Abstract
Mechanizm synchronizujący do prowadnic meblowych składa się z dwóch elementów obrotowych (1), połączonych z uchwytami napinającymi poziomu drugiego (2). Elementy obrotowe (1) połączone są ze sobą pasem poziomu pierwszego (3) wyposażonym w mocowanie poziomu pierwszego (4) i pasem poziomu trzeciego (5) wyposażonym w mocowanie poziomu trzeciego (6). Element obrotowy (1) składa się z trzpienia umocowanego obrotowo w uchwycie poziomu drugiego (2) oraz dwóch bębnów połączonych nieruchomo z trzpieniem, po obu stronach uchwytu napinającego poziomu drugiego (2). Pomiędzy bębnami i uchwytami napinającymi poziomu drugiego (2) znajdują się podkładki poślizgowe. Mocowanie poziomu pierwszego (4) i mocowanie poziomu trzeciego (6) znajdują się po przeciwnych stronach pasów (3 i 5).The synchronizing mechanism for furniture guides consists of two rotating elements (1), connected to the second level tensioning handles (2). The rotating elements (1) are connected to each other by the first level belt (3) equipped with the first level fastening (4) and the third level belt (5) equipped with the third level fastening (6). The rotating element (1) consists of a pin rotatably mounted in the second level handle (2) and two drums fixedly connected to the pin on both sides of the second level tension handle (2). There are slip washers between the drums and the second level tensioning handles (2). The pin has recesses, and the drums have holes with pressure screws placed in them, resting with their ends against the recesses. The drums have grooves on their side surfaces, and the belts (3 and 5) have teeth. The first level anchor (4) and the third level anchor (6) are located on opposite sides of the belts (3 and 5).
