de préférence des moyens adhésifs comportant un ou plusieurs cordons d'adhésifs continus ou discontinus s'étendant d'un bord transversal à l'autre du manchon en dépassant de part et d'autre de l'objet 4.
  • Il est à noter qu'il peut être prévu d'équiper le manchon de plusieurs volets. Dans ce cas, l'objet 4 peut être fixé sur la face d'un volet située en regard de la face d'un autre volet.
  • Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le manchon d'étiquetage 1 comporte au moins un témoin d'inviolabilité pour l'objet permettant de visualiser que le volet mobile 6 a été ouvert. Ce témoin d'inviolabilité peut être réalisé par tous moyens tels qu'un adhésif de sécurité ou une prédécoupe. Dans le cas où les moyens d'ouverture 9 sont réalisés par une prédécoupe, cette prédécoupe permet de constituer un témoin d'inviolabilité.

Claims (11)

  1. Manchon d'étiquetage comportant au moins un manchon (3) en matière plastique étirable conformé pour s'adapter au pourtour d'au moins un contenant (2) pour être en contact avec ce dernier par sa face interne opposée à sa face externe, le manchon (3) comportant d'une part, au moins un volet (6) mobile autour d'une articulation (7), , et d'autre part, des moyens d'ouverture (9) pour ouvrir le volet mobile selon l'articulation (7) le manchon d'étiquetage (1) comportant également au moins un objet (4) retenu par le manchon (3), caractérisé en ce que le manchon (3) présente sur sa face externe, une zone de positionnement (31) pour l'objet (4) pourvue de moyens assurant une fixation de l'objet sur le manchon (3) et en ce que le volet mobile (6) présente des dimensions supérieures ou égales à la zone de positionnement (31 ) de l'objet (4) de sorte que le volet mobile (6) puisse occuper une position de recouvrement complet de la zone de positionnement (31 ) afin d'interdire l'accès direct à l'objet, les moyens d'ouverture (9) assurant l'ouverture du volet mobile (6) afin que ce dernier puisse occuper une position d'ouverture autorisant l'accès à l'objet.
  2. Manchon d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone de positionnement (31) correspond à une partie de la face externe du manchon tournée vers le volet mobile et pourvue de moyens adhésifs pour la fixation de l'objet sur cette face du manchon et l'assemblage amovible de cette face avec le volet mobile (6).
  3. Manchon d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'objet (4) est fixé sur le manchon (3) par des moyens assurant une fixation permanente.
  4. Manchon d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le volet mobile (6) est replacé dans la position de recouvrement à l'aide de moyens de liaison amovible (13) réalisés par un adhésif double face repositionnable ou par une étiquette adhésive repositionnable.
  5. Manchon d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le volet mobile (6) est réalisé soit par une feuille en matière plastique fixée au manchon (3) ou soit par au moins une prédécoupe réalisée dans une feuille en matière plastique fixée au manchon (3).
  6. Manchon d'étiquetage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un témoin d'inviolabilité pour l'objet.
  7. Manchon d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un document est fixé en tant qu'objet (4) sur la face du manchon tournée vers le volet mobile (6).
  8. Manchon d'étiquetage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens adhésifs comportent un ou plusieurs cordons d'adhésifs s'étendant d'un bord transversal à l'autre du manchon, en dépassant de part et d'autre de l'objet.
  9. Manchon d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le volet mobile (6) s'étend sur toute la hauteur ou une partie de la hauteur du manchon.
  10. Contenant, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, sur son pourtour, un manchon d'étiquetage (1) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 9, comportant au moins une zone de positionnement (31) d'objet et au moins un volet mobile (6) autour d'une articulation (7).
  11. Contenant selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la zone de positionnement (31) du manchon sert à la fixation, en tant qu'objet (4), à un document.
