  • an inner diameter of the recess of the adjusting element 10 increases towards the injector 2. This enables a slight tilting of the injector 2 relative to the axis Y of the adjusting element 10. This contributes to the proper flexible coupling of the injector 2 to the fluid supply 4.

If the tube 34 is fixed to the pipe 8 by the press-fit the pipe 8 preferably comprises a circumferential groove 38 at an outer shell of the pipe 8. Then, the tube 34 is crimped into the groove 38 circumferential groove 38 at the outer shell of the pipe 8. So, the tube 34 holds the coupling nut 32 in its position.

Claims (5)

  1. Kupplungsvorrichtung (6) zum Verbinden eines Injektors (2) mit einer Fluidversorgung (4) mit
    - einem Rohr (8), das mit der Fluidversorgung (4) in Verbindung steht und eine ebene Endfläche (9) besitzt,
    - einem Einstellelement (10), das eine erste ebene Seite (11) aufweist, die zur ebenen Endfläche (9) weist und mit der ebenen Endfläche (9) verbunden ist, und das senkrecht zu einer Achse (X) des Rohres (8) beweglich ist sowie eine Ausnehmung aufweist, die das Einstellelement (10) in axialer Richtung durchdringt und mit dem Rohr (8) in Verbindung steht,
    - einem Kupplungskörper mit einem Seitenabschnitt, der am Rohr (8) fixiert ist und das Einstellelement (10) radial umgibt, und mit einem Bodenabschnitt, der axial mit dem Einstellelement (10) verbunden ist und eine Ausnehmung zum Verbinden des Einstellelementes (10) mit dem Injektor aufweist,
    gekennzeichnet durch ein Rohr (34), das einen axialen Abschnitt des Kupplungskörpers und einen axialen Abschnitt des Rohres (8) aufnimmt und mit dem Kupplungskörper und dem axialen Abschnitt des Rohres (8) über eine Presspassung verbunden ist.
  2. Kupplungsvorrichtung (6) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kupplungskörper eine Kupplungsmutter (32) aufweist, dass das Rohr (8) ein entsprechendes Gewinde (33) für die Kupplungsmutter (32) besitzt und dass die Kupplungsmutter (32) am Gewinde (33) des Rohres (8) auf dieses geschraubt ist.
  3. Kupplungsvorrichtung (6) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ebene Endfläche (9) des Rohres (8) und/oder die erste ebene Seite (11) des Einstellelementes (10), die mit der ebenen Endfläche (9) verbunden ist, eine Kupplungsnut (12) umfassen, die in Umfangsrichtung zur Achse (X) des Rohres und/oder in Umfangsrichtung zu einer Achse (Y) des Einstellelementes (10) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Kupplungsvorrichtung (6) eine O-Ring-Dichtung (14) aufweist, die in der Kupplungsnut (12) angeordnet ist.
  4. Kupplungsvorrichtung (6) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr (8) eine Umfangsnut (38) an einem Außenmantel des Rohres (8) besitzt.
  5. Kupplungsvorrichtung (6) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung des Einstellelementes (10) einen Innendurchmesser besitzt, der vom Rohr (8) weg zunimmt.
