Ce dispositif (1-9) se trouve parmi plusieurs dispositifs (1-9) et chacun de ces dispositifs (1-9) comporte au moins un module pour l'échange de données. Selon ledit procédé, une des liaisons est établie entre deux modules de deux dispositifs voisins (1- 9) et le réseau (10) est ainsi mis en oeuvre.
