Description

The invention relates to a suspension for a rail to be connected to a support structure, in particular for a rail of a monorail, said suspension having a support body which is connected on the one hand with the rail and on the other hand height adjustable via at least one screw connection to the support structure.

Such a suspension is for example from the DE-C 32 40 104 known. This known suspension has a in its basic form approximately C-shaped support body having an upper and a lower leg. At the free end of the lower leg, a receptacle is arranged, which holds the rail and can be screwed with this. The upper leg of the support body is formed into a substantially horizontally extending in the installed position plate-shaped bracket, are formed in the four pairs of opposite through holes for vertical retaining screws. The screw heads of the retaining screws are arranged in correspondingly shaped recesses of a retaining plate with through holes for the respective screw shaft. This retaining plate is clamped by means of clamping claws and corresponding vertically extending screws to the lower flange of a double-T-beam of a supporting structure. The height adjustment for the suspension via the shafts of the vertical retaining screws, since the console is displaceable along the screws. The required height position is fixed by lock nuts, which are clamped together in a suitable position on the screw shaft above and below the console. This known suspension is constructed comparatively expensive, but is very easy to adjust. The disadvantage, however, is that the Retaining screws are stressed in operation not only on train, but also on bending.

Furthermore, it is known from the field practice to make the height adjustment for the suspension using so-called. Fodder plates or sheets, which allow as well as washers or spacers bridging a distance between two parts to be fastened. These lining plates are clamped in the region of the retaining screw between the support body and the underside of the supporting structure. Depending on the size of the distance to be set one or more optionally different thickness lining plates are used. This solution has the disadvantage that it is comparatively expensive in terms of material consumption and, moreover, also involves considerable accident risks during assembly, since a considerable hazard potential for the ground area, which is due to unintentionally falling down feed plates, for example. a hall in which a highly arranged rail system is mounted, active assembly personnel is given. In order to mount the lining sheets easily, these are often not provided with simple through holes for the screw connection, but are designed as slotted sheets, so provided with slots that are open to the edge of the sheet; thereby it is not necessary to completely loosen an already assembled screw connection again in order to attach an additional lining plate or one with a different thickness can; it is only a corresponding relaxation of the screw connection required to then insert the lining plate into the compound can.

Object of the present invention is to develop a suspension according to the preamble of claim 1 to the effect that they with the lowest possible cost of materials with high reliability and the lowest possible installation effort a good height adjustment for the compensation of building tolerances on the respective support structure to which it is to be secured, guaranteed.

This object is achieved according to the invention by the features stated in the characterizing part of patent claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention, the features of which can be combined in any manner with one another, are laid down in the subclaims.

An essential feature of the present invention is that the height adjustability of the support body is achieved via a screw connection executed as a slot connection, which ensures the displaceability of the parts to be joined together in the non-tightened state of the screw, but in the tightened state the benefits of a positive connection with respect to having in operation on the interconnected parts acting loads. This is achieved in that the parts interconnected by the oblong connection have a surface profiled complementarily to each other at least in the area of their contact surfaces. This means that the profilings of one part engage in corresponding profilings of the other part, so that in the tightened state of the screw connection a physical entanglement and thus a firm anchoring is provided. Heights in the profiling of one part thus correspond with corresponding depths in the profiling of the other part and vice versa. The profiling is carried out in such a way that a screening is given. This means that the parts to be joined together can be shifted in different positions against each other and yet can be brought together in these respective positions if necessary by the screw connection to the complementary fixed abutment. It goes without saying that the profiling need not be extended over the entire contact surface, but on Subareas may be limited. Of course, the non-profiled surface portions must not prevent the interlocking of the profilings. Furthermore, it is clear that the slot connection does not require closed slots, but these can also be open at the edge to allow easy assembly with already assembled, but not yet tightened screw connection.

In FIG. 1 the composition of a suspension according to the invention is shown in detail. The support structure 10 to which the rail 11 of a monorail is to be suspended is designed in the present case in the form of a double-T-beam, as in particular from the corresponding front view of the suspension in FIG. 2 is shown. An essential part of the suspension is a support body 1, which has substantially the shape of a "C". This support body is preferably formed as cut by flame cutting or a laser cut from a metal sheet component. Its thickness is typically in a range of eg 8 to 20 mm. The support body 1 has a lower leg 6 and an upper leg 7, which extend in the installed position in each case approximately horizontally from the rest of the otherwise vertically extending remaining part of the "C". In this case, the lower C-leg 6 has a significantly shorter length than the upper C-leg 7. At the free end of the lower C-leg 6, a short connection profile 14 is welded, which is formed for example in the form of an L-profile and in the present case has two holes for screw 17, with which the rail 11 is connected to the lower C-leg can be. The upper C-leg 7 is used for attachment to the support structure 10. This attachment is not directly, but at least one, in the present case, two retaining profiles, which are formed for example as L-profiles 4. The support body 1 is screwed by means of at least one screw 2 (in the present case, two screw) with the two L-profiles 4, so that the upper C-leg 7 symmetrically clamped between the vertical in the installed position leg 9 of the two L-profiles 4 is. The respective horizontal limb 12 of the two L-profiles 4 serves for fastening the L-profiles 4 to the support structure 10. For this purpose, these limbs 12 have at least one, preferably a plurality of through-holes for a screw connection 16 (in the illustrated case two). Each of these through holes or each screw connection 16 is associated with a clamping claw 15, which can be supported on the one hand on the top of the horizontal leg 12 of the respective L-profile 4 and on the other hand on the lower flange of the double-T-beam of the support structure 10. Thus, the two L-profiles 4 are firmly pressed with tightened screw 16 to the underside of the lower chord of the double-T-beam. To a clamping of the support body 1 in different height position relative to the two L-profiles 4 to allow the through holes for the two screw connections 2 on the support body 1 are not designed as circular holes, but as elongated holes 3, whose longitudinal axis is directed vertically in the installed position. Of course, it is also possible to provide more than two screw 2. In the present case, the slots 3 are executed closed; but they could also be open to the edge of the support body. The closed version of the elongated holes 3 is to be preferred in particular for safety reasons. In principle, it would also be possible to provide the through-holes on the L-profiles 4 as elongated holes with a vertical orientation. But it could also be provided slots on both the L-profiles 4 and on the support body 1 to allow a particularly large adjustment range in terms of height adjustment. In general, however, it is quite sufficient and preferred in the context of the present invention, the slots as in FIG. 3 shown, only to be attached to the support body 1. It goes without saying that the through holes must correspond to the L-profiles 4 with the slots 3 of the support body 1, so fit together in the desired mounting position. In this respect, the width of the elongated holes 3 and their spacing must be matched to each other on the diameter or the width of the other through holes and their distance. It is particularly important that the height position of the support body 1, so its relative position relative to the vertical legs 9 of the two L-profiles 4 not only well adjustable, but beyond that is also absolutely sure fixable. To this end, the invention provides for the connection between these parts to be fastened to each other in the region of their contact surfaces with surfaces 5 profiled in a complementary manner to one another, as they are described in US Pat FIG. 3 indicated in the side view of the support body 1 and in the FIG. 4 in the context of the detail Z shown enlarged are recognizable. Basically, for such profiling arbitrary forms of elevations and each other corresponding recesses suitable, so for example, dome-shaped bulges and corresponding notches, which have a fixed grid spacing from each other to allow different height positions.

It is particularly expedient to carry out the profiling 5 of the surfaces of the support body 1 and the two L-profiles 4 in the sense of a tooth system 13a, 13b, as shown by way of example in FIG FIG. 4 for the support body 1 and in FIG. 5 for an L-profile 4 is shown. This toothing may, for example, have the shape of a wavy line in cross section. In the illustrated embodiment, the two teeth 13a, 13b are each formed in cross-section as a simple zig-zag lines. It is essential that in the installation position, the tooth width of the teeth 13a, 13b extends substantially in the horizontal direction, so that a screening is ensured in the vertical direction. The illustrated embodiment shows a particularly simple toothing, in which the teeth of the zig-zag line each have the same length legs, which enclose a point angle α between them, which is suitably in the range of 80 to 110 ° and preferably about 90 °. The wavelength w is expedient in the order of about 2 mm, which corresponds to a screening of the height adjustment by increments of 2 mm. This is completely sufficient for the accuracy of the height adjustment and is on the other hand production technology very easy to produce. The preparation can be done, for example, by cutting or without cutting by impressions or rolling a corresponding profiling. It is only essential that the profilings 13a, 13b correspond to one another, that is, they fit into one another in different height positions. In FIG. 3 a visible edge 18 is located, which limits the area of the profiled surface 5 down. This in FIG. 6 in the plan view of the horizontal leg 12 illustrated L-profile 4 has two slots 19, the not parallel, but at an angle to each other. Through these slots 19, the screw connections 16 are guided for the clamping claws 15. By a displacement of the screw connections 16 in the oblong holes 19, a suitable adaptation to differently sized double T-beams of the supporting structure can be achieved.

The inventive design of a rail suspension not only includes a very small number of different items, but also requires only very simple design components such as angle profiles, screws and a cut sheet metal element of several mm thickness as a support body. It is particularly important that an extremely simple and quick adaptation to the respective required height position is possible. This is made possible by the impressed screening in the parts to be joined together by the slot connection 8. The grid ensures an extremely quick provisional fixation by hand, which can be easily fixed by tightening the screw 2 and is absolutely secured in terms of a positive connection to the exiting operating loads. During the adjustment work, no additional compensating parts such as lining plates are required, which could unintentionally slip out of the hand of the assembly personnel and involve a risk of injury. Thus, the invention provides a suspension that is not only inexpensive to produce, but also fast, safe and inexpensive to install.
