Abstract
Description
- L'invention se rattache au secteur technique des appareils et instruments électroportatifs de ponçage, meulage et surfaçage.
- Selon l'art antérieur, il est bien connu d'utiliser des appareils électroportatifs du type ponceuses, meuleuses et similaires pour surfacer des parois, cloisons, permettant leur fonctionnement. En pratique, les différentes ponceuses et similaires de ce type sur le marché restent peu faciles à manipuler sur des périodes de temps importantes, car le poids du bloc moteur reste conséquent. Aussi, la manipulation de la ponceuse dans tous les sens et orientations est à la longue fastidieuse et pénible. En outre, l'évacuation des poussières, détritus, requiert d'incorporer à la ponceuse et similaires des moyens complémentaires d'aspiration qui viennent se brancher sur la ponceuse avec des flexibles ou similaires associés à une source d'aspiration ou sont incorporés dans la machine. C'est le cas par exemple des ponceuses girafes ou des ponceuses rotatives orbitales. Les manipulations restent cependant peu pratiques. En outre, lorsqu'ils sont incorporés, cela alourdit de manière importante lesdites ponceuses et similaires.
- La démarche du demandeur a donc été de rechercher une nouvelle conception de ponceuse qui soit de manipulation aisée par l'opérateur et de grande efficacité, ainsi que l'évacuation des poussières et des détritus.
- La solution apportée par le demandeur va à l'encontre de la conception actuelle de ces appareils électroportatifs en s'affranchissant du bloc moteur.
- Ainsi et selon l'invention, l'équipement transportable destiné à meuler, poncer, surfacer et opérations similaires., est remarquable en ce qu'il comprend une partie active réceptrice de l'outil agencée avec un corps creux intérieurement recevant un dispositif de transmission de puissance, ledit dispositif recevant à une extrémité la partie outil destinée à poncer, meuler, surfacer, et étant accouplé à son autre extrémité à une turbine, ladite turbine étant aménagée pour autoriser une ventilation et passage d'air en provenance de l'extérieur et étant connectée par un flexible à une source aspirante en créant une dépression, la turbine devenant aspirante, l'appareil fonctionnant sans moyen moteur électrique intégré.
- Ces caractéristiques et d'autres encore ressortiront bien de la suite de la description.
- Pour fixer l'objet de l'invention illustrée d'une manière non limitative aux figures des dessins où :
- la figure 1 est une vue de l'équipement intégrant une partie active selon l'invention connecté à la source aspirante.
- la figure 2 est une vue de la partie active avant branchement de la source aspirante.
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe partielle de la partie active selon l'invention.
- la figure 4 est une vue de la turbine intégrée à l'appareil.
- Afin de rendre plus concret l'objet de l'invention, on le décrit maintenant d'une manière non limitative illustrée aux figures des dessins.
- L'équipement mettant en oeuvre l'invention est référencé dans son ensemble par (E) et comprend une partie active (A) utile réceptrice de l'outil à poncer, meuler, à surfacer ou autres, destinée à être manipulée par l'opérateur contre une paroi (P) ou cloison ou similaire, afin d'exécuter des travaux de ponçage, meulage, surfaçage ou similaire, ladite partie active étant reliée par un flexible (F) à un bloc aspirant (B) intégré par exemple dans une desserte roulante telle qu'illustrée par exemple figure 3. Cette desserte roulante est, par exemple, celle du type décrite dans la demande de brevet
appartenant au demandeur. Cette desserte est ainsi agencée intérieurement, protégé par un carter de protection, avec un bloc aspirateur.FR 0502612 - La partie active comprend ainsi un corps creux (1) intérieurement recevant un dispositif de transmission (2) par engrenages, à angle droit, par exemple, avec deux pignons (2a-2b) de dentures différentes pour assurer une démultiplication appropriée, et montés sur deux axes (2c-2d) perpendiculaires montés sur des moyens de roulement (3-4) appropriés.
- L'un (2c) des axes reçoit à fixation l'outil de ponçage (5) ou meulage ou similaire de tout type connu. L'autre axe (2d) est agencé pour recevoir une turbine (6) montée solidarisée par tous moyens de liaison (7) appropriés. Cette turbine (6) présente des ouvertures (6a) radiales permettant le passage et l'entrée d'air et des conduits (6b) avec ailettes (6c) qui constituent les moyens de rotation de la turbine qui travaille par aspiration. En outre, le flexible (F) est monté sur une coiffe (8) présentant un embout épaulé (8a) de réception. Cet emmanchement est effectué serré ou à l'aide de moyens de bridage rapportés. Ainsi, selon l'invention, la mise en fonctionnement du bloc aspirant (B) après branchement électrique va provoquer une dépression d'air à travers la turbine (6) et sa mise en rotation. Par le moyen de transmission (2), l'outil de ponçage ou équivalent sera à son tour sollicité en rotation pour effectuer les opérations de ponçage ou équivalentes désirées. Le bloc aspirant est choisi pour permettre la rotation de l'outil à la vitesse qui convient pour effectuer les travaux.
L'opérateur saisit la partie active par un emplacement de préhension formé en saillie sur le corps et peut effectuer toutes les manoeuvres qu'il convient pour effectuer les travaux sur les parois, cloisons et similaires. La manipulation est facile, la charge à soulever est légère, en l'absence du bloc moteur. La desserte réceptrice du bloc aspirant est montée sur des moyens de roulement de sorte qu'elle peut se déplacer aisément en fonction des besoins de l'opérateur. - Selon le concept de l'invention, l'équipement fonctionne par la dépression, créée en aval par le bloc aspirant en supprimant tout moyen moteur dans l'outil de ponçage, meulage et similaire.
- Sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, la partie active de l'équipement peut être changée selon les besoins à la condition bien sûr que les parties actives de remplacement soient agencées de manière similaire. En outre, le corps de la partie active peut intégrer ou non un système d'aspiration des poussières et autres détritus.
Claims (3)
- Equipement transportable destiné à meuler, poncer, surfacer et opérations similaires, meuleuse et similaires, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une partie active(A) réceptrice de l'outil (5) agencée avec un corps (1) creux intérieurement recevant un dispositif de transmission (2) de puissance, ledit dispositif recevant à une extrémité la partie outil (5) destinée à poncer, meuler, surfacer, et étant accouplé à son autre extrémité à une turbine (6), ladite turbine étant aménagée pour autoriser une ventilation et passage d'air en provenance de l'extérieur et étant connectée par un flexible (F) à une source aspirante(B) en créant une dépression, la turbine devenant aspirante,
et en ce que la partie active comprend un corps creux (1) intérieurement recevant un dispositif de transmission (2) par engrenages, avec deux pignons (2a-2b) de dentures différentes pour assurer une démultiplication appropriée, et montés sur deux axes (2c-2d) perpendiculaires montés sur des moyens de roulement (3-4) appropriés,
et en ce que l'un (2c) des axes reçoit à fixation l'outil de ponçage (5) ou meulage ou similaire, et, l'autre axe (2d) est agencé pour recevoir une turbine (6) montée solidarisée par tous moyens de liaison (7) appropriés. - Equipement selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la turbine (6) présente des ouvertures (6a) radiales permettant le passage et l'entrée d'air et des conduits (6b) avec des ailettes (6c) qui constituent les moyens de rotation de la turbine qui travaille par aspiration, et en ce que le flexible (F) est monté sur une coiffe (8) présentant un embout épaulé (8a) de réception.
- Equipement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que le bloc aspirant (B) est intégré dans une desserte roulante.
