Claims (16)

  1. Pole grip (36) with a hand holding device (4), especially in the form of a hand strap or a glove, especially for walking poles, trekking poles, alpine ski poles, cross country ski poles, and/or Nordic walking poles,
    with a grip body (1) and with a device for fastening the hand holding device (4), by use of a metallic or plastic coupling element (7) provided on the hand holding device (4), which can be releasably fastened on or in the pole grip (36), respectively, in a self-latching manner, wherein
    the coupling element (7) of the hand holding device (4) comprises at least one resilient locking section (10), which is fastened in a self-latching manner due to this resilience when guided into a designated opening (12) in the pole grip (36), and wherein a releasing element (16) is provided in or on the pole grip (36), with which the resilient locking section (10) of the hand holding device (4) can be influenced such that the coupling element (7) can be removed from the opening (12), and wherein
    the releasing element (16) is provided in an opening in the head region (3) of the pole grip (36), and is displaced or tilted around an axis (25) for the purpose of releasing the coupling element (7), and wherein
    the coupling element (7) of the hand holding device (4) comprises an elastically resilient locking section (10), which is directed upwardly during insertion into the pole grip (36), and which is shortly pressed downwardly during the self-latching locking by the opening (12) and relaxes again in the pole grip, wherein in this relaxed position the coupling element (7) is fastened on the pole grip,
    characterized in that
    the releasing element (16) is formed as a pin embedded in the head region (3) of the pole grip (36), which protrudes to the top with its one end out of the head region (3) of the pole grip (36) and which allows to press down the locking section (10) with its other end, thereby releasing the coupling element (7).
  2. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to claim 1, characterized in that the releasing element (16) in the head region (3) of the pole grip (36) can be activated from above.
  3. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pole grip (36) and/or the coupling element (7) are formed identically for both hands.
  4. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the releasing element (16) is formed as a pivoting element, which is mounted in a rotatable manner about a pivot axis (25) in the head region (3) of the pole grip (36), wherein the releasing element (16) protrudes at least partially to the top from the head region (3) of the pole grip (36), thereby forming an activating button (17), and wherein preferably the pivot axis is provided substantially perpendicular to the main axis of the pole grip (36), such that when the coupling element (7) is latched-in, the releasing element (16) is provided in a position inclined to the front (14), and can be tilted to the back (15) for the purpose of releasing the coupling element (7) against the resilient action of the locking section (10).
  5. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling element (7) is formed of a sheet metal.
  6. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling element (7) is formed of plastic, especially preferably of an extruded plastic, preferably selected from the group of: polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamides, PA66, PET, aramid, polycarbonate, or mixtures or fibre-reinforced embodiments thereof, respectively.
  7. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pole grip (36) or the grip body, respectively, is formed of plastic and/or cork, and, where applicable, with a grip-friendly coating.
  8. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling element (7) and the locking section (10) are integrally formed.
  9. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling element (7) comprises an elastic region (9), by means of which the locking section (10) is mounted on the coupling element (7).
  10. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the locking section (10) is formed in a manner that it allows the insertion cross section to be decreased for the purpose of insertion into an insertion opening (12), and to increase the insertion cross section after passing the insertion opening due to the resilience.
  11. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling element (7) comprises a first section, which is substantially formed as a strip- or leaf, and comprises as a second section the locking section (10), wherein this locking section (10) is tilted about an angle in the region of 2-45°, preferably in the region of 5-20° with respect to the first section, wherein the opening of this angle is directed rearwards in the insertion direction.
  12. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that on the coupling element (7), which is formed flat towards the bottom, the locking section (10) is integrally formed as an elastically resilient tongue which is directed upwardly at least partially, and wherein the locking section (10) optionally can comprise an upwardly directed protrusion (32), and wherein this tongue can be provided in an opening (34) of the coupling element (7).
  13. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that additionally a security release mechanism is provided either on or in the pole grip (36) and/or on the connection between the coupling element (7) and the hand holding device (4).
  14. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the hand holding device (4) is a hand strap which can be fastened to the hand of the user.
  15. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the releasing element (16) is mounted in the pole grip in a freely movable manner and without resilient means such as for example springs or elastic resilient elements.
  16. Pole grip with a hand holding device (4) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the hand holding device (4) is either a hand strap which can be fastened to the hand, or a glove, which comprises the coupling element (7) between the thumb and the index finger.
