Claims (4)
- Garniture annulaire à surface résistant à l'usure pour un rouleau presseur pour le traitement par pression de matière granuleuse, en particulier pour des rouleaux presseurs pour le broyage d'un lit de matières, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes:a) le matériau de la garniture (10, 11) se compose de fonte à graphite sphéroïdal avec au moins les éléments d'alliage Ni et Mo et présente une structure bainitique avec de l'austénite résiduelle,b) les couches de bord (11) de la garniture annulaire (10) contiennent, pour produire une surface dure, de la martensite qui est sans cesse reformée par une charge de compression lors du fonctionnement du rouleau presseur,c) des creux espacés les uns des autres (12, 13) sont formés dans la surface extérieure de la garniture (10, 11) pour la protection autogène contre l'usure,dans laquelle des saillies de profilage de la surface de la garniture, situées entre les creux espacés (12, 13), sont encore blindées par des cordons de soudure de rechargement (14) composés de matières dures.
- Garniture annulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les creux (12, 13) formés dans la surface extérieure de la garniture sont produits par meulage de rainures.
- Garniture annulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la garniture (10) présente une épaisseur de paroi pouvant atteindre environ 500 mm et est frettée sur un corps de base de rouleau avec des tourillons.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une garniture annulaire de rouleau presseur pour la sollicitation par pression de matière granuleuse, en particulier de rouleaux presseurs pour le broyage d'un lit de matières, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes:a) la garniture annulaire (10, 11) est moulée en fonte à graphite sphéroïdal avec au moins les éléments d'alliage Ni et Mo,b) le corps moulé acquiert une structure bainitique avec de l'austénite résiduelle par un traitement thermique qui suit auquel succède un refroidissement contrôlé,c) les couches de bord de la garniture annulaire (10, 11) sont sans cesse à nouveau durcies avec formation de martensite par une charge de compression de la surface extérieure de celle-ci,d) des creux (12, 13) espacés les uns des autres sont formés dans la surface extérieure de la garniture annulaire (10, 11), avant son utilisation dans la presse à rouleaux, par moulage et/ou par usinage mécanique, en particulier par meulage de rainures,dans lequel des saillies de profilage de la surface de la garniture, situées entre les creux espacés (12, 13), sont encore blindées par des cordons de soudure de rechargement (14) en matières dures.
