Description

Es sind bereits Differentialauszüge für Schubladen oder dergleichen bekannt, welche auf beiden Seiten der Schubladen eine Korpus-, eine Schub- und eine zwischen beiden geführte Mittelschiene aufweisen, wie es zum Beispiel aus AT 006 674 U2 zu entnehmen ist. Dabei sind die Korpusschiene fest mit einem Korpus und die Schubschiene fest mit einem Schub verbunden. Die beiden Außenschienen können aber auch durch den Korpus bzw. den Schub selbst gebildet werden. Außerdem ist eine Bandschleife vorgesehen, welche auf am hinteren und am vorderen Ende der Mittelschiene angeordneten Rollen geführt ist und einerseits an der Schubschiene und andererseits an der Korpusschiene befestigt ist. Damit ergibt sich ein synchroner Auszug der Schub-und der Mittelschiene, welche gleichzeitig ihre Endstellungen erreichen, wobei ein Vollauszug des Schubes erreicht wird. Beide Seiten des Schubes laufen dabei relativ parallel, jedoch ergibt sich keine vollständige Sicherheit gegen ein Verkanten desselben beim Rausziehen oder Reinschieben. Um dies zu vermeiden hat man bereits an den Schubschienen Zahnräder angebracht, welche in zusätzlichen längs der Korpusschiene verlaufende Zahnstangen eingreifen. Zwar wird hierdurch eine absolute Sicherheit gegen Verkanten erreicht, jedoch ergibt sich einerseits eine recht aufwändige Konstruktion und andererseits eine relativ starke Geräuschentwicklung beim Abrollen der Zahnräder über die Zahnstangen. Wird der Schub, wie in der Regel üblich, ganz aus dem Korpus herausgezogen, würde das Zahnrad die Zahnstange verlassen und könnte die Bewegung nicht mehr synchronisieren. Auf diese Weise wird einerseits ohne die bisher erforderlichen Zahnstangen sowie deren Verlängerungen und zusätzlichen Zahnräder ein vollkommener Gleichlauf auf beiden Seiten erreicht. Andererseits greifen die Zahnriemen in die Zahnräder weitgehend lautlos ein, so dass zusätzlich die Geräuschentwicklung auf ein Minimum herabgesetzt wird. Die Bandschleife und ihre zur Hälfte durch Zahnräder ersetzte Umlenkrollen werden also doppelt ausgenutzt - einmal, um den Synchronverlauf zu erreichen und zum anderen um einen Gleichlauf auf beiden Seiten zu bewirken.
