Claims (8)

  1. Charnière de porte ajustable comprenant :
    une base (10) adaptée pour la mise en prise fixe sur un cadre, ladite base (10) ayant un premier passage (12) communiquant entre un côté supérieur et un côté inférieur ;
    un vantail de porte (40) adapté pour la mise en prise fixe à une porte, ledit vantail de porte (40) ayant un deuxième passage (42) communiquant entre un côté supérieur et un côté inférieur dudit vantail de porte (40) ;
    un axe de charnière (30), ledit axe de charnière (30) ayant une première section (32) définie par une zone entre une première extrémité et un point central, ladite première section (32) ayant un premier axe central à travers ce dernier ;
    ledit axe de charnière (30) ayant une deuxième section (34), ladite deuxième section (34) étant définie par une zone entre une deuxième extrémité et ledit point central ;
    ladite deuxième section (34) ayant un deuxième axe central à travers ce dernier, ledit deuxième axe central étant parallèle à et décalé dudit premier axe central ;
    ledit deuxième passage (42) étant dimensionné pour la mise en prise rotative de ladite première section (32) à l'intérieur de ce dernier ;
    une douille (20) insérée à partir dudit côté supérieur, ladite douille (20) ayant une surface extérieure avec une circonférence dimensionnée pour la mise en prise rotative dans ledit premier passage (12) ;
    ladite douille (20) ayant une voie de passage intérieure (22) dimensionnée pour la mise en prise rotative avec ladite deuxième section (34) ;
    ladite voie de passage intérieure de ladite douille (20) ayant un axe central parallèle à et décentré par rapport à un axe central de ladite douille (20) ;
    ladite douille pouvant tourner dans sa mise en prise avec ledit premier passage (12) ;
    dans laquelle :
    un passage d'ajustement communique avec ladite première extrémité dudit axe de charnière (30) à travers ledit deuxième passage (42) ;
    la rotation dudit axe de charnière (30) peut se mettre en prise par des moyens d'outils (60) à travers ledit passage d'ajustement moyennant quoi ledit axe de charnière (30) peut être entraîné en rotation pour faire effectuer un mouvement de translation latérale audit vantail de porte (40) sur une première distance d'ajustement horizontale dans une première direction ; et
    caractérisée en ce que :
    la rotation de ladite douille (20) peut être mise en prise par lesdits moyens d'outils (60) à travers ledit premier passage (12) à partir dudit côté inférieur de ladite base (10) moyennant quoi ladite douille (20) peut être entraînée en rotation pour faire effectuer un mouvement de translation latérale au deuxième vantail de porte (40) sur une deuxième distance d'ajustement horizontale dans une deuxième direction sensiblement normale par rapport à ladite première direction.
  2. Charnière de porte selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :
    un boulon d'ajustement (50) mis en prise par filetage dans ledit deuxième passage (42) dudit vantail de porte (40), ledit boulon d'ajustement (50) ayant une première extrémité et une extrémité de mise en prise ;
    ledit passage d'ajustement communiquant à travers une ouverture de mise en prise (51) communiquant à travers ledit boulon d'ajustement (50) ;
    ladite ouverture de mise en prise étant adaptée pour la mise en prise coopérative avec un autre outil (60) au niveau de ladite première extrémité dudit boulon d'ajustement (50) ; et
    la rotation dudit boulon d'ajustement (50) fournissant un moyen pour la translation verticale dudit vantail de porte (40) vers et à distance de ladite base (10) lorsque ladite extrémité de mise en prise dudit boulon d'ajustement (50) est en contact avec ladite extrémité supérieure dudit axe de charnière (30).
  3. Charnière de porte selon la revendication 2, comprenant en outre :
    une plaque (44), ladite plaque (44) pouvant se mettre en prise avec ledit côté supérieur dudit vantail de porte (40) ;
    ladite plaque (44) ayant une ouverture centrale filetée (442) positionnée à l'intérieur dudit deuxième passage (42) lorsque ladite plaque (44) est mise en prise avec ledit côté supérieur ; et
    ledit boulon d'ajustement (50) étant mis en prise par filetage avec ladite ouverture centrale (442).
  4. Charnière de porte selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, comprenant en outre :
    un boulon de blocage (46) communiquant à travers une paroi latérale dudit vantail de porte (40) avec ledit deuxième passage (42) ; et
    ledit boulon de blocage pouvant se mettre en prise avec une première section (32) dudit axe de charnière (30) afin de bloquer ledit axe de charnière (30) dans une position fixe dans ledit deuxième passage (42).
  5. Charnière de porte selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :
    des moyens pour empêcher la rotation de ladite douille (20) dans sa mise en prise dans ledit premier passage (12).
  6. Charnière de porte selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle lesdits moyens empêchant la rotation de ladite douille (20) dans sa mise en prise dans ledit premier passage (12) comprennent :
    au moins une ailette souple (232) s'étendant à partir de ladite surface extérieure de ladite douille (20) ; et
    ladite ailette pouvant se mettre en prise avec des évidements (111) formés dans ledit premier passage (12).
  7. Charnière de porte selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :
    ladite douille (20) qui peut en outre être entraînée en rotation dans une deuxième position avec lesdits un ou plusieurs outils (60) pour faire effectuer un mouvement de translation latérale audit vantail de porte (40) sur ladite deuxième distance d'ajustement horizontale dans ladite deuxième direction sensiblement identique à ladite première direction, fournissant ainsi des moyens pour augmenter ou diminuer la quantité totale de ladite première distance d'ajustement horizontale.
  8. Charnière de porte selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :
    ladite charnière de porte étant mise en prise sur une porte et un cadre avec des vis de fixation communiquant à travers ledit vantail de porte (40) et ladite base (10) respectivement, et ledit vantail de porte (40) ayant une position ouverte et une position fermée fixées à l'intérieur dudit cadre ;
    un premier couvercle de charnière empêchant l'accès auxdites vis de fixation lorsqu'elles sont mises en prise avec ladite base (10), ledit premier couvercle de charnière pouvant se fixer à ladite base (10) par une première vis de couvercle ;
    un deuxième couvercle de charnière empêchant l'accès auxdites vis de fixation lorsqu'elles sont mises en prise sur ledit vantail de porte (40), ledit deuxième couvercle de charnière pouvant être fixé sur ledit vantail de porte (40) par une deuxième vis de couvercle ; et
    ladite première vis de couvercle et ladite deuxième vis de couvercle pouvant être retirées uniquement lorsque ladite porte est dans ladite position ouverte.
