Die Stirnseite der Bohrkrone 1 sogleich ihr flacher Teil 1.7 als auch ihr schräge Stirnseite 1.6 sind mit gewölbten Elementen ausgestattet, die in Abhängigkeit von abgebauten Material oder Einsätze von Hartmetall 1.10 oder entsprechend ausgebildeten Kuppen 1.11 als Angusse aus heimlichen Stoff wie die Bohrkrone 1 aufweisen. - Apparatus for simultaneous drilling and casing of boreholes including a drilling bit (1) fixed on a coupler (2) that is subsequently rotationally connected with a drill rig (4) and at least one casing pipe (3) to encapsulate such a borehole, whereas the face plane of the drilling bit (1) is provided with sintered carbides (1.10, 1.11), and the drilling bit (1) is actuated via the coupler (2) which, in turn, is actuated by means of the drill rig (4), whilst the coupler (2) remains in percussive contact with the casing pipe (3), characterized in that the casing pipe (3) comprises, on its inner wall, a permanently fixed support flange (3.2), where the rear (bottom) surface (3.4) of that flange remains in percussion contact with a lateral haunch (2.2) of the coupler (2) and the ending section (3.10) of the casing pipe (3) embraces stem of the drilling bit (1.2) and reaches as far as up to the head (1.1) of the drilling bit (1), whilst the bottom surface (1.3.1) of the wider part of the inner opening (1.3) of the drilling bit (1), i.e. the surface that is adjacent to the face side (2.8) of the coupler (2), is inside the head of the drilling bit (1) in the transient area between the head (1.1) of the drilling bit (1) and the stem (1.2) of the drilling bit (1).
- Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rear (bottom) surface (3.4) of the support flange (3.2) of the casing pipe (3), as well as surface of the lateral haunch (2.2) of the coupler (2) are skewed at a certain angle with regard to the central line of the apparatus, whereas the skewing angles of the both surfaces are identical.
- Apparatus according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the casing pipe (3) is provided with a plurality of throughout openings (3.9) positioned down the casing pipe perimeter and its end is provided with a male thread (3.7) located at the side of connection with a subsequent casing pipe (5).
- Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the central opening (1.3) of the drilling bit (1) is wider in the area from the face plane of the rear side (1.12) to the transient point between the stem (1.2) and head (1.1) of the drilling bit and the central opening is shaped as splines, whilst the central opening (1.3) is narrowed within the remaining area, whereas that wider segment of the central opening (1.3) that is meant to mate the stem (2.1) of the coupler (2) is provided with lips (1.13) deployed along the perimeter of that segment.
- Apparatus according to Claim 1 or 2 or 4, characterized in that the coupler (2) is provided with a mandrel (2.1) that is provided with tongues (2.6) deployed on its lateral surface (2.5) and these tongues are meant to be in contact with lips (1.13) of the central opening (1.3) in order to secure connection between the drilling bit (1) and the stem (2.1) of the coupler (2) against unintentional disconnection.
- Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the central opening (1.3) of the drilling bit (1) is provided with a female thread (1.14) that mates the thread (2.7) of the stem (2.1) of the coupler (2).
- Apparatus according to Claim 1 or 4 or 5 or 6, characterized in that the narrowed part (1.4) of the central opening (1.3) is connected with skewed openings (1.5) made in the head (1.1) of the drilling bit (1), whereas the opening have their outlets on the flat face surface (1.7) of the said head (1.1) of the drilling bit (1), moreover, the head (1.1) of the drilling bit (1) is provided with an additional skewed opening (1.8) that lead backwards and is connected with a narrowed part (1.4) of the central opening (1.3), and has its outlet in one of lateral niches (1.9) of the drilling bit (1).
