Claims (7)

  1. Dosiervorrichtung zum Zuführen eines losen körnigen Produkts (1) in einer Vertikalverpackungsmaschine, wobei das körnige Produkt (1) durch einen Zufuhrkanal (2) der innerhalb eines Formrohres (3) einer Vertikalverpackungsmaschine (4) eingesetzt ist, schwerkraftzugeführt und durch eine Trennwand (5) abgeschnitten wird, die eine Menge des Produkts (1) bestimmt, welche in eine resultierende Packung (6) eingebracht werden soll,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Trennwand (5) eine drehbare flache Scheibe (5) ist, die geeignet ist, um über eine untere Extremität (9) des Zufuhrkanals (2) zu gleiten, um die untere Extremität (9) abzudichten.
  2. Dosiervorrichtung zum Zuführen eines losen körnigen Produkts (1) in einer Vertikalverpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die drehbare Trennwand (5) durch eine Welle (7) eines elektronisch getakteten Motors (M) angetrieben ist, der eine Öffnungszeit der drehbaren Trennwand (5) steuert, um die genaue Menge des durch den Zufuhrkanal (2) schwerkraftzugeführten Produkts zu bestimmen und zu regeln.
  3. Dosiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die drehbare flache Scheibe (5) horizontal und drehbar um eine vertikale Achse (7) herum orientiert ist.
  4. Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eine geeignete Leitung (10) zum Einspritzen von Inertgas in die resultierende Packung (6).
  5. Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eine geeignete Leitung (11) zum Belüften und zur Zirkulation von Luft während des Absinkens des Produkts in die resultierende Packung (6).
  6. Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Höhe eines schwerkraftinduzierten Falls (h) des körnigen Produkts auf Grund der Tatsache minimiert ist, dass die Trennwand (5) an der unteren offenen Extremität (9) des Zufuhrkanals (2) positioniert ist und sich daher in der Nähe der quergerichteten Versiegelungsklemmen (12) befindet, welche die resultierende Packung (6) versiegeln.
  7. Dosiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Vorrichtung sowohl auf Vertikalverpackungsmaschinen, die mit Rollen arbeiten, als auch auf Vertikalverpackungsmaschinen anwendbar ist, die mit vorgefertigten flexiblen Beuteln oder starren Behältern arbeiten.
