Abstract
Es wird ein Verfahren zur aktiven Kompensation von Schwingungen in einer Bedruckstoff verarbeitenden Maschine (1) beschrieben, in welchem wenigstens ein Signal, welches eine Schwingung der Maschine oder eines Teils der Maschine enthält, gemessen wird und wenigstens ein Gegenmoment (13) zur Reduktion der Schwingung in die Maschine (1) eingebracht wird. Wenigstens ein Maß für das Verhältnis zwischen der Amplitude der unkompensierten Schwingung und der Amplitude des zur vollständigen Kompensation notwendigen Gegenmoments (13) wird mit einem Schwcllwcrt (15) verglichen und das einzubringende Gegenmoment (13) wird in einem ersten funktionellen Zusammenhang mit der Schwingung bestimmt, wenn das Maß größer als der Schwellwert (15) ist, und das einzubringende Gegenmoments (13) wird in einem zweiten funktionellen Zusammenhang mit der Schwingung, der vom ersten funktionellen Zusammenhang verschieden ist, bestimmt, wenn das Maß kleiner als der Schwellwert (15) ist. In einer Bedruckstoff verarbeitenden Maschine (1) ist eine Regelungseinrichtung in einer ersten Betriebsart betreibbar, wenn das Maß für das Verhältnis zwischen der Amplitude der unkompensierten Schwingung und der Amplitude des zur vollständigen Kompensation notwendigen Gegenmoments (13) größer als der Schwellwert (15) ist, und in einer zweiten Betriebsart betreibbar, wenn das Maß kleiner als der Schwellwert (15) ist.
