  • the entertainment companies and record labels can, for example, check, in real time, to see how many Recordings for their artist have been requested and sold for any event, track the royalty and other payments through the system, and, for example, receive survey responses from those who elected to participate in "new band” ratings. If the buyer opts to allow dissemination of other demographic information including, for example, his order for promos, tickets for upcoming events or releases and other merchandise, the system will accommodate those requests. By integrated methods and systems, it will also allow for ordering and purchase of "best of releases, director's cuts, narration tracks, and single tracks and compilations emanating from the live event.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant d'associer électroniquement une ou plusieurs combinaisons des étapes de production, d'équilibrage, d'édition, de transmission, de diffusion et de vente d'enregistrements d'événements en direct avec la vente d'un ticket (conçu de manière à comprendre tout paiement d'entrée/reçu, prix d'entrée (rencontre) ou pari exécuté consigné pour ou pendant l'événement, de telle sorte que l'acheteur ayant un ticket et/ou l'acheteur n'ayant pas de ticket puisse acquérir automatiquement un enregistrement ou puisse participer à des enchères interactives associées à l'événement au moyen de systèmes de récupération authentifiés optionnels au niveau d'un terminal lorsqu'il est connecté à Internet ou à un réseau sans fil. La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de convertir électroniquement une audience équilibrée apportée à la valeur pour un équilibre d'enregistrement optimal afin de permettre une éventuelle intégration. Selon le mode de réalisation décrit dans cette invention, la distribution et/ou l'extraction d'un enregistrement par des patrons, des acheteurs non participants et/ou par des titulaires peuvent intervenir lorsque l'enregistrement est intégré dans un moyen d'expression fixe et/ou lorsque l'enregistrement est en format numérique ou dans tout autre format codé.
