Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen mehrlagigen Sack bestehend aus Papier, der an seiner Innenseite eine Folienbahn aufweist, und einen verbesserten Schutz des Verpackungsguts gegen Feuchtigkeit, sowie eine verbesserte Entlüftung beim Befüllen aufweist.
  • Zur Erzielung eines guten Feuchtigkeitsschutzes von feuchtigkeitsempfindlichen Gütern weisen Papiersäcke häufig Kunststofffolien als Innenlage, bzw. zwischen zwei Papierlagen auf.
    Um eine ausreichende Luftdurchlässigkeit bzw. Entlüftung beim Befüllen des Sacks zu gewährleisten, wird die Kunststofffolie entweder mit Durchbrechungen versehen, bzw. genadelt oder perforiert.
  • Aus der EP 0 867 379 A1 ist ein perforierter Sack bekannt, wobei eine Perforierung durch alle Lagen des Sacks erfolgt. Dadurch wird zwar eine ausreichende Luftdurchlässigkeit gewährleistet, der Schutz gegen Feuchtigkeit ist aber nicht mehr zuverlässig gegeben. Ferner ist ein derartiger Sack nicht mehr zur Aufnahme von pulverförmigen Verpackungsgütern geeignet.
  • Aus der WO 98/57861 ist ein mehrlagiger Papiersack bekannt, der zur Aufnahme von pulverförmigem Verpackungsmaterial geeignet ist. Dabei weist der Papiersack an seinen Breitseiten jeweils Perforationen in Band- oder Streifenform zumindest in der Kunststoffzwischenlage auf. Um eine ausreichende Luftdufchlässigkeit zu gewährleisten müssen diese Perforationen bzw. Durchbrechungen einen entsprechend große Durchmesser aufweisen. Dabei wird die Festigkeit des Sacks jedoch herabgesetzt. Bei der Aufnahme von Gütern mit hohem Gewicht ist dies besonders nachteilig.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung war es daher, einen Papiersack bereitzustellen, der einen verbesserten Feuchtigkeitsschutz des Verpackungsgutes und gleichzeitig eine ausreichende Luftdurchlässigkeit bzw. Entlüftungsfähigkeit beim Befüllen des Sacks aufweist.
  • Gegenstand der Erfindung ist daher ein mehrlagiger Sack nach Anspruch 1.
  • Vorzugsweise erfolgt die partielle Verklebung der außen liegenden Papierbahn auf zwei im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander liegenden Linien, wobei die Verklebungspunkte auf gleicher Höhe nebeneinander oder zueinander versetzt angeordnet sein können.
    In einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann die partielle Verklebung in einer Linie erfolgen.
  • Die Abstände zwischen den Verklebungspunkten bzw. die Abstände zwischen den partiellen Verklebungslinien sind abhängig von der Konsistenz und Gewicht des Füllguts.
  • Die innere Pappierbahn ist in ihrem Längsüberlappungsbereich durchgehend verbunden, beispielsweise durch Verkleben.
  • Die einzelnen Lagen des Sacks sind vorteilhafterweise zumindest partiell miteinander verbunden.
    Die Kunststoffzwischenlage ist im fertigen Sack durch einfaches Überlappen festgelegt. Als Kunststoffzwischenlage kommen beispielsweise Kunststofffolien aus Polyolefinen, wie Polypropylen, Polyethylen, deren Copolymeren oder Mischungen in Frage.
  • Die Dicke der Kunststoffzwischenlage beträgt vorzugsweise etwa 10 bis 100 µm.
    In einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann anstelle der Kunststoffzwischenlage, die äußere Papierlage eine Kunststoffbeschichtung aufweisen, wobei dabei ein beschichtungsfreier Randstreifen, in dem die partielle Verklebung vorgenommen wird, vorgesehen sein muss.
  • Ferner kann der Sack weitere Schichten, beispielsweise eine weitere Kunststoffschicht als zusätzliche Barriereschicht aufweisen.
    Ferner können Außen- und/oder Innenlage aus Papier mehrlagig ausgeführt sein.
    Der erfindungsgemäße Sack ist insbesondere für Produkte, die einen Feuchtigkeitsschutz benötigen, mit viel Luft und hoher Füllgeschwindigkeit beispielsweise über einen Füllstutzen in den Sack gefüllt werden.
  • Durch die unterbrochene Längsklebung der äußeren Papierhülle kann dabei die Luft noch während des Füllvorgangs vollständig entweichen.
    Dadurch kann eine festere kompakte Packung der meist pulverförmigen Produkte erreicht werden.
    Beispiele für Produkte, die in dem erfindungsgemäßen Sack eingefüllt und verpackt werden sind beispielsweise Zement, Mörtel, Bauhiffsmaterialien, chemische Produkte, Lebens- oder Futtermittel und dergleichen.
  • Der Sack kann Blockbodenbeutel, Kreuzbodenbeutel Seitenfaltenbeutel oder Pouch sein.
    • In den Figuren 1 bis 3 sind erfindungsgemäße Ausführungen des mehrlagigen Papiersacks dargestellt.
    • Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen einen Ausschnitt der erfindungsgemäße Ausführungen des mehrlagiggen Papiersacks in der Draufsicht. Dargestellt ist die Überlappung der äußeren Lage und die unterbrochene Längsklebung.
    • Figur 3 zeigt eine Ausführungsform im Querschnitt.

    Beispiele: Beispiel 1:
  • Es wurde ein 3- lagiger Sack bestehend aus einer Außenlage aus Papier 90g/m2 und einer KunststofFzwischenlage aus PP 20 µm mit einer einfachen unterbrochenen Längsklebung hergestellt.
    Die Innenlage bestand aus hochporösem Sackpapier (80 g/m2).
    Der Sack wurde mit 30 kg Haftputzgips befüllt.
    Beim Befüllvorgang zeigte sich ein ausreichendes Entweichen der Luft.
    Bei der Lagerung konnte kein Feuchtigkeitsschaden festgestellt werden.
    • Beispiel 2:
  • Es wurde ein 3- lagiger Sack bestehend aus einer Außenlage aus Papier 90g/m2 und einer Kunststoffzwischenlage aus PP 20 µm mit einer doppelten parallelen nicht versetzten unterbrochenen Längsklebung hergestellt.
    Die Innenlage bestand aus hochporösem Sackpapier (80 g/m2).
    Der Sack wurde mit 30 kg Haftputzgips befüllt.
    Beim Befüllvorgang zeigte sich ein ausreichendes Entweichen der Luft.
    Es traten keine Beschädigungen beim Abwurf vom Füllstutzen auf.
    Bei der Lagerung konnte kein Feuchtigkeitsschaden festgestellt werden.
    • Beispiel 3:
  • Es wurde ein 3-lagiger Sack bestehend aus einer Außenlage aus Papier 80g/m2 und einer Kunststoffzwischenlage aus PP 15 µm mit einer doppelten parallelen gegeneinander versetzten Längsklebung hergestellt.
    Die Innenlage bestand aus hochporösem Sackpapier (70 g/m2).
    Der Sack wurde mit 30 kg Haftputzgips befüllt.
    Beim Befüllvorgang zeigte sich ein ausreichendes Entweichen der Luft.
  • Es traten keine Beschädigungen beim Abwurf vom Füllstutzen auf.
    Bei der Lagerung konnte kein Feuchtigkeitsschaden festgestellt werden.

Claims (5)

  1. Mehrlagiger Sack bestehend aus mindestens einer äußeren (1) und mindestens einer inneren (5) Papierlage und einer zwischen der äußeren und der inneren Papierlage situierten Kunststofflage (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Papierlage(1) im Längsnahtbereich über die Kunststofflage (2) hinausreicht und der Papiersack an seiner Längsseite eine Überlappung (4) der äußeren Papielage und eine Überlappung der Kunststofflage mit der außeren Papierlage aufweist, und die äußere Papierlage partiell (3) mit sich selbst im Überlappungsbereich verklebt ist.
  2. Mehrlagiger Sack nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die partielle Verklebung (3) in einer Linie erfolgt.
  3. Mehrlagiger Sack nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die partielle Verklebung (3) in zwei parallelen Linien erfolgt.
  4. Mehrlagiger Sack nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die partiellen Verklebungspunkte (3) auf gleicher Höhe angeordnet sind.
  5. Mehrlagiger Sack nach Anspruch 3, dadurch-gekennzeichnet, dass die partiellen Verklebungspunkte (3) zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
