This is also a concern to be considered during procurement of the fabric winding machine.

Claims (7)

  1. Un dispositif d'enroulement d'une étoffe, agencée pour être associé à un métier à tricoter circulaire tricotant une étoffe annulaire (2) au travers de deux étriers pivotants de transmission (50) en rotation synchronisée, comportant un mécanisme de transport d'etoffe (10) applanissant l'étoffe annulaire (2) et un mécanisme de transmission (30) pour piloter un dispositif d'enroulement d'une étoffe (20) rassemblant l'étoffe sur une barre de collecte d'étoffe (22), ledit dispositif d'enroulement d'étoffe (1) étant configuré pour fonctionner sélectivement suivant :
    un mode de non-découpe d'étoffe dans lequel le mécanisme de transport d'étoffe (10) étire l'étoffe annulaire (2) et un assemblage de barres de direction d'étoffe (12) situé sous l'étrier d'extension d'étoffe (11) forme un premier chemin de collecte d'étoffe en sorte que l'étoffe annulaire (2) soit collectée sur la barre de collecte d'étoffe (22) par le premier chemin de collecte d'etoffe et le dispositif d'enroulement d'étoffe (20) ;
    et
    un mode de coupe détoffe dans lequel le dispositif d'enroulement d'étoffe (1) inclut une unité de coupe d'étoffe (40) pour la découpe de l'étoffe annulaire (2) pour une étoffe plane (2') et le mécanisme de transport d'étoffe (10) comporte des moyens d'extension de l'étoffe plane (2") et une barre de direction d'étoffe découpée (14) pour collecter l'étoffe plane (2') tendue par un étrier (13), l'étrier (13) ayant une terminaison initiale d'élongation d'étoffe (131) sur une extrémité du dispositif d'enroulement d'étoffe (1) opposée à la barre de direction d'étoffe découpée (14) sur une autre afin de former un deuxième chemin de collecte d'étoffe en sorte que l'étoffe plane (2') est collectée sur la barre de collecte d'étoffe (22) par le deuxième chemin de collecte d'étoffe et le dispositif d'enroulement d'étoffe ;
    dans lequel le mode de coupe d'étoffe ou le mode hors découpe d'étoffe est choisi par le dispositif d'enroulement d'étoffe (1) selon des caractéristiques de fil de l'étoffe suivant différents matériaux ;
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'enroulement d'étoffe est configuré de façon à ce que, dans le mode de non découpe d'étoffe, le mécanisme de transport-d'étoffe (10) comprend un étrier pivotant d'élargissement d'étoffe détachable (11), et dans ledit mode de découpe d'étoffe, le mécanisme de transport d'étoffe (10) comporte un étrier pivotant d'élargissement arqué (13).
  2. Le dispositif d'enroulement d'une étoffe suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel le mécanisme de transport d'étoffe (10) comporte une barre de presse d'étoffe (51) destinée à aplatir l'étoffe annulaire (2) dans le mode de non-découpe d'étoffe dans lequel l'étoffe plane (2') dans le mode de découpe d'étoffe, la barre de presse d'étoffe (51) est attachée à l'étrier pivotant de transmission (50) au moyen d'une pluralité d'éléments de fixation (511, 512).
  3. Le dispositif d'enroulement d'une étoffe suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel une barre d'élargissement d'étoffe (23) dudit mécanisme d'enroulement d'étoffe (20) présente des filetages de vis (231) sur deux de ses extrémités afin d'aplanir l'étoffe annulaire (2) ou l'étoffe plane (2'), les filetages de vis (231) étant formés suivant des directions opposées.
  4. Le dispositif d'enroulement d'une étoffe suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le mécanisme d'enroulement d'étoffe (20) du premier chemin de collecte d'étoffe et le deuxième chemin de collecte d'étoffe inclut une barre d'élargissement d'étoffe (23) pour allonger l'étoffe et deux barres d'enroulement d'étoffe (21) actionnées par le mécanisme de transmission (30).
  5. Le dispositif d'enroulement d'une étoffe suivant la revendication 4, dans lequel l'assemblage de barres de direction d'étoffe (12) et la barre d'élargissement d'étoffe (23) du premier chemin de collecte d'étoffe sont interposés par une barre médiane de direction d'étoffe (24).
  6. Le dispositif d'enroulement d'une étoffe suivant la revendication 4, dans lequel la barre dirigeant l'étoffe découpée (14) et la barre d'élargissement d'étoffe (23) du deuxième chemin de collecte d'étoffe sont interposés par une barre médiane dirigeant l'étoffe (24).
  7. Le dispositif d'enroulement d'une étoffe suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étrier pivotant d'élargissement d'étoffe (11) est configuré pour être ajoutée au métier à tricoter circulaire par une barre de suspension (111) en sorte que l'étrier pivotant d'élargissement d'étoffe (11) et la métier à tricoter circulaire tournent en synchronisme.
