Abstract
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blockpolymeren aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure sowie Verfahren zu deren Herstellung.
Description
Blockcopolymere aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta- Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure
Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Blockcopolymere aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure sowie Verfahren zu deren Herstellung.
Aus der EP-A-1 200 522 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von polymeren Mischungen (Blends) aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem auskondensierten Polyamid aus meta- Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure bekannt. Diese Mischungen lassen in daraus hergestellten Behältern zu wünschen übrig.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung lag daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, den zuvor genannten Nachteilen abzuhelfen.
Demgemäß wurden Blockcopolymere aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure gefunden. Weiterhin wurde ein neues und verbessertes Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blockcopolymeren aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure gefunden, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man bei einer relativen Lösungsviskosität von 1 ,5 bis 2,2 Polyethylenterephthalat bei einem Druck von 0,1 bis 20 bar und einer Temperatur von 245°C bis 3000C zufügt.
Das erfindungsgemälie Verfahren kann wie folgt ausgeführt werden:
Die Kondensation von meta-Xylylendiamin [3-(Aminomethyl)-benzylamin] und Adipinsäure kann nach üblichen Verfahren, wie sie aus Ulimanns Encyklopädie der Techni- sehen Chemie, 4. Auflage, Bd. 19, S. 39-54, Verlag Chemie, Weinheim 1980, sowie Ulimanns Encyclopedia of Industrial Chemistry, Vol. A21 , S. 179-206, VCH Verlag, Weinheim 1992, sowie Stoeckhert, Kunststofflexikon, 8. Auflage, S. 425-428, Hanser Verlag München 1992 (Stichwort "Polyamide" und folgende) bekannt sind, durchgeführt werden. Bevorzugt kann man die Komponenten meta-Xylylendiamin, Adipinsäure und Wasser getrennt oder als beliebige Gemische, bevorzugt als Gemisch aller drei Komponenten diskontinuierlich oder bevorzugt kontinuierlich bei einem Druck von 2 bis 20 bar, bevorzugt 5 bis 15 bar, besonders bevorzugt 7 bis 12 bar und einer Temperatur von 170 bis 2800C, bevorzugt 180 bis 27O0C, besonders bevorzugt 190 bis 26O0C, insbesondere 200 bis 25O0C umsetzen. Als Ausgangsmischungen werden bevorzugt zwischen 30 bis 80 gew.-%ige Lösungen der Salzverbindung aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure, insbesondere zwischen 45 bis 70 gew.-%ige Lösungen, eingesetzt. Nach erfolgtem Aufheizen des Gemisches auf Zieldruck und Temperatur wird das Wasser abdestilliert.
Anschließend kann die Nachkondensation oder aufgeschmolzenes Polyamid direkt, bevorzugt die Nachkondensation bei einem Druck von 0,1 bis 3 bar, bevorzugt 0,5 bis 2 bar, besonders bevorzugt 0,7 bis 1 ,5 bar, insbesondere bei Normaldruck (Atmosphä- rendruck) unter Inertgas wie Stickstoff oder Argon, bevorzugt Stickstoff und einer Temperatur von 240 bis 3000C, bevorzugt 250 bis 2900C, besonders bevorzugt 260 bis 28O0C durchgeführt werden.
Die Zugabe des Polyethylenterephthalats zum Polyamid kann in der Regel bei einem Druck von 0,1 bis 20 bar und einer Temperatur von 240 bis 300°C, bevorzugt 245 bis 300°C durchgeführt werden. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform wird die Zugabe des Polyethylenterephthalats im Herstellprozess des Polyamids zugegeben.
Im Anschluss an die Umsetzung kann das Blockcopolymer nach an sich bekannten Verfahren aufgearbeitet werden, beispielsweise durch, Unterwasserkugelgranulierung, Unterwasserstranggranulierung oder Stranggranulierung. Das erhaltene Granulat kann einer Extraktion unterzogen werden und diese kann sowohl kontinuierlich als auch diskontinuierlich erfolgen. Als Extraktionsmittel eignen sich unter anderem Wasser, C1- bis C8-Alkanole wie Ethanol und Methanol, bevorzugt Wasser. Das extrahierte Blockcopo- lymer kann in einem weiteren Schritt einer Festphasenkondensation unterzogen werden. Diese kann sowohl im Vakuum als auch unter Inertgas wie Stickstoff oder Argon, bevorzugt Stickstoff durchgeführt werden. Die Temperatur kann dabei in weitem Bereich variiert werden, sie liegt in der Regel zwischen 120 bis 2300C, bevorzugt zwischen 130 bis 21O0C und besonders bevorzugt zwischen 140 bis 1900C.
Das Gewichtsverhältnis von Polyethylenterephthalat zum Polyamid kann in weiten Bereichen variiert werden und liegt in der Regel zwischen 0,001 :1 bis 1000:1 , bevorzugt zwischen 0,005:1 bis 500:1 , besonders bevorzugt 0,001 :1 bis 100:1. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform liegt das Gewichtsverhältnis von Polyethylenterephthalat zum Polyamid in der Regel zwischen 0,002:1 bis 0,1 :1 , bevorzugt zwischen 0,002:1 bis 0,08:1 , besonders bevorzugt 0,003:1 bis 0,07:1.
Das Molverhältnis von meta-Xylylendiamin zu Adipinsäure kann in weiten Grenzen variiert werden, liegt in der Regel bei 1 ,5:1 bis 0,75:1 , bevorzugt bei 1 ,2:1 bis 0,8:1 , besonders bevorzugt bei 1 ,1:1 bis 0,9:1 oder äquimolar (1 :1), insbesondere bei 1 ,05:1 bis 0,95:1.
Für den Fall, dass die Trübung verbessert werden soll, liegt das Molverhältnis von meta-Xylylendiamin zu Adipinsäure in der Regel bei 1 ,5:1 bis 1 :1 , bevorzugt bei 1 ,2:1 bis 1,01 :1, besonders bevorzugt bei 1,1:1 bis 1,02:1, insbesondere bei 1 ,05:1 bis 1,01:1.
Für den Fall, dass die Farbzahl verbessert werden soll, liegt das Molverhältnis von A- dipinsäure zu meta-Xylylendiamin in der Regel bei 1 ,5:1 bis 1:1 , bevorzugt bei 1 ,2:1 bis 1 ,01 :1 , besonders bevorzugt bei 1 ,1:1 bis 1 ,02:1 , insbesondere bei 1 ,05:1 bis 1 ,01 :1.
Eine Ausführungsform der Kondensation von meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure liegt darin, dass man die Polykondensationen diskontinuierlich in einem Stahlautoklaven bei einem Druck zwischen 1 und 20 bar durchführen kann. Die Ausgangsstoffe können dabei in einer 30 bis 80 gew.-%igen Lösung in Wasser eingesetzt werden.
Eine weitere Ausführungsform besteht darin, dass man die Polykondensationen kontinuierlich bei einem Druck von 1 bis 20 bar durchführen kann. Die Polykondensations- anlage kann dabei aus einem Ansatzkessel, Verdampferreaktor, Abscheider und einer Granulierungseinheit bestehen. Die Ausgangsstoffe können in einer 30 bis 80 gew.- %igen Lösung in Wasser eingesetzt werden.
Der Restmonomerengehalt im erfindungsgemäßen Blockcopolymer beträgt in der Regel bis zu 500 ppm, beispielsweise 0,1 bis 500 ppm, bevorzugt 0,5 bis 50 ppm, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 1 bis 15 ppm meta-Xylylendiamin. Der Restmonomergehalt an Adipinsäure liegt in der Regel unter 10 ppm. Der Gehalt an cyclischem Dimer (MXDA + Adipinsäure) im erfindungsgemäßen Blockcopolymer beträgt in der Regel bis zu 1500 ppm, wie 10 bis 1500 ppm, bevorzugt 50 bis 1000 ppm, besonders bevorzugt 100 bis 250 ppm.
Als Polyamide eignen sich in der Regel alle Polyamide, in der Regel solche, die aus 50 bis 100 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 70 bis 100 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 85 bis 100 Gew.- % meta-Xylylendiamin und 50 bis 100 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 70 bis 100 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 85 bis 100 Gew.-% Adipinsäure und 0 bis 50 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0 bis 30 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0 bis 15 Gew.-% der entsprechenden Comonomeren und/oder gegebenenfalls Kettenregler und/oder gegebenenfalls Stabilisatoren abge- baut sind, mit einem Molekulargewicht Mn von 10000 bis 50000, bevorzugt hochmolekulare Polyamide mit einem Molekulargewicht Mn von 30000 bis 40000 oder niedermolekulare Polyamide mit einem Molekulargewicht Mn von 11000 bis 22000, besonders bevorzugt niedermolekulare Polyamide mit einem Molekulargewicht Mn von 13000 bis 20000, insbesondere niedermolekulare Polyamide mit einem Molekulargewicht Mn von ■ 15000 bis 19000.
Die Molmassenbestimmung erfolgt durch GPC analog DIN 55672-1 mit einer Apparatur, die aus der HPLC-Pumpe 420 der Firma Kontron Instruments, einem Autosampier der Firma Gilson Abimed, einem UV-Photometer LCD (bei 230/D) der Firma Gamma Analysentechnik und einem Differentialrefraktometer G1362A der Firma Agilent besteht. Als Elutionsmittel wurde ein Gemisch aus Hexafluoroisopropanol und 0,05% Trifluoressigsäure-Kaliumsalz benutzt. Es wurden jeweils von der Firma Polymer Labo-
ratories eine Vorsäule HFIP Gel (Innendurchmesser: 7,5 mm, Länge 5 cm) und eine HFIP Gel Unear-Säule (Innendurchmesser: 7,5 mm, Länge 5 cm) verwendet. Die Säulentemperatur betrug 400C und die Durchflussgeschwindigkeit 0,5 ml/min. Die Proben mit einer Dichte von 1,5 g/l wurden zuvor über Millipore Millex FG (Porenweite 0,2 [μm]) filtriert. Zur Kalibrierung wurden PMMA-Standards der Firma PSS verwendet.
Die relative Lösungsviskosität beträgt in der Regel 1 ,5 bis 2,2, bevorzugt 1 ,55 bis 2,1 , besonders bevorzugt 1 ,6 bis 2, insbesondere 1 ,65 bis 1 ,8.
Die relative Lösungsviskosität des Polyamids wurde mit Proben von 1 g Polyamid in 100 ml 96 gew.-%iger Schwefelsäure und die Messung mit Hilfe eines Ubbelohde- Viskosimeters 2 Typ 50120 (Firma Schott) nach DIN EN ISO 1628-1 durchgeführt.
Als Comonomere des meta-Xylylendiamins eignen sich beispielsweise aliphatische, aromatische oder arylaliphatische Diamine wie Ethylendiamin, Butylendiamin, Penta- methylendiamin, Hexamethylendiamin, Cyclohexandiamin, Octamethylendiamin, Bis(4,4-aminocydohexyl)methan, Bis(4,4-amino-3,3-methylcyclohexyl)methan, Bis(amino)cyclohexan, para-Phenylendiamin, ortho-Xylylendiamin und para- Xylylendiamin.
Als Comonomere der Adipinsäure eignen sich beispielsweise aliphatische, aromatische oder arylaliphatische Dicarbonsäuren wie Terephthalsäure, Isophthalsäure, Sulfoiso- phthalsäure, Naphalin-2,6-dicarbonsäure, Cyclohexandicarbonsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Glutarsäure, Azelainsäure und Sebacinsäure.
Als Kettenregler eignen sich beispielsweise monofunktionelle Regler wie Triacetondia- minverbindungen (siehe WO-A 95/28443), Monocarbonsäuren wie Essigsäure, Propionsäure und Benzoesäure, sowie Basen wie (Mono-)Amine, beispielsweise Hexylamin oder Benzylamin, Diamine wie Hexamethylendiamin oder 1 ,4-Cyclohexyldiamin, C4- bis C10-Dicarbonsäuren wie Adipinsäure, Azelainsäure, Sebacinsäure, Dodecandisäu- re, C5- bis C8-Cycloalkandicarbonsäuren wie Cyclohexan-1 ,4-dicarbonsäure; Benzol- und Naphthalindicarbonsäuren wie Isophthalsäure, Terephthalsäure und Naphthalin- 2,6-dicarbonsäure.
Um die Eigenschaften der erfindungsgemäßen Blockcopolymere zu verbessern, eignen sich zur Modifizierung alle bekannten Additionsprodukte wie beispielsweise Nukleierungsmittel, Farbstoffe, Farbpigmente, Fließverbesserer, UV absorbierende Substanzen, Mattierungsmittel, Sauerstoff-Scavenger, anorganische oder organische oder schlagzäh modifizierte Füllstoffe.
Als Stabilisatoren eignen sich literaturbekannte sterisch gehinderte Phenole, Phosphorverbindungen wie z.B. die Hypophosphite und Mischungen dieser beiden Stabilisatorklassen.
Die Polyamide enthalten in der Regel 0 bis 1 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 bis 0,8 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,1 bis 0,7 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,3 bis 0,6 Gew.-% Stabilisatoren.
Als Polyethylenterephthalate eignen sich in der Regel alle Polyethylenterephthalate, in der Regel solche, die aus 50 bis 100 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 70 bis 100 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 85 bis 100 Gew.-% Ethylenglykol und 50 bis 100 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 70 bis 100 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 85 bis 100 Gew.-% Terephthalsäure und 0 bis 50 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0 bis 30 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0 bis 15 Gew.-% der entsprechenden Comonomeren abgebaut sind, mit einem Molekulargewicht Mn von 10000 bis 50000, bevorzugt hochmolekulare Polyethylenterephthalate mit einem Molekulargewicht von 35000 bis 50000 oder niedermolekulare Polyethylenterephthalate mit einem Molekulargewicht von 10000 bis 25000, besonders bevorzugt niedermolekulare Polyethylenterephthalate mit einem Molekulargewicht von 12000 bis 22000. Ferner eignen sich auch Polyethylenterephthalat-Oligomere mit einem Molekularge- wicht Mn von 3000 bis 12000, bevorzugt von 5000 bis 12000, besonders bevorzugt von 10000 bis 12000. Die Molmassenbestimmung erfolgt analog der Bestimmung bei den Blockcopolymeren.
Als Comonomere des Ethylenglykols eignen sich Triethylenglycol, 1,4- Cyclohexandimethanol, 1 ,3-Propandiol, Butan-1 ,4-diol, Pentan-1 ,5-diol, Hexan-1 ,6-diol, 3-Methylpentan-1 ,4-diol, 2-Methylpentan-1 ,4-diol, 2,2,4-Trimethylpentan-1 ,3-diol, 2- Ethylhexane-1 ,3-diol, 2,2-diethylpropan-1 ,3-diol, 1 ,3-Hexandiol, 1 ,4-Dihydroxybenzol, 2,2-Bis-4-(hydroxycyclohexyl)propan, 2,4-Dihydroxy-1 ,1 ,3,3-tetramethylcyclobutan, 2,2-Bis-(3-hydroxyethoxyphenyl)propan und 2,2-Bis-(4-hydroxyethoxyphenyl)propan.
Als Comonomere der Terephthalsäure eignen sich Adipinsäure, Isophthalsäure, Phthalsäure, 2,6-Naphtalindicarbonsäure, Cyclohexandicarbonsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Glutarsäure, Sebacinsäure und Azelainsäure.
Als weitere Komponenten können die Polyethylenterephthalate in geringen Mengen von 0,1 bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,1 bis 3 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,1 bis 2 Gew.-% trifunktionale oder tetrafunktionale Comonomere wie z.B. Trimellit Säure oder Pyromellit Säure oder deren Gemische enthalten.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Blockcopolymere aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure eignen sich zur Herstellung oder als Ausgangsmaterial für die Herstellung von Formkörpern, Rohre, Profile, Vorformen,
Behälter, Schalen, Fasern, Folien, Film, Flaschen und Schäumen aller Art, z.B. durch Extrudieren, Spritzgießen, Kalandrieren, Hohlkörperblasen, Pressen, Sintern oder andere übliche Verfahren der Thermoplastverarbeitung.
Die bevorzugte Anwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Blockcopolymere (aus Polyethy- lenterephthalat und Polyamid) liegt in der Herstellung von Blendmischungen mit Polye- thylenterephthalat. Diese eignen sich besonders zur Herstellung von transparenten, farblosen Behältern und Spritzkörpern, insbesondere von Preforms und Flaschen für die Getränkeindustrie. In dieser bevorzugten Anwendung sind 0,01 und 15 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,02 bis 10 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,03 bis7 Gew.-% Blockcopolymer im Polyethylenterephthalat enthalten.
Im Hinblick auf die mögliche Verwendung in Verpackungen von Lebensmitteln wird das Granulat der Blockpolymere einer Extraktion unterzogen. Dadurch wird der Gehalt an Restmonomeren effektiv gesenkt.
Die hergestellten Blockpolymere zeigen bei der Durchmischung mit Polyethylenterephthalat eine verbesserte Phasenanbindung des Polyamids an die Polyethylente- rephthalat-Matrix, wodurch bei der anschließenden Anwendung dieser Blendmischun- gen für Behälter, Formteile und Folien eine hohe Transparenz erreicht wird. Gleichzeitig wird die unerwünschte Gelbfärbung signifikant verbessert.
Beispiele
Beispiel 1
Herstellung eines Blockcopolymers aus einem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure und 2 Gew.-% niedermolekularem Polyethylenterephthalat
2070,4 g (14,17 mol) Adipinsäure wurden in einem 10 Liter Kessel vorgelegt und 1714,1 g (95,12 Mol) Wasser und 1977,1 g (14,52 Mol) meta-Xylylendiamin unter Rühren zugegeben und unter Stickstoffatmosphäre auf eine Temperatur von 22O0C aufgeheizt und unter einem Druck von 10 bar das Wasser abdestilliert. Nach Entspannung auf Atmosphärendruck (Normaldruck) wurde unter Stickstoffatmosphäre 1 Stunde bei einer Temperatur von 26O0C nachkondensiert, wobei bei einer relativen Viskosität von 1 ,65 [nach 45 Minuten] 80 g eines niedermolekularen Polyethylenterephthalats (IV = 0,6, Mn = 18500, mit 2 mol% Isophthalsäure modifiziert) unter Erhöhung der Rührgeschwindigkeit (von 80 auf 120 U/min) zugegeben und nach weiteren 5 Minuten 10 Minuten lang bis auf 400 mbar evakuiert und anschließend entspannt wurde. Im nächsten Schritt wurde die Polymerschmelze durch ein Wasserbad ausgefahren und granuliert.
Die Inhärente Viskosität (IV) wurde in einer Mischung aus 60 Gew.-% Phenol und 40 Gew.-% 1 ,1 ,2,2-Tetrachlorethan in einer Konzentration von 0,5g/100ml Lösungsmittel gemessen.
Beispiel 2
Herstellung eines Blockcopolymers aus einem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure und 5 Gew.-% niedermolekularen Polyethylenterephthalat.
Die Herstellung erfolgte analog Beispiel 1 , jedoch wurden 200 g eines niedermolekula- ren Polyethylenterephthalats (IV = 0,6, Mn = 18500, mit 2 mol% Isophthalsäure modifiziert.)
Beispiel 3
Herstellung eines Blockcopolymers aus einem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure und 1 Gew.-% niedermolekularen Polyethylenterephthalat.
Die Herstellung erfolgte analog Beispiel 1 , jedoch wurden 40 g eines niedermolekularen Polyethylenterephthalats (IV = 0,6, Mn = 18500, mit 2 mol% Isophthalsäure modifiziert.)
Beispiel 4
Herstellung eines Blockcopolymers aus einem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und
Adipinsäure und 0,5 Gew.-% niedermolekularen Polyethylenterephthalat.
Die Herstellung erfolgte analog Beispiel 1 , jedoch wurden 20 g eines niedermolekularen Polyethylenterephthalats (IV = 0,6, Mn = 18500, mit 2 mol% Isophthalsäure modifiziert.)
Vergleichsbeispiel A Hierbei handelt es sich um das Polyamid MXD6007, welches von der Mitsubishi Gas Chemical kommerziell erhältlich ist.
Die Ergebnisse sind in der nachfolgenden Tabelle 1 zusammengefasst:

Beispiel I
Herstellung der Preforms
Aus 95 Gew.-% Polyethylenterephthalat-Granulat mit der Bezeichnung Cleartuf© Aqua
D82 der Firma Mossi & Ghisolfi und jeweils 5 Gew.-% der in Tabelle 1 genannten Bei- spiele und Vergleichbeispiele wurden homogene Granulatmischungen hergestellt. Diese Granulatmischungen wurden dann im Spritzguss zur Herstellung von Flaschenpre- forms eingesetzt. Bei einer Temperatur von 275°C wurden auf einer „Single-mold"- Spritzgussmaschine vom Typ 320 der Firma Arburg Preforms mit einem Gewicht von 49 g hergestellt.
Beispiel Il
Herstellung der Flaschen
Die nach Beispiel I hergestellten Preforms wurden bei einer Temperatur von 1100C und einem Druck von 40 bar in der Flaschenmatrize der Flaschenmaschine SB01 der Firma Sidel zu 1 ,5 Liter Flaschen aufgeblasen.
Die Ergebnisse sind in der nachfolgenden Tabelle 2 zusammengefasst:

Claims
1. Blockpolymeren aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta- Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure.
2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blockpolymeren aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man dem Polyamid bei einer relativen Lösungsviskosität von 1 ,5 bis 2,2 Polyethylenterephthalat bei einem Druck von 0,1 bis 20 bar und einer Tempera- tur von 240 bis 3000C zufügt.
3. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blockpolymeren aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Polyethylenterephthalat bei einem Druck von 0,1 bis 3 bar und einer Temperatur von 260 bis 3000C zufügt.
4. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blockpolymeren aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Polyethylenterephthalat während des Herstellprozesses des Polyamides zufügt.
5. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blockpolymeren aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Polyethylenterephthalat bei Atmosphärendruck zufügt.
6. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blockpolymeren aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Polyethylenterephthalat zum Po- lyamid im Gewichtsverhältnis von 0,005:1 bis 1000:1 einsetzt.
7. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blockpolymeren aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Polyethylenterephthalat zum Po- lyamid im Gewichtsverhältnis von 0,005:1 bis 0,1 :1 einsetzt.
8. Blockpolymere hergestellt aus Polyethylenterephthalat und dem Polyamid aus meta-Xylylendiamin und Adipinsäure, wobei man dem Polyamid bei einer relativen Lösungsviskosität von 1,55 bis 2,1 Polyethylenterephthalat bei einem Druck von 0,1 bis 20 bar und einer Temperatur von 120 bis 300°C zufügt.
