Claims (10)

  1. Mechanismus zum Ein- und Ausschalten eines Schalters (50), der mit einer Hauptschaltfunktion und mindestens einer Sicherheitsfunktion ausgestattet ist, umfassend:
    - einen beweglichen Kontakt (7), der gegenüber einem fixierten Kontakt (35) von einer ersten Stellung zu einer zweiten Stellung bewegt werden kann, wobei der Schalter (50) eingeschaltet wird oder alternativ ausgeschaltet wird, wobei der bewegliche Kontakt (7) durch Fixiermittel (6) in dem Schalter (50) fixiert ist, so dass er eine Dreh- und Translationsbewegung ausführen kann,
    - einen EIN/AUS-Kipphebel (4) zum Betätigen des Schalters (50), wobei der EIN/AUS-Kipphebel (4) über einen Betätigungsarm (41, 42) mit dem beweglichen Kontakt (7) verbunden ist, wobei der Betätigungsarm (41, 42) an einem ersten Angriffspunkt (51) an dem beweglichen Kontakt (7) angreift,
    - eine Feder (3), die an einem zweiten Angriffspunkt (56) an dem beweglichen Kontakt (7) angreift, um eine Kraft darauf auszuüben,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Fixiermittel (6), der erste Angriffspunkt (51) und der zweite Angriffspunkt (56) derart relativ zueinander positioniert sind, dass wenn der Schalter (50) eingeschaltet ist, das Drehen des EIN/AUS-Kipphebels (4) über eine vorherbestimmte Stellung des EIN/AUS-Kipphebels (4) hinaus zu einer Umkehr des auf den beweglichen Kontakt (7) wirkenden Drehmoments führt.
  2. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Fixiermittel (6), der erste Angriffspunkt (51) und der zweite Angriffspunkt (56) ein Dreieck an dem beweglichen Kontakt (7) bilden, wobei als Folge dessen die auf den beweglichen Kontakt (7) wirkenden Kräfte ein Drehmoment um einen Momentandrehpunkt (M) des beweglichen Kontakts (7) erzeugen, und wobei eine von dem Betätigungsarm (41, 42) auf den ersten Angriffspunkt (51) ausgeübte Kraft zu einer Reaktionskraft von dem Fixiermittel (6) führt, wobei die Reaktionskraft an der vorherbestimmten Stellung zu einer Translationsbewegung des beweglichen Kontakts (7) führt, wobei sich als Folge dessen die Richtung des Drehmoments umkehrt.
  3. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Fixiermittel (6) aus einer Spindel bestehen, die derart an dem beweglichen Kontakt (7) fixiert ist, dass er sich drehen kann und die Spindel (6) Translationsbewegung in einem Schlitz (48) in dem Schalter (50) ausführen kann.
  4. Mechanismus nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Mechanismus weiter einen Auslösehebel (5) umfasst, der mittels der Fixiermittel (6) derart mit dem beweglichen Kontakt (7) verbunden ist, dass er sich drehen kann und der mit einer Sperrfläche (59) auf einer ersten Seite ausgestattet ist, mittels derer der Betätigungsarm (41, 42) gesperrt wird, wenn sich der Schalter (50) in der Stellung EIN befindet.
  5. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Auslösehebel (5) mittels eines Ausschalt-Betätigungselements (2; 10; 39) derart rotiert werden kann, dass die Sperrfläche (59) den Betätigungsarm (41, 42) nicht mehr sperrt.
  6. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Auslösehebel (5) einen Vorsprung (25) aufweist, der über eine Auslöseklinke (14) von einem Ausschalt-Betätigungselement (10; 39) bewegt werden kann, wobei die Auslöseklinke (14) federnd in dem Schalter (50) angebracht ist und das Ausschalt-Betätigungselement (10; 39) zurücksetzt.
  7. Mechanismus nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Auslösehebel (5) über einen Vorsprung (59a) mechanisch mit einem Kopplungsteil (30) verbunden ist, das derart in dem Schalter (50) fixiert ist, dass es gleiten kann.
  8. Schalter zum Ein- und Ausschalten eines elektrischen Stromkreises mit einer Phasenseite und einer Neutralseite, die jeweilige fixierte und bewegliche Kontakte (7, 35; 19, 37) umfassen, wobei die Phasenseite und die Neutralseite beide mit einem Mechanismus nach Anspruch 7 ausgestattet sind und der Mechanismus auf der Phasenseite mittels des Kopplungsteils (30), das mechanisch mit den Vorsprüngen (59a; 18a) an den jeweiligen Auslösehebeln (5; 18) verbunden ist, mechanisch mit dem Mechanismus auf der Neutralseite gekoppelt ist.
  9. Schalter nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Mechanismus auf der Phasenseite und der Mechanismus auf der Neutralseite derart konstruiert sind, dass wenn der Schalter (50) ausgeschaltet wird, die Kontakte (7, 35) auf der Phasenseite vor den Kontakten (19, 37) auf der Neutralseite öffnen und wenn der Schalter (50) eingeschaltet wird, die Kontakte (19, 37) auf der Neutralseite vor den Kontakten (7, 35) auf der Phasenseite schließen.
  10. Schalter zum Ein- und Ausschalten eines elektrischen Stromkreises, wobei der Schalter (50) mit einem Mechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, einem Gehäuse (31) und mindestens einer Sicherheitsvorrichtung (2, 10, 11) ausgestattet ist, wobei die mindestens eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung (2, 10, 11) dazu ausgerüstet ist, den Schalter (50) vor Kurzschlussstrom, Überlaststrom und/oder Erdschlussströmen zu schützen und wobei der Mechanismus und jede der vorhandenen Sicherheitsvorrichtungen (2, 10, 11) auf modulare Weise in dem Gehäuse (31) eingebaut sind.
