Claims (7)

  1. Bauwerk (3), umfassend:
    - ein Mauerwerk (7), ergänzt mit oder umfassend eine Schwelle (17) oder einen Sturz (18);
    - eine Öffnung (2), in deren Bereich (2) ein Fenster (4), eine Tür oder dergleichen angebracht wird, und die einerseits und im oberen Teil durch den Sturz (18) und andererseits und im unteren Teil durch die Schwelle (17) begrenzt ist;
    - eine Ausrüstung (1), die dazu bestimmt ist, das Schließen der besagten Öffnung zu sichern (2), und Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen oder mehrere Klappläden (5; 5'), die dazu bestimmt sind, die Öffnung (2) zu schließen, und fest mit dem Bauwerk (3) verbunden sind;
    - Antriebsmittel (9) zum Antreiben in Kippung der besagten Klappläden (5; 5') um eine Achse (8), wobei diese Antriebsmittel (9) einerseits aus einem Mittel (10) zum Öffnen/Schließen von mindestens einem Klappladen (5; 5') und andererseits einem Mechanismus zum Antreiben (14) dieses Mittels (10) zum Öffnen/Schließen bestehen, wobei dieser Antriebsmechanismus (14) zumindest teilweise aus einem Antriebsmotor (20) besteht;
    - einen Ladenkasten (16):
    - der sich zumindest teilweise einerseits im Bereich der Schwelle (17) bzw. des Sturzes (18) und andererseits unterhalb bzw. oberhalb des bzw. der Klappläden (5, 5') erstreckt;
    - der mindestens einen Teil (19) umfasst, in dem (19) ein Teil des Antriebsmechanismus (14) und der Antriebsmotor untergebracht sind, und der einen Teil (22) aufweist, auf dem (22) mindestens ein Solarsensor (21) für die elektrische Energieversorgung an den Antriebsmotor (20) angebracht ist;
    - dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der geschlossenen Position des bzw. der Klappläden (5; 5'):
    - der Teil (19) des Ladenkastens (16), in dem (19) ein Teil des Antriebsmechanismus untergebracht ist (14), zwischen dem bzw. den Klappläden (5, 5') und der Schwelle (17) bzw. dem Sturz (18) eingefügt ist;
    - der Teil (22), auf dem (22) der bzw. die Solarsensoren (21) angebracht sind, an der Außenseite des Bauwerks (3) sichtbar ist.
  2. Bauwerk (3) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der sichtbare Teil (22) des Teils (19) des Ladenkastens (16), das zwischen dem Mauerwerk (7) und dem bzw. den Klappläden (5, 5') eingefügt ist, zumindest teilweise die Form eines Flügels oder eines Kastenteils annimmt, der einerseits sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der allgemeinen Richtung erstreckt, in der sich der Ladenkasten (16) erstreckt, und zwar vor dem bzw. den Klappläden (5, 5') in der geschlossenen Position dieses oder dieser letzteren (5, 5'), und andererseits den besagten mindestens einen Solarsensor (21) aufnimmt.
  3. Bauwerk (3) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einerseits die Klappläden (5, 5') in einer geschlossenen Position der Öffnung (2) eine Fläche (23) aufweisen, die zur Außenseite des Bauwerks (3) gerichtet ist und sich im wesentlichen in einer Ebene erstreckt, und dass andererseits diese Ebene bündig mit der Außenfläche (25) des sichtbaren Teils (22) des Teils (19) des Kastens (16) ist, auf der der mindestens einen Sonnensensor (21) montiert ist.
  4. Bauwerk (3) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ladenkasten (16) am Vorderteil eines Fensters (4), einer Tür oder dergleichen angebracht ist, mit dem/der die Öffnung (2) des Bauwerks (3) ausgestattet ist, und sich am Vorderteil eines Querträgers erstreckt, welchen ein solches Fensters (4), eine solche Tür oder dergleichen umfasst.
  5. Bauwerk (3) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil (19) des Ladenkastens (16), der zwischen dem Mauerwerk (7) und dem bzw. den Klappläden (5, 5') eingefügt ist, einen Falz zur Aufnahme dieses oder dieser Klappläden (5, 5') in geschlossener Position definiert.
  6. Bauwerk (3) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ladenkasten (16) die Verkleidung je nach dem Fall der Schwelle (17) oder des Sturzes (18) der Öffnung (2), die ein Fenster (4), eine Tür oder dergleichen aufnimmt, die diese Öffnung schließt (2), sichert.

Bauwerk (3) nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (10) zum Öffnen/Schließen zumindest eines Klappladens (5, 5') die Form eines Ausstellarmes (11) annimmt, dessen eines Ende (15) mit dem Antriebsmechanismus (14) in Eingriff ist, und einer Führung (12), die fest mit einem solchen Laden (5, 5') verbunden ist und in der ein anderes Ende (13) dieses Ausstellarmes (11) gleitet.
