Dispositif (1) de conditionnement et d'application comportant : - un récipient (2) contenant un produit à appliquer, - un organe d'essorage (6), - un applicateur (3) comportant : - une tige (7), - un élément d'application (4) à une extrémité distale de la tige, - un organe de préhension (10) à une extrémité proximale de la tige, dispositif dans lequel la tige comporte : - un premier tronçon (12) solidaire de l'organe de préhension et ayant une portion (28) venant se positionner à hauteur de l'organe d'essorage (6) quand l'applicateur ferme le récipient, - un deuxième tronçon (13) fixé au premier, portant l'élément d'application, et conformé de façon à permettre son assemblage avec le premier tronçon par l'une quelconque de ses extrémités.
